Fantastic experience: Joined in August... can say it's been fab. Trainer led groups, able to tailor excercises to individual needs. 30 minutes of fitcamp set you up for the day. Love it!

I was amazed how much of a workout it was, while no one part was hurting I was exhausted afterwards (like nap level tired). Brilliant session, looking forward to more and others. Fantastic experience: Class Fit Mums has literally been a lifesaver for me in postpartum. you can take your little one, there's lots of other mums to chat too and get to know. the exercise is so well tailored to mums of all birth experiences, which is amazing.It's no judgement, super friendly and a lovely way to spend a morning!

Fantastic experience: I joined Studio Fit at 12 weeks postpartum and it has been a game changer! The mum and baby classes are so fun and well led, with adaptations to help every mum on their own journey with a safe space for all the babies. Annelize & the other coaches deliver loads of great non-baby sessions too and the gym is always full of smiling faces and is a great community to be a part of :)

You can get a professional support, friendly sessions that help you to lose lots of energy ,keep your body in a good shape, regularly updates and information regarding your health , different combinations of exercises. The opportunity of early morning sessions and afternoon sessions make it perfect for those who need flexibility and struggling with time .

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Studio Fit Gloucester at 4 months postpartum. I absolutely love it, the Mum and Baby groups are perfect as I can bring my little one and they are tailored to your individual needs as you recover. The fit camp and strength camps are great too and are the way they are structured keep you motivated throughout. All coaches are so welcoming and supportive. It’s a great community to be apart of and I wish I joined sooner♥️

Fantastic experience: Having recently experienced an accident leaving me with various fractures after a few months of physiotherapy and treatments, I tentatively reached out to Studio Fit for advice. Knowing I have lost so much muscle along with balance and fatigue, I was not altogether positive this would be the answer. However, every session I have attended, I have had so much support from the team and other members that I need not have been concerned. We all work at different levels, and there is no shame or expectation to be lifting heavier weights or managing the reps. I am work in progress for sure, but for 30 to 45 minutes I can forget the journey past and focus ahead again.

Fantastic experience: I booked a bungee fit private group session for my daughters hen party activity and it was so much fun! We were a group of 14 with ages ranging from 28 to 57 and some with joint issues. I think we were all not quite sure what to expect but Annelize made us all feel very comfortable and safe right from the start. Annelize clearly explained the moves but her daughter (who was so good) also demonstrated them. This is a great class and very different to anything I’ve done before, its definitely worth trying. Annelize is a great instructor and we laughed a lot!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience whilst attending the bungee fitness workshop. Exercises are explained and demonstrated and you are made to feel welcome as well as being supported and encouraged. Annelize and the team were wonderful at ensuring the workshop was accessible to all.

Fantastic experience: I attended a Bungee Work shop today, first time getting back to fitness after 6 months, and I loved it so much I booked my next session whilst I was there. Great for people who normally struggle with cardio, or don’t normally enjoy it. This way you get cardio, fitness and fun!!!!

Did the bungee fit workshop and it was brilliant really kind on the old joints and made me laugh without me noticing what a workout it was giving me and Annelize was great l. Fantastic experience: It was amazing, so much fun and I will definitely be a regular. You didn’t know but I was so nervous around my weight being an issue but you really made me feel like that wasn’t a problem at all. I have recently lost over 100lb and still have a lot of shame around exercise and my weight. You were so encouraging, I loved it.

Each class is different, interesting and ran by amazing instructors who motivate and encourage you every step of the way. It’s not intimidating like some gyms can be, the instructors and other members are so incredibly welcoming and everyone helps each other. Would highly recommend studio fit to anyone

Positive experience: Great place with a great sense of community and energy to motivate you. It's more so made for you to slowly get into exercise rather than a tough workout program to get properly fit. I love the range of different activities on offer such as zumba and bungee fitness. Would be even better if instructors payed closer attention to our form and how we're doing the exercise. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fantastic experience: I went to a bungee fitness class for a hen party and absolutely loved it! I was nervous about what to expect but Annelize was wonderful - she instructed us clearly, made us all feel included and valued, and made sure that we all had fun while staying safe. I wish I lived closer so that I could go to regular classes. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the mums and baby fitness classes over the past few weeks and I am loving it. Everyone is so friendly, the work outs are great and you can do what you need to do with regards to having a stop to feed the baby etc. Really highly recommend! It is so hard to get back into fitness/ finding the time, after having a baby, but being able to take baby with me makes it so easy!

Fantastic experience: I went to a Bungee private group session last night - completely unaware what to expect - and had the absolute best time with my pals. Annelize is a fun and warm instructor and we were all soon bouncing around, trying new moves, and building in confidence. Love how inclusive this is. Felt so wonderful to shrug off the work week and just PLAY! Highly highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this class! Annelize and Leah were fantastic at making sure we were fitted correctly with all equipment and took the class at our pace, increasing the difficulty when we mastered each move. We all laughed the entire way through it and I can’t wait to go back again!

Fantastic experience: I love the classes at studio fit, especially as I can easily fit them in around work/kids. The instructors are all super friendly and there's never any judgment regardless of ability. There's lots of options to choose from so you don't get stuck in the same boring routines. These are genuinely the first fitness classes that I've stuck at and I'm sad when I have to miss a session! Definitely recommend giving them a try

Fantastic experience: I discovered Studio Fit Gloucester ZUU Certified Partner and re-found Annelize after a really difficult spell in my life, and I found the classes to be so encouraging. Not only do I feel better after a work out with endorphins buzzing, but the friendship and giggles have also been great! All the coaches motivate me to push myself and I love that I get to work out with such a range of different people! No one session is the same and that keeps my interest up too! So glad to have found this place!

Fantastic experience: If you are even thinking about bungee fit - stop thinking and just do it!! It is such a fun work out and a wonderful experience with Annelize too, you are made to feel welcome from the very start. You only go to your own pace and ability - you are not pushed beyond your limits, although it is surprising how much you can do with the cords on! The whole atmosphere of studio fit is humbling and all of Annelize’s family are just wonderfully kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!
