Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The equipment is top-notch and there’s such variety they have everything from heavy weights to cardio and functional training areas. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is really motivating. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help or give advice if you need it. You can tell they actually care about members, not just signing people up. I also love that it’s open 24/7 — perfect for fitting workouts around work or college. It’s got a proper community vibe too; everyone’s respectful and encouraging no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years, you’ll feel comfortable here.

Negative experience: Great gym, great classes, great equipment...absolutely terrible customer service. 'Manager' skills are shocking and inappropiate conversation's with my teenage daughter. Offered no apology or customer service resolution.

Fantastic experience: The gym is overall a great vibe, very clean. The workers are always about helping out and are a great laugh. There is a lot of different classes you can attend to and participate in.

Positive experience: Very good gym, great facilities and equipment and always found the staff to Be helpful. Only issue is the air conditioning. I am most of the time unable to run on the treadmill because the temperature is too high.

Positive experience: The Zumba classes are amazing!! They are energetic, fun and very mood lifting. I walk out of the class feeling exhilarated. Also the equipment in this gym is modern and clean.

It has all the equipment you could need , great variety of classes, brilliant opening hours , you can even nip to the shops before or after your session . All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Daniel (DH) who is always approachable and helpful if you need tips or advice and always with a smile , nothing is too much trouble Fantastic gym at a very affordable price.

Ive never been disappointed, from the first day I visited, shortly after opening, I found a vibrant character to the gyms atmosphere. The equipment is ever evolving and responsive to the demand of the gym. I make friends every day im training due to wonderful characters who attend. I highly recommend the journey to this gym, good parking, readily accessible and a consistent standard of cleanliness, work ethic and helpful advice.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. All the equipment is in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and everything you need for a solid workout. One of the things I love most is that it’s usually pretty quiet when I come in, which means I never have to wait around for machines or weights. What really makes me smile, though, is seeing young people working or volunteering here. It’s so refreshing to see them getting involved in something positive, instead of hanging around outside or getting into trouble. It gives the whole place a great atmosphere and shows that this gym is more than just a place to exercise—it’s supporting the community too. It would be also great having more cleaning sprays and cloths near the equivalents to clean after use instead of just at the front Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and peaceful place to work out!

Positive experience: Is good. Except they blast kind of awful music very loud to a point where it’s difficult to hear your own music. The size of the gym doesn’t help in this regard since it echoes a lot and that further ruins it. I would prefer no music or have it be noticeable quieter. Oh yeah and the music they play is just so bad
