Fantastic experience: Great gym and facilities including physio n more. I am not a member....yet, but at present pay as I go for some classes. My favourite being Ladies who Lift! Well equipped gym with loads of free weights. Staff are super friendly and eager to help too!

Fantastic experience: Great pricing and knowledge from an experienced team of trainers. The gym is well kitted out and they have a good choice of classes that are all well run. I've been to their seminars on Olympic lifting and found it I teresting and challenged a few of my own thoughts on class delivery. Really worth checking these sessions out when they are run.
