TTT is a custom made Team Training facility that specialises in a whole body approach to training. Our unique training atmosphere and high level coaches guarantees that anyone can train in our facility from any background or fitness level and enjoy their training and make outstanding progress. Alongside this training each client receives ongoing nutrition education throughout ,we believe in giving you practical and realistic nutrition advice so you can build long term enjoyable habits. We will give you accountability and support with both your training and nutrition throughout so you never have to feel like your in this alone.

Fantastic experience: Joined TTT back in June and it has completely changed my fitness life and how I look at nutrition. The classes are set up so you can push yourself at your own pace, the coaches are brilliant, really friendly, approachable and they actually take the time to help you. There are plenty of different sessions throughout the week, which makes it easy to fit around work and life, and there’s always enough coaches on so you never feel lost or left behind. The atmosphere is class. There are people of all ages and fitness levels, and everyone encourages each other. I’ve met so many great people already. You get access to hundreds of recipes and access to nutrition advice, plus the community page is full of tools, support and advice which all helps keep you on track. The results honestly speak for themselves. Once you start training with TTT, you won’t want to train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Back in Sept 2017 I was sent a link for TTT. Due to my poor fitness level I was skeptical and very apprehensive on joining but thought "nothing ventured". As a newbie it was very encouraging having the community feel with members of mixed ability and fitness levels training together in a great atmosphere, giving encouragement but most importantly, progressing together with the support of each other and the coaches. Not having exercised for a long time did make the early weeks quite a challenge with a few wobbles on the way but the coaches were there every step with sensible advice ensuring I got the best out of each session. The block-based program was ideal for me as it immediately introduced an exercise routine which became a (good) habit not a chore, I wanted to attend the training sessions and genuinely looked forward to them. Looking to progress further I sought advice from the coaches where it was made clear that having a desk-based job where I am very inactive throughout the day I needed to make some additional adjustments. I started taking on the TTT nutritional advice and added an extra weekly session and am very happy with the results. I, incorrectly, assumed the nutrition would be all cabbage and lentils, don't eat this, stop drinking that, etc. but it's much easier than that. Following the coach's common-sense advice and some small, simple changes that can be adhered to, I still hold onto a social life, eat food I like and still make composition improvements. I've previously tried low-carb diets, 5-2 diets, etc. I've been to other gyms, regularly cycled 200 miles per week but nothing has had the same, lasting, positive impact as TTT. In the past 2 years I've lost over 25lbs, lost a lot of "curves" and increased strength to lift/push/pull more than ever before. Seeing the physical change, improved cardio, better general physical and mental health not only in myself but other members is a clear indication that when the sessions and nutrition plans are followed, the TTT program clearly has positive results and I can't wait for 2020's challenges and improvements !

Fantastic experience: I joined TTT in September 2017 and have been a member since then. I can’t recommend TTT highly enough. I really enjoy the sessions, each session is well planned and every week is different, so you don’t get into a routine of doing the same exercises and getting bored. In the group sessions, one of the coaches is always on hand to give you encouragement or advice on how to improve your technique. I started on one of the 3 sessions per week block, which was great for me to get into a routine of training on a regular basis. Before I joined TTT I would train sporadically and did not have enough structure. I am now a monthly member and regularly train 4 times a week (more when I can). The nutritional advice given at TTT is also excellent. Simon and Ryan are available throughout to provide support to help you to adjust your eating habits to get the results that you are looking for. Thank you to the superb team of coaches for all of your continued support and encouragement!

Fantastic experience: I honestly cant recommend TTT highly enough. If you are seriously thinking of changing your lifestyle for the better then this is the perfect place to start! Since joining in April my whole outlook on exercising has changed. I have met so many amazing like minded people who are nothing but supportive and motivational and really make you feel like part of a team! I honestly love working out now, to the point I actually get excited when it's a gym day , whereas before I couldn't have thought of anything worse. There is such a wide variety of workouts which make exercising fun and enjoyable no matter how high or low your fitness levels are. There is absolutely no judgement and no feeling uncomfortable or worried that you are going to do things wrong. The coaches are absolutley outstanding at what they do and are always aiming to help you improve and will answer any questions you have. TTT provides lots of nutrition information aswell and provides you with a clear understanding on how to have a better relationship with food. So if this sounds up your street then become part of the team and create the best & happiest version of yourself!!

Fantastic experience: For years I made the gym donation, paying a monthly fee for something I never used, always finding reasons to go tomorrow instead and not cancelling my direct debit as it was my final admission of failure . If this is what you are looking for then TTT is NOT for you. What TTT has done for me is provide me with a sustainable and enjoyable way to stay fit ( I’ve attended twice a week, every week, for 3 years now) a new group of friends who give you nothing but encouragement, access to the most knowledgeable and talented fitness coaches I’ve ever met and genuine improvements in my cardio fitness, strength and posture. Give it a try you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I've trained with TTT since the day and hour the doors opened and can honestly say these guys are at the absolute top of their game. The training sessions are planned with precision, they are progressive and challenging. In all the years I've been there no two sessions have ever been the same. Training as part of a team there is always a great buzz about the gym, people from all walks of life, of all ages and fitness levels encouraging each other on whilst working towards their own personal goals. There is true team spirit in the air! What I love love love about TTT is that you are continually educated and supported with your nutrition throughout the programme. You are educated on how to eat smartly and still include all the foods you enjoy as part of your nutrition in a way that's sustainable longterm and also line with your own personal goals, there is no one size fits all approach. Every single coach who works at TTT is highly knowledgable, experienced and have a genuine passion to see each and every member succeed. This gym has been a staple part of my week 4x a week every week and a part that I very much look forward to! Bravo TTT - changing lives since 2016!

Fantastic experience: Been training at TTT for nearly 4 years now. In my opinion it is the best training experience you can get. All of TTT’s trainers are exceptionally skilled at what they do, you never feel uncertain about what they ask you to do and they always motivate you to go the extra mile that you would never do when training alone. Training in a friendly group environment is the best part about TTT, with people of all ages, backgrounds, physical capabilities and skills. Each coach is skilled in adapting their coaching techniques to each individual’s abilities, meaning you can progress at your own pace without feeling pressured or uncomfortable about what you are tasked with. You will surprise yourself at how quickly you can achieve your goals if you follow their guidance on training and nutrition. If you stick to the coaches’ advice, you WILL succeed! If you want to make a lifestyle change that you will stick to, TTT is the best thing you can spend your money on!

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best gym I’ve been to. The trainers are all fantastic and really take time to get to know you as a person and your abilities and they tailor the exercises to suit. Their nutritional knowledge is second to none. They do structured group sessions that help you progress on a weekly basis and they also do a monthly plan too which allows you to go to different classes. The people I train with have become firm friends too and it’s become like a second home.

Fantastic experience: Been going for over three years now. I was guilty of joining expensive gyms, singing up for a year then never using them. TTT is different. Coaches are top notch with a focus on nutrition and strength/conditioning. The environment is also supportive and inclusive. I am pushing 50 and this is now fundamental to me keeping a reasonable level of fitness. I would gladly recommend theses guys. They have helped me make a very positive change to my lifestyle and overall health.

Fantastic experience: I joined TTT 2 years ago and have absolutely loved every second of it .It is hand on heart the best place ive ever trained. Honestly ive never been as fit or in as good shape in my life as what i am now and its all down to the brilliant structured programmet that is run at TTT .Simon, Ryan and all the coaches are the best in the best in the buisiness they really care about you, they show genuine interest ,total commitment and encourage you and push you to be the best version of you.On top of all that the nutrition advice you receive is fantastic there expert knowledge is just super .Its a such a lovely we community and ive met genuinely nice people and made great friends . I just cant imagine my life without TTT in it .Here is to many more happy fit years at TTT and continued progress ..Keep up your amazing work guys im forever grateful to each one of you for all your help and encouragement .❤

Fantastic experience: I've trained at TTT since it opened its doors and it is the best gym I've trained in. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging; and the other group members are an amazing bunch. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in lots of gyms and dabbled in various training programmes/methods but the reason I’ve stayed at TTT for so long is quite simply the results I’ve been able to achieve. Critically, I’ve been able to sustain these results due to the continually evolving programmes at TTT. Given the many years of experience amongst the coaches, it would be easy for the guys to just recycle old workouts but they continually introduce new ideas and concepts which push me beyond my comfort zone and force me to keep progressing/learning. There’s a genuine desire to see clients succeed and the training environment along with expert nutritional support make it very easy to do so.

Fantastic experience: TTT is a fabulous place to learn about nutrition and a great place to increase your fitness. Simon and Ryan have made the gym a really positive place to train and have a great work ethic with the members. They use a progressive training plan which means that people who havnt done a lot of exercise can start and build up over the blocks. They do monthly memberships or blocks which allow you to train as often as you like. I train with Lewis who is amazing and has really helped my fitness and confidence. I can’t speak highly enough of TTT it has changed my life and I’ve met so many amazing people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication and encouragement TTT

Fantastic experience: Firstly, TTT is not a gym, it is a community! If you are willing to make a lifestyle change you will not regret it! The sessions are like a hybrid between an educated gym session and a PT session, witj coaches going around motivating you and correcting your technique. The focus begins with getting your body and core ready for the rigours of a high intensity training block, and that helped me personally to strengthen my lower back as well as gain better mobility and flexibility. You also get nutrition information and guidance, as well as some excellent recipe ideas. These helped me massively, and let me eat well, but have variety. But the best thing for me, by a country mile, is the sense of community and camaraderie. Everyone helping each other, pushing each other and giving ideas, hints and tips, via the community FB page and in person at the gym. Simon, Ryan, Audrey and Lewis encourage and instill this attitude, and it is truly a breath of fresh air. I'm about to start week 12 of my first block. Ive shed 2 and a half stone, took 6 inches from my waist and have managed pull ups without assistance! Buzzing. Get involved, and change your life

Fantastic experience: TTT has changed the way I train and approach nutrition. It’s not like any gym I’ve ever been a member of. The classes are structured in a way that you build up your strength and conditioning at your pace. The coaches are fantastic at what they do, are totally approachable and friendly. There’s a number of different sessions per week which gives you flexibility around work and life commitments. there’s always enough coaches in ratio to number of members. The atmosphere in the gym is amazing, there’s people of all age groups, body shapes and fitness levels!!!! everybody pushes each other on and I’ve met lots of folk and made life long friends ☺️ There’s access to over 300 recipes, and you are assigned a nutrition coach with 24/7 access to the community page with lots of different tools and support to help you reach your goals. The results speak for themselves once you train the TTT way, you’ll never train anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The team at TTT are extremely passionate and knowledgeable trainers. The Excellent facilities here make for a comfortable training environment. The staff here push you to your limits but also make fitness fun. This is extremely encouraging for people like myself to have 100% attendance on block bookings this one being 16 weeks, where usually I would dread going to the The gym, the gym is not longer and chor. I was also helped with nutrition plans along with handouts and cookbooks and 24/7 friendly advice if need be, trust me, this is the gym you want to be. Being at TTT has encouraged me to become a fitter stronger version of myself and although some weeks I have lacked in some aspects of movement or struggle with some exercises the positive encouragement and feedback throughout makes you want to keep coming back. I would recommend TTT to anyone no matter what there ability is. Don’t be in doubt and give the team a shout :-)
