Fantastic experience: Great club, very friendly and inclusive even for an old bloke like me
Fantastic experience: Been coming here for cardio and flexibility classes. I enjoy coming here very much.The Dojang is run by friendly and helpful staff and as someone who runs a lot, this has helped me improve my running with improved technique and no injuries thus far, would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and fun very reasonably priced and easy accessible with lots of parking I’ve also heard there doing a martial fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday might need to check it out
