Fantastic experience: Due to back injury I am not able to do postures with twists. Anna was wonderful, giving me alternative postures and making certain that I was comfortable. I highly recommend these classes especially as I had the best night's sleep afterwards!

Fantastic experience: My first time at yoga as a complete beginner and middle aged woman! Although this was a level 2 class Matt the instructor was amazing and immediately put us at ease, giving alternative movements if needed. Everyone was so friendly. The room and surroundings of Harewood estate are beautiful and tranquil and I would definitely recommend this class to either beginners or those with more experience.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough! Not only is it set in the beautiful grounds of Harewood estate but the building itself is stunning. I was instantly made to feel welcome and relaxed despite being new to yoga and the instructor made me feel completely at ease and was very supportive. You can even walk around the stunning grounds afterwards or go for lunch/coffee at Muddy Boots cafe. Cannot wait to return.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely studio in a fabulous setting. The studio is very well equipped and our evening class had lovely candlelight. Matt's Yin and Vinyasa class is excellent - I like the mixture of styles and the pace of the class. Plenty of free parking, lovely woodland walks nearby

Fantastic experience: Beautiful space for Yoga set within the wonderful private estate of Harewood. Sophie who runs it has done a great job of making this the nicest yoga studio I know of in Yorkshire. A good mix of teachers covering many types of Yoga. I highly recommend Matt's Yin Yoga or Powerflow.

Fantastic experience: I attended an all day retreat (Yoga + Forest Bathing + Wild Swimming + Yoga Nidra + Cacao + Food) on Saturday 6 July 2024. A fantastic experience, well run and conducted by Matt Tottman and Liz. There is another one coming up again in September and if available I'll be there. It was that good. Don't miss the next one if you can help it. You don't have to do the wild swimming to get a load out of it (I didn't). Food brilliant. Space amazing. Programme tremendous. Fantastic experience: The ‘Zen’ experience begins when you turn into the Harewood Estate via Weardsley. This feeling continues as you enter the yoga studio to find a beautiful & calm environment. Emma was my yoga tutor this morning. Our class consisted of calming, meditative & challenging movements which proved to be such a positive force to be experienced. Emma is a very intuitive, caring & such a knowledgeable yoga tutor. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: These sessions have become the highlight of my week! What a lovely way to switch off the 'mind chatter' and become one with the present moment, the teacher and the energy of the room in a beautiful moving meditation, that exercises the whole body.

Fantastic experience: Truly a wonderful oasis of calm to practice yoga. The space has been sympathetically renovated and has a fantastic relaxing vibe. As soon as you walk in the door you sense the opportunity to switch off from the outside world. Whatever your ability there are classes to suit. There is also a choice of Pilates classes and they are brilliant too. If you are reading this you won't regret booking at Harewood Holistics.

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite places to visit to relax & unwind. I have been going a few months now & there retreats are just amazing. The Gong Sound Bath evenings especially. I have a weekly yoga session with Amanda who is such a beautiful soul & fantastic teacher. It’s a very special place in beautiful Harewood. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a relaxation massage for my birthday. Amazing place, amazing team. I am so glad with lovely Sophie who helped me with my booking. She was really kind and welcoming. She's got an amazing energy. Super happy with JJ my therapist who was excellent thorough my treatment. She's got amazing hands and she's very caring and respectful with the customers. My back feels 1000% better and beyond. Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing again soon.

Fantastic experience: Spent the weekend here for a Spring retreat. Thoroughly enjoyed the meditation and yoga classes in beautiful surroundings. The food and drink was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and knowledgable. Available treatments were all very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend.
