Fantastic experience: I cant think of enough words to convey the positive energy, the happiness from all who joined and the enthusiasm and abundance of vigor Mon puts into her classes; not to mention she can move; much more than plenty of other Zumba instructors! Fantastic experience: I’d recommend Mon’s Zumba Gold class to anyone who dreads going into an exercise class for the first time.. I’m so glad I took the plunge about 18 months ago- I was immediately made to feel welcome and no one seemed to notice my lack of coordination as we often all move in different directions! Mons playful energy is infectious- some days I can start off in a brain fog- feeling overloaded by work and stress and within minutes I’m laughing and loving life! Come along and give your laughter muscles a good work out!

Fantastic experience: Zumba with Mon is simply the best in Brighton customised for everyone! The fun factor & energy is sky high & the laughing is contagious ! The dance routines are so dynamic from hip-hop to classic you would find something you like amongst the classes (Mon,Tue,Wed,Sat) or fancy a slower pace at Thurs (Zumba gold) or even for the moms & their bbs (mama got moves). Why not try yourselves if you fancy some cheerful experience?
