Fantastic experience: Jon is the best of the best. I had a microdiscectomy 2.5 years ago and needed to strengthen not just my core, but my entire body. I was with a physiotherapist for a year without seeing any results. I started with Jon eight months ago and can’t recommend him enough. He truly listens and develops a personalized treatment plan for each of his clients. Although my primary goal was to treat my lower back post-surgery, I’ve seen my entire body’s strength increase. Overall, I feel significantly healthier and more confident. Jon is personable, professional, and very quick to respond to messages / align session times that work best for me.

Fantastic experience: Great trainer with lots of experience and knowledge. After a big shoulder injury I felt unbalanced and unable to push myself safely in my training and wasn't able to get the same results as previously or lift like before the injury. Jon helped me safely gain my confidence using heavier weights and challenging myself more again and to change up my training to really get my body in a better shape than I had achieved before and maintain it.
Fantastic experience: I reached out to Jon expecting that it would take days if not weeks to agree and fully set up a 12 week transformation plan. I was very relieved when Jon and I managed to meet for an introductory session without fuss with full transparency around costs and expectations unlike other PTs. Now that the 12 weeks are coming to an end, I look forward to continue working with John and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to/takes fitness seriously and to that extent is seeking a mentor to take them to the next level. Over the course of our program, he demonstrated excellent knowledge in training physiology and nutrition as well as implemented and oversaw a program that has helped me become smarter, fitter, healthier and stronger!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Jon for 18 months. He's technically excellent on all aspects of fitness and diet. This includes demonstrating the correct way to do any exercise with or without weights, and how to tweak it to maximise its impact, and will always explain and discuss the purpose of the exercise. He is thorough and always focused 100%, and has plenty of initiative to vary planned routines or exercises if circumstances require ie muscle strains. Plus he's a nice guy too. Highly recommended.

He's very experienced and knowledgable, and helped me with rehabilitation training post a knee operation and manages to keep training varied and fun. Knee completely recovered and I continued to train with him. Very happy to recommend Jon to anyone interested in either general fitness training, or, training for a particular goal.
