Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 3 months training that I won through a a competition that Jamie was running and I feel like a completely different person. I used to struggle with commitment and always found myself cancelling session or just not going to the gym. Since starting TFC I have only missed one week due to holiday and one other session because I was ill and love having the accountability. Jamie is such a great coach, encouraging but also realistic and works with you so that you get the best out of your workouts. I love the group of ladies that I regularly train with, such a good laugh and no judgement at all. I haven’t weighed throughout the process because I didn’t not weighed through the process as I have previous been obsessed with seeing progress on there but I can definitely feel a difference in my clothes and people have made positive comments which is really encouraging. Can officially say I am now a paying member and am looking forward to the next block of training!
Fantastic experience: I am nearly four months into training with Jamie and I’m really enjoying it. It’s so nice to turn up and have the exercises planned for you, all at your own pace and level of fitness. My body is really toning up and have noticed that my clothes are fitting nicely. Jamie is an excellent trainer with lots of patience and a wealth of knowledge, and all members are such lovely friendly people, I really enjoy my sessions.
Fantastic experience: 3 months in and I’m absolutely loving being a member of TFC Devizes. I’ve now got my confidence back and enjoying working out again. I absolutely love the fact that this is a ladies only gym and runs small classes. Working out with like minded ladies and Jamie really do make you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: After being out of the ‘fitness’ world for a few years and trying to juggle home workouts/motivation and running, I’d lost my mojo! Since starting at TFC I have found my love for exercise again. Jamie is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable and the sessions are all great and varied each time. Jamie can adapt each exercise to fit your health and fitness levels, and unlike some intimidating larger gyms TFC feels personal and welcoming. Great for those who are either worried about getting back to it or who do not like busy over crowded gyms. I have noticed a difference in my strength and starting to feel more toned but most of all happy to be back to enjoying exercise again with a lovely group of women. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Such great classes and I would highly recommend. The classes are small groups and a lovely group of people. Every session is really varied and fun, the exercises can be easily altered to suit you. Im already seeing my strength and fitness improving. The times of the session are great, early and late which help so much and with ability to vary each week.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Tucker Fitness Company enough, I was a little nervous before joining as I’ve never really known what I’m doing in the gym and I often feel demotivated. Tucker Fitness Company being a women’s only gym was what attracted me in the first place, and both Jamie and all the women have been so welcoming and encouraging! The sessions are fun and challenging, Jamie always explains each exercise beforehand which is a great help. Since joining 8 weeks ago, I have more energy and I have lost weight which has been my main goal. Thank you, Polly

Fantastic experience: I would happily recommend Jamie AKA Tucker Fitness to anyone. I started the programme around 5 weeks ago after years of not being able to find the confidence to join a gym. Jamie’s classes are perfect for those who like the style of small group training. A major benefit is having Jamie there to demo and talk you through all the exercises and how to use the gym equipment - I honestly wouldn’t know where to start. Each session is different so it never gets boring and is always challenging. Everyone is super friendly and you can go at your own pace, as well as being competitive as you want to be. I am so pleased I started this class and can already feel that my fitness is improving and my clothes are starting to feel better. I also love how the sessions are super early as it works really well for a busy working mum.

Fantastic experience: Currently on week 5 and really enjoying these classes! I have two small children and was worried about finding the time for the classes, but you can book classes throughout the day at times that suit you. Jamie also amends the exercises to suit your needs which is great given I gave birth only 3 months ago!! Great vibe and a lovely bunch of people.

Fantastic experience: I’m barely 5 weeks in and can honestly say I am already noticing a difference. Not just in definition which I had not expected so soon but sleeping better and actually loving the variation in routine. Jamie is a very good coach, he gives clear instructions and joins in with the banter which is another reason I love it so much A really friendly bunch of like minded women who I am sure will get different results but are on a journey with what will be in time, a great bunch of friends. A 5***** experience and one I can honestly say I will stick with. Half the battle was getting to a gym. This experience has made me realise I wish I had done it sooner. Thank you and keep up the fun, routine and support Jamie.

Fantastic experience: These classes have just started up in Devizes, and so far I’m impressed. I’ve tried a LOT of different gym classes over the years, but I love that this is small groups just for women. The studio is really well set up, so we’re doing a nice mixture of weights and cardio. Very well paced so you never have that horrible feeling of ‘this is too much’. It’s very friendly and Jamie shares good all-round fitness advice, particularly on nutrition. Really recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: I started with Jamie and the rest of the group a couple of months ago.They are supportive and pleasant to be around. Jamie varies the session every time and I feel so much better in myself. I’m always happy to go along to my sessions. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I signed up for a 6 week programme and have now been with TFC for nearly 7 years...I think that says it all. Such a positive training environment with a wonderfully welcoming group of women. Jamie pitches the sessions perfectly to encourage development no matter what your level, no intimidation here, just good chat and healthy progression.
Fantastic experience: I love my classes at TFC. Every class is different as Jamie clearly puts a lot of effort in to mixing up the exercises so it never gets boring. There's a version of each exercise for every level, whether you are a beginner or have been going a while. The chat is relaxed and friendly and no one notices how good/bad you are doing. I personally could tell that I was stronger after only a few weeks of the classes. I highly recommend TFC!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic way to get back into the swing of lifting and moving again. I started up in my 2nd trimester and Jamie is knowledgeable, understanding and is welcoming to all. Really nice to have the opportunity to open up to a new community of women from all walks of life who are eager to move their bodies.

Jamie gives clear instructions and there are many ways to go at your own pace and ability, with moderations on the exercise. jamie runs the session efficiently with lots of different content, so that time passes quickly. Fantastic experience: I joined Tucker 3 months ago and in that time I’ve noticed a proper change in how strong I look and feel. I’m no newcomer to fitness, having exercised pretty consistently for 25 years, but what Tucker brings is fairly unique in that 1. The session seems to pass quickly but you feel you have had a solid workout, and 2. Somehow you feel a real accountability to show up, which you don’t get with a gym membership. It’s not cheap but it is worth it.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jamie for a few months now. Before then, I hadn’t trained in a while but was quickly able to build back up my fitness levels again. Jamie regularly alters the exercises so you’re never doing the same workout twice and you don’t get bored of the exercises. The small group dynamic is great and the class flies by!

I started training with Jamie in February of this year and 2+ months in, I am loving my TFC training sessions. There’s a choice of morning or evening sessions and the small group environment has a lovely atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Tucker Fitness classes for a couple of months and have loved the experience. Jamie has created a very welcoming and encouraging environment and I look forward to every session. Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Jamie for almost 3 months now and I couldn't be happier! I have always struggled to stay consistent and committed to working out and just never prioritized it (until now!). It's great to have an environment where you feel comfortable and supported while still being challenged to push ourselves. What's more, I can see huge improvements on my fitness level when working out and it's only been a couple of months! For the first time I'm motivated and confident that I will continue to workout consistently and stick with it in the long term. Regardless of your fitness level, I would highly recommend giving it at try. If you are someone who struggles with finding the time and motivation to workout like I used to, this could be what you need!

Fantastic experience: Jamie offers one of a kind training- attention to detail, keeping track of weekly goals, good equipment, benchmarking all done in a way that is tailored to you. The small groups in my view are even better than one to one training as theres great banter and mutual support. All arranged with a light touch by Jamie. Honestly there's nothing quite like it anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jamie for just coming up to 3 years now. The workouts are always varied and each exercise has a variation that both caters for your level of ability but also designed to push yourself up a fitness level. Even better is that everyone there is likeminded and no matter which class you join, the general banter and chat will pull you through
Fantastic experience: Attending TFC twice a week is a routine I have done now for many years and I would be lost without it. Doing exercise first thing in the morning is one thing, but doing it in a friendly, encouraging environment where we push each other and ourselves with the exercises but have a complete laugh doing it is an entirely different reason to get out of bed - the perfect start to the day!

Fantastic experience: TFC is the only fitness routine I have managed to stick to. It accommodates all fitness levels and it’s up to each individual how much or how little they want to push themselves in each session. Fun, friendly atmosphere all round and Jamie’s fitness/nutrition themed emails are a great read on my morning commute. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Jamie’s classes offer a fantastic opportunity to get in shape and become fitter and stronger in a friendly environment. Anyone with any level of fitness is expertly guided to work out according to their ability in a very supportive and encouraging environment, setting out realistic, achievable and satisfying goals. This exercise regime is the longest I’ve ever stuck to and shown consistency with and would definitely recommend over ans over again!
Fantastic experience: I never thought I would look forward to getting up at 5.30 am in the morning, but Jamie and the girls have made it possible. The work out is like nothing I have ever done before and leaves me feeling energised, empowered and like I have worked out all my muscle groups. There is a great sense of kindness and community and the classes do get results.

Fantastic experience: TFC is amazing! I was always sporty at school and university but when I started working, there was no longer organised sport during the day to keep me fit and healthy. I had no idea about the gym and I was hesitant to start resistance training as I certainly knew nothing about it. However, TFC has introduced me to the most fabulous fitness regime. I now try to do 3 resistance trainings a week, one 20 HIT session and try to do one 5km run. TFC provide fantastic training programmes and keep me motivated. I would highly recommend to anyone who is keen to maintain or attain fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The sessions are fabulous and very varied, not so intense that you want to quit straight away and really fun and actually very effective. Jamie is great at giving you personal support and also provides tips on nutrition which is always nice to be reminded of. I love it and it has really positively affected my life! Couldn't recommend more!

Fantastic experience: When I started TFC, I was recovering from an awful shoulder injury caused by a car accident and I hadn’t worked out in years. Cut to one year later - I’m stronger, more confident, happier, and have lost about 9kgs! Now, more than ever, I’m focused on my health and feeling strong - and the support from Jamie and the women of TFC have been so instrumental in this. The biggest thing I think I’ve achieved this year is taking back control of my life and my health after my car accident and the pandemic. I’d gained a lot of weight (for my body) very rapidly and was feeling lost. The structure and support that TFC has brought to my life (and not to mention the amazing people I’ve met in class) has been incredible and I love feeling stronger and fitter as each week goes by. I was a dancer my whole life and never went to the gym, so weights and HIIT workouts were way out of my comfort zone - but I’ve grown to love it! I really like seeing how I can progress over time and pushing myself. With Jamie’s advice and encouragement, I’m seeing real progress and strength both mentally and physically I didn’t think I could have.

Fantastic experience: The TFC workouts have brought a complete overhaul to my approach to fitness by injecting consistency and discipline. The TFC group environment is wonderful and all the women are lovely and friendly which makes working out fun, even on days when the session is tough! Jamie shares very helpful nutritional guidance as well, coupled with this- I’ve developed a new found enthusiasm for working out and eating right that I’d lost. Fantastic experience: Jamie is an incredible trainer; clear demonstration/instruction, organised programme and guidance on positions etc. Good variation in workouts and equipment and there are variations for most exercises so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. The motivational emails through the week are a nice little reminder to help you to make better lifestyle choices rather than someone telling you what you should/shouldn’t do so I like to think it’s helped my mindset longer term too. The atmosphere at the sessions is the best I’ve ever known at an exercise class and everyone is really welcoming! Credit to the women that attend but also to the service Jamie offers that they’ve stuck around… My motivation was incredibly low before I started and now I look forward to 6am starts so something’s working?! If you’re even remotely thinking about trying something different - this is the place.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jamie for over 3 years and would gladly recommend TFC to anyone! Jamie is utterly professional in creating a workout environment that is suitable for all. He effortlessly welcomes new clients whilst still challenging those who have been there for years. The equipment is all provided and Jamie always demonstrates the exercises, clearly explaining how to make it easier or more challenging, depending on your fitness level. All the women who train at TFC are really friendly, making the ‘social’ events he organises an added bonus (whether they be fitness related or the kind that involve eating food!) If you live and/or work near Putney, then it really is the best place to workout!
