Fantastic experience: I’ve just come to the end of my 6 week challenge at MiBootcamp. Returning after 3 years away was a little daunting, but 6 weeks later I’m raring to go at 6 am and enjoy the sessions and camaraderie, something I’ve never felt at a traditional gym. At the end of the 6 weeks I feel stronger, way more energised and leaner, fitting into those clothes I’d hidden away “for when they fit”. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mibootcamp for 3 years now - first as 1 to 1 and for the last year + for the group strength training and bootcamp sessions. Fantastic experience: A very different training experience for me and I love it! A small outdoor gym, where everyone is so supportive and all the trainers provide guidance throughout the sessions, always mindful on adapting any routines to assist in injury recovery. Due to foot surgery last year, I was recommended strength training during my 6 week challenge and it has significantly helped my recovery. And I've now signed for another 4 months. Russell provides help on nutrition and actively follows up in regular checkins and podcasts. There are also regular biometric weighins to keep all members on track! If your interested on making a change, I couldn't recommend MiBootcamp more!!

Fantastic experience: If you're thinking of signing up to MiBootcamp... do it! Fantastic experience: I joined MiBootcamp 2 months ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I'm enjoying exercise for the first time ever and look forward to each session. The instructors are all amazing - they are supportive and encouraging and treat you as an individual - you never feel like you're trying to catch up with anyone else. The support you get outside of class is also incredible, I know if I have any questions, I can ask away. Other members are also incredibly supportive, it's like a little family. I can only say positive things about MiBootcamp and for anyone thinking about joining, do it!!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the team and support provided. I’ve joined numerous gym over the years and never actually ended up going. This is perfect if you’re looking for a non traditional gym! Gutted that I’ve not been on the top of my 6 week challenge due to work commitments but still managed to lose almost 3kilos. I will continue this journey as feel stronger and super motivated to see myself in the next few months.
Fantastic experience: Having procrastinated for the past 5 years that this was going to be the year I would focus on regaining not only my figure but my fitness too, I messaged MiBootcamp following several posts I’d seen on Facebook. I spoke to Jo who told me her story and with no hard sell, convinced me to give it a go. A 6 week challenge, I could commit to that, it felt doable. Having not really exercised properly for at least 8 years, I’m not going to lie, the first week to week and a half hurt, getting up early, working out in the frosty mornings woke something up that had been missing for a long time and not just muscles that I’d forgotten were there! The continual support not only from the coaches but the other members has been such a motivator, and as advised I just trusted in and followed the plan. I’m now in my sixth week and have signed up to continue, I feel stronger, have more energy and zest for life, not to mention knocking off a good few pounds and centimetres. I would highly recommend MiBootcamp to anyone wanting a complete, supported fitness and nutritional programme, the team are great and it’s great
Fantastic experience: After completely losing motivation being absent from the gym for 6 months I knew I needed to find something that would hold me accountable! After being recommended by a friend and a chat with Jo I knew Mibootcamp was for me! I have made some great friendships and I really look forward to attending 3x a week! I have built an amazing foundation and have created a great relationship with food and finally happy with the way I look! I have enjoyed it so much I have signed up for another 4 months!
Fantastic experience: I started the 6 week challenge just under six weeks now as i wanted and needed to lose weight as i was just putting on dress sizes this was due to medication and also my mental health issues. I was unsure how my journey would go but i can safely say just listen to all the advice and follow the ftp plan and stick to it, drink plenty of water and work hard and it will pay off i have made friends along the way and all the staff have been amazing i would recommend mi bootcamp to anyone. Thank you to all the personal trainers this is only the beginning for me but i will carry on with the plan going foward as i am in a better mindset and headspace

Fantastic experience: I decided I needed to do something that was not the traditional gym route to increase my health. I saw Mibootcamp and thought I would give it a go. I found like minded people who are friendly and not the typical gym bunny. There was no type to fit in with. The trainers allow you to go at your own pace and with the 6 week program we shared nutrition to help us along the way. I feel mentally stronger, calmer, more in control and am on my journey to being stronger and fitter (and lighter as I am 11lb down in 6 weeks) with a new set of friends.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to share some Feedback. Credit to Jo, Russell and his Team. I’ve noticed in particular there has been a ‘Trigger’ since I started with yourselves last week. In particular with the way I am looking at food….. eating cleaner; getting an education along the way: And very much enjoying turning my nose up at the not so good stuff!! - calorie overload. whilst; I appreciate energy levels will be high as it’s early days…… (My 2nd Week) Ive not felt like this before during my trainings in Gyms and out of it. I’ve been an avid trainer (back in the day!) as I like to say; but I’ve never thought about food so much in the way I am now. It’s quite profound. Weird, So something in a week has changed! I don’t even know myself; I just want to do well and be mindful of hand to mouth. (What’s going in my Body) That’s the ‘Bug’ I have. Absolutely Loving the sessions and the Buzz from these strength classes: as; I mentioned to Russell for me ‘Consistency’ is KEY! And I’ve got my Old self back or seems like it…… I’ve not felt like this since my martial art days over 25 years ago!! So Lovely being in a ‘Team’ environment and seeing everyone Have fun whilst getting fit, and also giggling along the way. It’s the Team and outdoorsy style that does it for me! . Also nice to feel like you’ve worked; and come away from that session still being able to move! many thanks to all in so far. Long may the journey continue along with the transformation! Fantastic experience: Mibootcamp is not a regular gym that offers just fitness classes. It is a complete package that gives members nutritional advice, body scans which shows fat percentage and muscle mass and most importantly it is a community... there's something very unique about this place, the feeling that 'we're in this together!'. Before I started Mibootcamp I was stuck in a rut with no energy and feeling overwhelmed with life but this all changed after just a week. I quickly relaised I wasn't eating enough and I was doing the wrong type of training. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Mibootcamp and to see how far I can go... Fantastic experience: Just finishing my 6 weeks challenge with Mibootcamp and I can honestly say I’ve really enjoyed it. Fantastic experience: Loved Bootcamp! I’ve lost 8cms from my waist alone since joining up in June training 3 times a week. Met lots of lovely people. Everyone is very supportive and non judgemental. I trained before at a gym but this is much more sociable and enjoyable as you work with others and can challenge yourself to lift a little bit more each session. Russell and his team are very supportive. This is so much more rewarding than the gym! I feel fitter and so much stronger.

Fantastic experience: After wanting to get back into fitness and not really knowing where to start. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and decided to sign up to the 6 week challenge. I’m currently on my last week and I can safely say it is one of the best things I have done for myself. In my time already I feel stronger and generally better in myself both physically and mentally. I’ve met some fantastic people along the way. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and professional. They all go out of their way to guide you no matter your ability. Fantastic experience: I’m coming to the end of my 6 week challenge and I have loved every minute I’ve signed up for another 4 months. All the instructors are fabulous and very attentive. I’ve never done strength training before but now I’m converted. I’m seeing changes in my body and my mindset is in a much better place. I have never done strength training as I’ve always headed to more cardio workouts, but I have been converted! Fantastic experience: I've just completed the 6 Week Challenge and I can't tell you how chuffed I am at my results! Following a nutrition plan (of which I've eaten more than I usually do), attending a minimum of 3 sessions a week, I've lost a huge 6cm from my waist and 3.5 cm from my hips/butt. IN 6 WEEKS! My mindset has completely changed towards food and exercise for the better. I've also noticed I'm much stronger and confident in my yoga class which is a bonus. MiBootcamp has got a really good thing going on, I'm super pleased I crossed the hurdle and joined, everyone is lovely from the mentors to my fellow MiBootcampers. Fantastic experience: I decided to give the 6 week challenge a go after being recommended by my sister's friend and I am so glad I did. Always being on the larger size I always felt uncomfortable going to the gym and have tried many diets over the years, I have to say I have never felt more comfortable, accepted and supported as I do at MiBootcamp. Not only are the trainers knowledgeable and supportive but so to are the members. I enjoy the workouts (which is something I never thought I would say), the food and the community the results are pretty great too. I cannot recommend MiBootcamp highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The 6 week challenge has been brilliant for me and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I feel like I have seen changes in many different areas. Fantastic experience: Joining Mibootcamp was one of the best decisions I made. I started my journey to improve my health and lose weight and I can already see the difference in both. Fantastic experience: Wow, what a journey I have been on these last few weeks, I signed up although feeling anxious about it, I spoke to Jo who comforted me about the journey and I turned up the same day and don’t regret it at all, I have met some lovely ppl, I feel great after a workout, I’ve changed lots of bad habits just by having the support each week from the staff, you can’t do a workout wrong because a staff member will notice and help you to do it right, you work within your limits and get better each time you do it, I feel better in myself and moods are better too lol. They have had other professionals visit too to get advice for those with bad backs or joints, I’m one of them and can’t thank them enough. My 6 weeks are nearly up and I don’t want it to end. Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I am always made to feel welcome. The staff and other clients are always willing to help when I forget or do it slightly wrong.
Fantastic experience: After speaking with Russell I took the plunge and signed up to the February 6 week challenge. I'm 1 week in and I'm absolutely loving every single minute. I've never been able to stick to the gym as I've always felt really intimidated. Mibootcamp is just phenomenal. I'm confident to say when I can't do an exercise and an alternative is always given. All of the trainers are super friendly and always on hand. You are never just left not knowing what to do. On my first session, Jo offered to support the newbies, and thanks to her I felt so welcome, and she gave me the confidence to return to my next session. Morgan stayed after her session to show me how to correctly use a foam roller which was so helpful. Russell constantly walks around to make sure everyone is ok. I've already booked all of my sessions next week and I already cannot wait. The members are all so lovely too. There truly is no judgement whatsoever. My only regret is I didn't join up sooner! I could not recommend Mibootcamp enough.
Fantastic experience: Exceeded my expectations! Between the group support and the knowledge from Russell I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 6weeks. After having a bad back for the last 18months I lost all confidence in exercise and in turn gained allot of weight. I nervously signed up for the 6 week’s challenge and have loved it. For the first time in a long time I feel in control of my food and enjoying exercise. I am no longer worried about my back going as Russell is on hand throughout the session and constantly checks my form and always gives alternatives if needed. Fantastic experience: LOVE this place I would give it more stars if I could. I was part of mibootcamp for a year and was absolutely gutted when I had to leave (I moved to another city). I have always been fit but I have never felt stronger and happier in my own body than now. The classes vary which is nice cos everybody can find what fits them the best. You build up your strength, stamina and rutine so you actually look forward to exercise (which was a nice change for me :) Russell and the team are great, very engaged, not just training but actually carying about you (whether technique or progress), regularly checking what you might be missing or what your goal is and making sure you get there and have fun during sessons. I have met so many nice ppl, bootcamp is more like a comunity than just random people exercising. I would definitely recommend to join, you will not regret it

Fantastic experience: I decided to join the 6 week challenge at the end of July as my weight was increasing, my eating habits were not good, I wasn’t eating the right food and felt like I needed to be re educated again.. I was feeling tired and unmotivated to do any exercise and really dislike going to the gym and home exercise’s as I need to have guidance to push me. I have been going to Mibootcamp on and off for the last few years and knew that once I started I would enjoy it and it would make me feel good again.. since starting my eating habits have improved and I have lost just over a stone in weight which means that my jeans now fit me comfortably again!! I’ve still got a way to go to where I want to be but I’m heading in the right direction. The team of PT’s are knowledgeable and motivating, it’s a fun place to work out and it’s lovely to go somewhere where everyone is really friendly and you don’t feel judged!! Bring on the winter and the bad weather .

There is a good variety to the sessions, everyone works together and helps to encourage you along the way! Like most people, life is very busy. I wasn’t convinced that I’d find the time to go BUT without fail I have attended 3/4 sessions each week. Fantastic experience: I decided to sign up for a 6 week challenge after seeing the ad pop up on my Facebook page. As the ad came up asking for ladies in the Chelmsford area, I had assumed (incorrectly) that the sessions would be ladies only, but there is a good mix of both males and females, of all shapes, ages and fitness levels. The members are a great bunch, they are friendly and welcoming and support each other in the sessions. And although training has a serious side, there is always time to have some fun at the 6:30am early session. I have paid for many gym memberships over the years and have always procrastinated and taking care of myself has always been at the bottom of the list of things to do. As Mibootcamp is local to me, I couldn't make too many excuses of why I couldn't go! I'm glad I took the first step. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting back into regular training over the past 10 weeks and will be grabbing a monthly subscription when my current 6 week challenge (number 2) is completed. Russell and all of the team are super supportive and encouraging, always there to advise on the best way of meting your goals, whether in weight loss, muscle gain or just general fitness. Russell is also very keep on receiving feedback, to know how members are feeling and whether there is more that he can do as a trainer and business owner. I definitely recommend Mibootcamp, so if you are thinking about joining, DO IT! Come along, it'd be great to meet you.
Fantastic experience: I have been with MiBootcamp for 3 weeks now and feel amazing. Russell has taught me so much about food and nutrition, I no longer restrict myself and I don’t feel hungry but am still loosing weight. Fantastic experience: I originally joined MiBootcamp on the 6 week challenge. Having not done any form of exercise for years I was apprehensive but I can honestly say I have loved every session. The PT's are so helpful and always on hand, the members supportive and friendly and the classes are varied meaning I never get bored of a workout. I've seen a big difference to my mood, eating habits, strength and body shape since joining. I've now been coming for 6 months and I can't ever see myself leaving!
Fantastic experience: A wonderful friendly atmosphere, where everyone wants to help you succeed, plenty of encouragement from everyone. The trainers are experienced, know what they are talking about and help you get your best from each and every training session. Returning after a long time away from exercise and after undergoing chemotherapy I was petrified of returning to exercise, but I was given lots of wonderful advise, encouragement it left me feeling amazing, even after I had to have some time off, the trainers continued to check in with me to help me keep going.

Fantastic experience: Having tried other gyms and been initially keen and then getting bored and making excuses not to go, I was dubious about starting something new again but was so impressed with the overall feel of the place. The support from the trainers and other members is really inspirational and has just kept me going back and I can honestly say it is the best fitness journey I have been on. Fantastic experience: I, like many others, initially felt apprehensive about attending bootcamp for the first time. However, my mindset quickly changed for the better! Russell and the team are knowledgeable not only about running classes but also about providing a human touch. The support is exceptional, and the classes offer a fantastic variety. Having struggled with anxiety and self-consciousness for a long time, attending for 10 weeks has made a significant difference. While there's still work to be done, I can genuinely say that I feel amazing now. Despite my usual impatience, especially with things like weight loss, the nutrition seminar at the beginning helped me understand the needed balance for desired results. It's truly a case of "It's a marathon, not a race." In just 10 weeks, I've lost 7.5kg. I believe this achievement wouldn't have been possible without the team's assistance and the supportive members. While this post is about MiBootcamp, I must mention that the members are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and friendly—creating the perfect environment. I've enjoyed this entire experience so much that I'm excited to commit to a year's worth of bootcamp!

The paid ad for the 6 week challenge came up on my Instagram after being on holiday in Portugal and seeing how overweight I was - it was trying to tell me something- it was time for action - not just talking! My mental health was quite low and I had low self esteem - I put on 2 stone when I had my daughter and had never managed to shift it - I wanted to do something for me! I started the 6 week challenge and the nutrition seminar and I was set to go. Over 6 weeks my mental and physical health have flourished! I have gone from sitting in the car for ten minutes before a session to just going in and getting on with it! My first session I was almost in tears I was so nervous! However I pushed on and now do 2 sessions a week at least. I can honestly say I have never met such a friendly bunch of members either - everyone just wants to help each other! In the we live in it’s so lovely to see and feel part of something! I have now lost 15lb with the support of Russ and the team - I can’t wait to see what’s next!! If you’re in two minds give it a go - You will not regret it! ❤️

Fantastic experience: After seeing a picture of myself looking like a marshmallow, I jumped on the scales. I was the heaviest I have ever been. At that point I decided now was the time I needed to change my lifestyle and attitude. I needed help! After a consultation with Russell discussing my goals, he invited me for a trial session to see if I liked it. I had never lifted weights, nor had I even been in a similar environment and therefore I was very anxious. That first phone call and first session along with Russell’s nutrition seminar, was the best decision I made for myself! I immediately signed up for the challenge. Russell put me at ease, and has guided and supported me. His nutrition seminar was very informative and has been very easy to follow- and it’s with real food! Training 3 times a week has been fun, with Russell advising me every step of the way, and I look forward to the sessions. Within 6 weeks I have lost 21lbs, dropped a dress size, have become more toned and I am eating proper food. I have become happier with myself! I would never have done, or have received, the same support and results in a gym, as I have done with Russell’s in-depth knowledge, advice and support!

Fantastic experience: I have been trained by Holly since February 2020 having never done any form of strength training. Holly not only listened to my goals but supported me every step of the way. Holly has made my approach to training focused and achievable. Holly gave me a bespoke plan which was within my ability but also challenged me. I have not only gained physical strength and fitness, I have learnt so much about my own mental strength and discipline. Fantastic experience: Having been part of ‘mibootcamp’ for many years I never thought it would be with me. I shared all of those common fears- it would be to high intensity, i needed to get fitter before i started, it would involve to much running or i would embarrass myself if i couldn’t keep up with the all other ultra fit members… the first thing i realised was not everyone was ultra fit, in matching lycra and were not bother about me sweating so profusely. The members ranged from couples, singles, the very young and some much older, all involved for the same shared interests but of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Soon those other members became friends and rather than the fear of them laughing at me I found them cheering and shouting words of encouragement and motivation. This atmosphere was so so infectious and all created by Russell Byham the owner (the leader) and all the personalities that where drawn to the concept and vision of his. I was soon telling everyone and along the way over the years i have introduced lots of friends and colleagues. Over this time the sessions and the setting have evolved with the needs and wants of the members- from the field with all the tyres, to the obstacles, to now the purpose build facility with more functional exercise equipment that a gym. ‘mibootcamp’ sessions and times suit all with traditional bootcamp sessions, circuits, boxing, kettle bells, HIIT and… with the new ‘Lean Plan’ you see people embracing the use of free weights and barbells with a targeted focus on technique with new technologies tracking body statistics, achievements, progression, body measurements and nutrition, all aiding some amazing achievements in people. Now with more trainers onboard the sessions and the attention to detail has raised to another level, with so much support, motivation and interaction. It is truly somewhere you want to be every night of the week as you are the only one who can influence that change. Sometimes when life gets out of your control ‘mibootcamp’ really helps you to channel whatever is going on and gives you that sense of focus and control you need, above the results you see physically more importantly how that makes you feel inside and emotionally. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Did a 6 week course with Russell starting in January. Getting to class at 6:30am on a dark, cold morning was not something I looked forward to. But, when I got there, I really surprised myself: the class was very welcoming; the camaraderie and support spurred me on; being out in the fresh air was so much nicer than being in an inside gym; I lost weight and felt stronger. Would I recommend it? Well, I have signed up for another 12 weeks so that’s a YES from me.

Fantastic experience: I first joined this bootcamp 9 years ago to try to shift my "mummy weight". At a size 18/20 I was the biggest I'd ever been! I had tried a few different ones in the area but didn't get on with them, buy persevered with bootcamps as I didnt want to work out indoors. Both the instructors and members were incredibly supportive and 2 years on I had hit my goal of a perfect size 12. Sadly life got busy and I let bootcamp no.longer be a priority, fast forward to lockdown and I had yet again gained weight so back I went, and was thrilled to find the same supportive and friendly atmosphere, and 6 months in have already seen great results and back to feeling great again! Ive recommend these guys to many over the year's and will continue to do so !

Fantastic experience: I started at MiBootcamp over 3 years ago after getting bored with using a gym and not getting the results I wanted. Russell is fab at getting results and explains the programmes and nutrition well. I have been following the lean plan now for over a year and am totally addicted. The community is amazing and everyone so encouraging. I have made some good friends and would encourage anyone to give it a go.
Fantastic experience: Mibootcamp is a fun way to get fit outdoors. The lean plan is a fun and friendly way to get fit and also provides unlimited support to get the results you want from menu plans to specialist classes on the use of kettlebells. Russell and his team are great fun and new members are made to feel very welcome.
Fantastic experience: I have been part of the 'mibootcamp' family on and off for years and enjoyed all the sessions I have attended. You certainly notice the next few days you have had a good workout. The Lean Plan is an excellent way to get leaner and healthier and a huge plus is the nutritional element of the Lean Plan. You will slowly see results and you will not starve yourself!!! This is not a place where you have to loose x amount every week. This is a place where everyone will encourage each other and help each other to achieve our goals whatever they may be. And Russel and his team is right there challenging and encouraging us on our journey. Another big plus for me is that we are working out outdoors in fresh air (come rain or shine). What more do you need !! I would strongly recommend Mibootcamp to anyone considering a change for the better. You do not only get great workout with great support, but you also get nutritional support to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: I joined Mi Bootcamp in September 2018, originally thinking it would be great for my kids, and then realizing it would be great for me too. I initially did the 6 week plan, but an existing injury forced me tot able a couple of months break and having to restrict HITT exercises to avoid causing further damage I was worried that my new found enthusiasm for exercise was short lived and at an end. Russell got in touch while I was on the break and talked through options for joining the lean plan he was developing which I would be able to do as it was low impact. Since doing this in Jan 2019 I have been a member ever since. I can honestly say that unless I physically cannot make it - I have not missed a session, I never get that ‘can’t be bothered’ feeling. I love the sessions, we progress week by week and the company and camaraderie of the other attendees is wonderful and I have made some great friends. Prior to joining the lean plan - I hadn’t done any gym or exercise for 15+ years. I was nervous but need not have worried becomes although it is challenging, it is very inclusive and supportive. I never imagined that it would be something I enjoy, but can honestly say I really like going! My muscle mass and bone density have improved, and although I might not be the slimmest of people, I feel fitter and healthier than I have in years. I like that I am being the right role model for my children too. Russell and the team are great, always offering tips and help to improve your progress. I love the sessions being outdoors as I hate sterile gym environments.
Fantastic experience: I joined Mibootcamp in September 2018, initially for the 6 week lean plan, which aims to help you lose weight and to tone your body, I have been successful in achieving both. The environment is one of continual encouragement from Russell and his team of trainers. I am lifting considerable heavier weights with confidence and with a new bunch of friends. Mibootcamp offers not only dedicated plans but also, Boxing training and circuit training, which now means I’m training 5 night a week, and loving it. Cannot recommend enough, great workout in an encouraging environment with a supportive training team and like minded friends.
Fantastic experience: I had been out of shape for a while before joining Mi Bootcamp having had surgery for two slipped discs last year but I'm amazed at how quickly I've become even stronger than I was before. I was terrified of lifting heavy weights but Russell's experience and patience have meant I'm now pushing myself further than I ever thought I would. I feel safe in the knowledge that my form is good and I have lots of people around me. The lean plan works around my shifts and I would definitely encourage anyone who was thinking of trying the plan to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I would reccomend Mibootcamp to everyone. I was a attendee of hitt and boxing regularly. I have now been attending the lean plan since January 19 and have found a new confidence in lifting weights confidently and correctly.
