Fantastic experience: I had an excellent hi tec Geneo + facial today. It was relaxing and felt good. The F&B workshop is spotlessly clean, parking free and Aston knowledgable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this gem and have booked ongoing treatments

Fantastic experience: I dread going to any kind of beauty salon / aesthetic place as I am so uncomfortable without my make up on. From the moment I walked in to the face and body workshop however I was warmly welcomed and so at ease. The staff are fantastic and the clinic is spotless but also cosy and homely. I have been looking forward to going back all week to see Karen! I also loved how there was absolutely zero pressure to book any further treatments and no hard sell of 'must have beauty products.' I really am so impressed and have seen an immediate improvement in my skin! Thank you!!!

They put up with my constant chatter! Free parking for 2 hours opposite and easy to reach from the M3. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone - thank you ladies x

Fantastic experience: I visited The Face & Body Workshop for the first time today. I was greeted at the door by Karen, who was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable from the start, the rest of the staff were lovely too. I was introduced to Chloe who done both my treatments, first was my massage, which was amazing, I felt very relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it, certainly made me realise how knotted my back is. Then i had my facial, pure heaven while laying on a lovely warm bed, totally relaxed while being pampered, it was a real treat for me today. I have already booked my second treatment and cannot wait to return.

Negative experience: I had booked a massage here for my birthday through treatwell, the first disappointment (of many) was they left me a voice mail telling me they’ve moved my appointment from 3pm to 1.30pm, then when I arrived the two ladies were chatting with another client for 10 minutes, one lady was talking about cleaning the toilets - it wasn’t exactly the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for! The massage itself was good however was very unclear in the duration considering it clearly stated on both the website and email duration 1hr however only last 30 minutes. When I questioned this, the lady was rude and aggressive, she stood up and raised her voice - left me feeling very stressed and upset. Awful service and most certainly will not be returning!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! It’s a little oasis of warmth, comfort and nice smells! After being ill all over Christmas I needed more than a little pampering and the girls didn’t disappoint. I feel and look like a new woman and given the canvas I gave them to work with - that is a miracle indeed! I can not recommend this place and the team here - highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I get married next week and following a recommendation came in for a series of deep exfoliation treatments for my face and hands, the treatments I had left my skin feeling really lovely for days afterwards and at the end of the initial six weeks, there was a noticed improvement in my skin. My first maintenance treatment was yesterday so I added to it and had a pre-wedding pampering day with a mountain of treatments, a manicure and a pedicure. I had an immense day, jam packed with treatments, some lovely canapés and a few cheeky glasses of fizz! Aston looked after me all day long and it was the best start to a wedding week I could have wished for, so thank you Karen, Aston and the rest of the ladies. One word of warning from experience...if you need to do anything more than lift a TV remote after your treatments, cancel your plans, I was fit for nothing after my treatments, I was so relaxed.

From arriving i was made very welcome, i knew from the moment i met the girls that is was great! the consultation was perfect for me as i have very problematic skin so the treatment was tailored to my needs. a big thumbs up to the treatment bed! Fantastic experience: Visited TFBW and was made to feel very welcome. I must admit, as a bloke, I was a bit nervous going to a beauty salon, but they are so professional and made feel at ease, straight away. Very professional set up. They have lots of 'techy machines'. It's not as I imagined it would be. I had an excellent exfoliating facial and massage.... hour and half treatment. And WOW - it was relaxing, invigorating, refreshing. I'm 'sold' ....... It was a present from my missus....... apparently they do Vouchers!!!! That's my Christmas sorted.
