Fantastic experience: I had the 1st paraffin wax foot treatment today, I am a regular there and was the "model" for this new treatment! Have to say maybe the best feel good factor ever during and long after! superb!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed five mini treatments in the August offer. It was a sublime experience. Denise creates a nurturing safe space and delivers wonderful unique treatments. An experience not to be missed.

Fantastic experience: Walk in the door and by the time you get to the top of the stairs your shoulders will have dropped and you will feel a sense of calm come over you. Then into the tratment room for an indulgent Murad Facial with Denise. My first intro to the brand and I've already started purchasing products that were used. What I really loved was that the Facial was bespoke to me and my concerns.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful treat for my feet. A warm welcome, quality products and yummy refreshments. The June special pedicure really lived up to its’ name. Thank you for a special experience.

Fantastic experience: After a stressful time I needed to care and attention.. The Shanga House has given me an oasis in the centre of town. I had my hair cut but Oksanna who was kind and very good. Then I had a fabulous massage by Olana..who is a gifted and intuitive holistic practitioner. I also attended a Tai Chi class with Andy.. great teaching and a lovely friendly group.. I'm going to get a membership because you get so much more than just a fitness class.. Thanks everyone . Claire

Fantastic experience: I booked a manicure and hot oil massage for my mum’s 94th birthday. It was wonderful, mum loved it, Denise was so kind and made mum feel very special, she had a very relaxing and fun hour and came out with beautifully manicured and polished nails!!! Thank you Denise

Negative experience: Unfortunately I'm having to leave a bad review. I went for a massage with Denise yesterday. The room the massage was in was fully lit and had no dimmed lighting (something you would always expect when recieveing a massage to help set the mood). I was offered an eye mask (but at an additional cost to myself)!!! Thought the massage i could hear conversations being had outside of the treatment room which was unprofessional and prevented me from being able to focus and relax-this i had to mention halfway through the treatment. The treatment itself was not what I had expected and unfortunately was so bad that I had to ask her to stop. I would go so far as to tell people to avoid this place altogether and to save their money!

Fantastic experience: The Sangha house is very welcoming and friendly. Denise made me feel at home, Denise is very knowledgeable about foot care and talked me through what she was going to do. It was all very relaxing, I would highly recommend anyone with diabetes to book an appointment to see her.

Fantastic experience: I joined Sangha house when I moved to the area, it is a lovely place and Denise, Andy and Helen have created a lovely community. I come for massage, manicure, facial and yoga. Denise’s treatments are lovely and always tailored to exactly what I need. She also has a sixth sense for when to talk and when to offer quiet. The yoga classes are varied and set to different abilities. Different teachers and pace have allowed me to explore my practice. Variations are always offered and the classes are very inclusive for age and ability. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely allowing true relaxation. It is not a luxury clinical spa, but a holistic wellness centre! Expect to feel a lift of the soul not just the body.

Fantastic experience: A warm welcome by Denise and attention to my comfort throughout the treatment. A friendly smile and appropriate reassurance given during consultation. Felt relaxed and rejuvenated after. Would recommend the Murad facial for menopause!

Zhang, gentle pedicure by Denise, all welcoming friends circle and even a great book club both run by Helen….and more…these just those I have been doing on a regular basis. You can become a member or just pay as you go monthly or per class…wonderful drop in all inclusive place in the heart of the town! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m can’t rate Denise highly enough ! After a nasty knock to my big toe she did a toenail reconstruction that has allowed me to get my feet out again !! She certainly knows her stuff and I love that I am able to get pedicures again however dreadful I think my feet are Thank you, Denise - and it’s always such fun talking to you !

Fantastic experience: Looking for someone to do a deep tissue massage is always a bit of a worry but on a recommendation, I booked in with Olena at Sangha House. She has a lovely calm personality and was very professional. She focused on the areas I requested and I felt very comfortable and came away feeling relaxed, stress-free and mobile. Have had two sessions with Olena and I am booked in for another one again later this month.

Fantastic experience: Can’t rate Denise highly enough. She contacted me quickly to arrange a massage when I needed one urgently. She showed compassion and care when discussing what I needed and the massage itself was the perfect mix of nurturing and getting rid of some knots! Have been back multiple times and very grateful to have her round the corner!

Fantastic experience: The sangha is a special place with lovely people who know their stuff! Denise has been helping me with my feet. My toe nails needed help so I could wear my flappies. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Sangha House although it had been on my radar for a while! It was a really lovely atmosphere and a very personalised experience which I very much appreciated. I had a lovely pedicure with Denise who really knows her stuff, so felt in good hands, and is very easy to chat to. Then I had a beautiful Indonesian Massage with the lovely Olena, who I can highly recommend. She has a real quality of touch and I feel that her massage comes from the heart, which makes for a much more enriching experience. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Sangha House to hire one of their lovely staff to host a private sound bath for myself and friends at a private venue whilst away for my 40th birthday weekend. Easy to arrange, reasonable price and the woman who held the sound bath was great. Kelly was early, set up, prepared us for the sound bath and then held a wonderful experience for us. Thanks Liz

Fantastic experience: The Sangha House is a must. It is the most calming welcoming environment. Andy, D and Helen are beautiful souls and their knowledge is out of this world. Olena, the holistic therapist is so professional and I experienced the best massage I have ever had. Amber one of the yoga instructors is so welcoming and great at was she does. I would highly recommend to all and cannot sing their praises enough. They have been an absolute god send and have helped me through a very tough time in my life.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with very tense shoulders for a while and this morning I had a wonderful massage from Denise, she was able to locate the knots with bamboo sticks and coconut oil and wow! I feel so much better! I will be visiting again. Thank you Andy and Denise for the warm welcome and for allowing me to have a massage without an appointment. Fantastic experience: Today I had a pedicure by Denise using Releaf products what a luxurious experience my feet feel amazing and smell beautiful highly recommend this pedicure as a real foot treat the fragrances of eucalyptus are both soothing and invigorating. Thank you Denise X

Fantastic experience: Denise has taken care of my feet for some while now and has always provided a great service. Today however, I was offered something a little different, namely one of the new treatments offered by Denise, her "Foot Care Signature Treatment". With the use of the Footlogix range of products this was just what was required to sort out the hard skin on my feet. The Callus Softener Spray was particularly effective in softening the hard skin and made removal a breeze and the treatment was finished off with Very Dry Skin Formula Mousse Moisturiser that left the feet well moisturised without the greasiness associated with other moisturisers. All in all if you are looking for a first class foot care treatment I cannot recommend Denise enough. The Sangha House is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Sangha house has been life changing for me. Denise particularly tapped into what I needed and helped me with a programme that reduced my work related and life stress massively. Her lasting impact has made me recognise and acknowledge my needs as an individual and improved my self-respect. I had a combination of massage and somatic classes which has made a huge and lasting improvement to my life. The space is also incredible and the caring and understanding nature of both Denise and Andy is a fantastic vibe to embrace. The classes I attended were all superbly led with amazing attentiveness to each individuals needs. I would say that this space helped me primarily with mental health needs and I was catered to with a holistic approach that did wonder for me. Thank you guys, see you soon.

Fantastic experience: I had a foot logics treatment yesterday by Denise at the Sangha House, which was excellent. All hard skin removed easily, exfoliation, toenails trimmed and tidied and now have lovely soft feet. The moisturiser isn’t sticky either.

There is so much on offer and lots of variety from tai chi, meditation yoga etc. There’s also extra courses and events which have all been such high quality and delivered with lots of knowledge and passion. I have tried yoga, pilates and tai chi. It's great having the flexibility to book in a class to suit my schedule as there are so many options. Fantastic experience: I first came to the Sangha House for a pampering pedicure and manicure prior to my son's wedding. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience which left my feet looking a lot better than they ought for their 60+ years on the planet! More recently I developed an auto immune condition which, amongst other things, left the nail beds of my fingers calloused and painful. Denise agreed she could help and over a few sessions she has transformed them back to normality. Every visit is calm and relaxing and I have recommended it to all my friends.

I mainly do Tai chi - in years of practice I have known no better classes. Andy is a deeply knowledgeable, passionate and experienced practitioner and teacher who inspires all standards from complete beginner with gentle guidance.

OH MY GOSH it was amazing! the team were so welcoming and friendly. Morgan gave me a full body massage which was HEAVEN. She was really professional and targeted my tension fantastically. After a brief consultation with Denise she had picked out the perfect blend of products for my skin and delivered the best facial I've ever had leaving my skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Fantastic experience: I see Denise for a pedicure. Our own Meticulous Manicurist in the south west UK. Would recommend to anyone with normal & any nail issues such as fungal infection. My nails are really improving & for the first time in years, I am not embarrassed to show my toe nails. Great service & chat too.

Fantastic experience: Lovely yoga session at the Sangha House yesterday...so relaxing and just what I needed. The tutor is experienced, knowledgable and friendly and the teaching room felt safe, clean and airy. Altogether a very positive experience. Good to be back.

Fantastic experience: The Sangha House is truly the BEST place to be to recharge and reconnect within and away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. It nurtures a sense of calm and tranquillity, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit or join up to their memberships both physical classes and virtual online classes. The teachers are super and the space is awesome I honestly don't know what I'd do without the Sangha House in my life. You are always guaranteed the BEST nights sleep after a one of their class.

They have worked very hard over the pandemic to set up a full programme of Zoom classes. Now there are also physical classes and I've loved going back. Fantastic experience: I can not reccomend The Sangha House higher. I have been lucky to visit on numerous occasions, both physically and virtually via zoom. It is a fantastic place not only to relax but have fun and learn. I have attended open mic nights, belly dancing workshops, yoga, talks, meditations to name but a few and on every occasion the teachers have been fantastic and Andy and Denise have been so friendly, welcoming and kind.

Fantastic experience: For those of you who live nowhere near Taunton - the home of the Sangha House I recommend their 'Virtual Studio' which delivers many of their classes on-line - Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and more. For one small monthly membership fee I enjoy as many (or as few) of the sessions as I want. I love the tai-chi. It's great for beginners and there's a more experienced class too. It's all delivered at a gentle pace making it suitable for ALL ages and levels of fitness (and even no fitness at all!!). Very enjoyable, very meditative and very good for my health & fitness.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first 2 classes back at Sangha and it was great. The team have and are working very hard to keep everyone safe. It was fantastic to get back into the studio again.

Fantastic experience: Despite the current situation with Covid 19 the Sangha house continues to deliver on all fronts. There are a variety of virtual classes to chose from, to support mind and body in these difficult times. The best thing is the very personal approach by the owners Denise and Andy who are always warm and friendly and show a real interest in their clients. Thank you both very much.

Positive experience: Difficult to give a star rating as everything about the Sangha house is excellent except for one of the owners. He lacks compassion and should maybe try to practice what he preaches! He shall no doubt write a long winded response trying to justify himself but this is how I feel and I'm entitled to my opinion. ( now ex member joined 2017)

Fantastic experience: Just attended a Sound Healing session at The Sangha House. The upstairs room was spacious and comfortable with a the perfect atmosphere of warmth and tranquility. The session itself was a series of sounds from drums to rattles to chimes to a combination of voice and indian singing bowl. Absolutely wonderful! Would do it again.
