Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to start my pole fitness journey and I started about 5 weeks ago now. Everyone has been so friendly and I absolutely love going, Tracey my instructor is so patient with everyone and very welcoming. I thoroughly recommend taking the plunge if you've been thinking about starting and just booking that first class, you won't regret it...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place - the ladies are so welcoming, non judgemental and make things fun. They will take you whatever your skill level and help you to move forward at your own pace. Pole fitness, as well as pleaser classes, silks and hoops. Males and females welcome! There's a teens class as well, called 'All of a Spin' with age appropriate, fun excercise.
