Winchester School of Martial Arts

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been attending Jiu Jitsu classes at Winchester School of Martial Arts since 2023. We were keen for her to learn self defence, but alongside this we have seen a big increase in her confidence and discipline. Sensei Judith delivers the classes in a fun, friendly and inclusive way, encouraging respect for fellow class members. She helps them understand how to navigate their way through tricky situations, and how their behaviour may impact others. Connecting with the other families that attend these classes has been a real bonus, a community that we are very grateful for.

Fantastic experience: Sensei Jude is a talented and experienced instructor who delivers lessons with skill, enthusiasm and care. The lessons are great from a self-defence perspective and for building confidence, with some excellent options for family classes too. I am proud to be part of the WSMA family.

Fantastic experience: Challenging yet fun lessons with clear instruction by the most wonderful Sensei who encourages and enables all with her light and humorous manner; while all the while developing attendee discipline, focus, confidence and self-esteem too. Our son so looks forward to his jui jitsu class each week; we would totally recommend Winchester School of Martial Arts to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I stand corrected. I have been contacted by the WSMA regarding not being open the day we went to sign up. They explained that they were actually competing on the day and that the sign accidentally fell off the door. So with thanks to Judith for explaining the situation I would like to revise my review to 5 stars based on how professionally she dealt with my complaint.
