Fantastic experience: Came to Mark with various issues I’d been having since I started running. I saw Mark initially for diagnosis/running gait analysis and he quickly diagnosed the problem. I had a series of appointments with Mark & Katy to develop my strength and running technique. I also did the online run right course. It has helped me tremendously & I am now able to run 40-50km per week with no issues. I have also vastly improved my general strength and fitness as a result of their work. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Mark successfully assisted me in identifying flaws in my long established running technique and coached me into adopting a more efficient and less impactful style to allow me to improve performance and continue participating in medium to ultra distance off-road events for the long term.
Fantastic experience: I was recommended Run Right after being incorrectly diagnosed by two Physiotherapists. Mark correctly recognized the problem with my running/walking gait and has corrected this with a series of focussed exercises. Only wish I had approached Run Right initially. Mark has restored my faith in Physiotherapy, a master at his craft.

Fantastic experience: Since doing sessions with Katy for some time it has definitely boosted my confidence and is helping me achieve my physical goals. After having a setback with an MCL injury Mark helped me through and am well back on track. If you are serious on working on your body this is the place to go and it is a very enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t go a week without a session. If i could give 6 stars I would.
Fantastic experience: RunRight is a really good online course with plenty of variation so you’ll do it over and over. You need minimal kit and space. Really happy with it. I feel really energised to do more. Definitely helped my core and improved my rock climbing.

Fantastic experience: I came to Mark with some muscular problems after starting long distance running. Mark was thorough in his assessment and prognosis. He provided detailed information to allow me to understand everything I needed to know, and what to do going forward. His approachable manner and invaluable knowledge makes him stand out from the rest. My positive experience has allowed me to continue to work with Mark to develop and perfect my running technique. I will certainly recommend Mark to others.

Fantastic experience: Originally attended due to pain in my knee which prevented me from running longer distances. Was given useful exercises to do from home to strengthen muscles around knee before my running stance was corrected. Haven’t had any pain or issues since!
Fantastic experience: I Began seeing Mark and Katy back in March 2022. After suffering for 6 years with pain in both knees I had lost hope however Mark was able to show and explain exactly the issues and how these could be improved. The support from both Mark and Katy has helped me through an intense program which involves daily at home exercises, the online runright method workouts as well as weekly visits seeing Katy. Thanks to their expert knowledge and experience they have helped me transform my run and I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone who is beginning running or even who already does. After 8 months I can not only go about my daily life pain free but I can even run and it is all thanks to Mark and Katy.

He has a great understanding of the technique needed to run well, fast and injury free, and has made a huge difference to my running. Fantastic experience: I originally went to see Mark with a pain in my right knee, which was stopping me from running, as well as walking and general activity. Mark assessed my knee in different ways, including looking at my gait and overall strength, and explained to me what was causing me pain. He gave me some simple exercises to do at home to help strengthen the muscles supporting the knee. Alongside this I completed the RunRight method online programme, which really helped me build my muscles to a level which would enable me to start working on my running technique with Mark. The programme was fantastic in introducing me to strengthening exercises and provided plenty of modifications and ways to progress. Within the program Katy was extremely encouraging and motivational, which made me look forward to completing it on a daily basis. Mark also helped me condition my brain to run in a correct form. He always explained things in an easily accessible and patient way which was great in giving me the confidence to achieve my goals. All of this along side working with Katy weekly enabled me to run pain free and enjoy running again! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I'm a forty-year old lecturer by profession and stumbled across Runright through a newly awakened love of running and desire to be injury free and run better. I've had phenomenal results from Runright so far and love the sessions for the friendliness, expert knowledge on running and hi-tech analysis. This is complemented by an in-depth, uniquely tailored training programme. I've been introduced to muscles I didn't know I had; I feel fantastic and my running style is miles more efficient now. I couldn't recommend Mark, Katie and the team highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I went to see the team with a painful knee which was stopping me from running longer distances. After a full analysis of my current running technique and also my general physical condition, I was given specific targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee. Having followed the advice given and working with the team to build my strength and stamina, I am now running quicker and stronger than ever! Moreover, my body is more toned, I feel in great shape and have also dropped two dress sizes! I have finally said goodbye to a sore knee and am embracing a new fitter me.
Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that Katy and Mark have changed my life for the better. After first seeing Mark for bad sciatic pain and then moving on to regular PT sessions with Katy I am now 3 stone lighter, stronger, running a pace 50% faster than I ever have and generally feeling a lot better about myself! Fantastic experience: We went to Run Right in the hope of completing the Marathon Des Sables. Mark and Katy taught us the correct technique, did lots of S & C and runs with us. In the end we completed the MDS with no injuries what so ever - incredible. We cant thank them enough
Negative experience: Didn’t help me. I went because of a niggling pain when running. I ended up in much more pain and went from comfortably running 10k to struggling to run 3k without serious issues. I have ended up going back to my old ways, hoping that I can start enjoying running again.
