Fantastic experience: Bfit conditioning has really helped me with my flexibility. Desk working combined with bursts of sport and fitness needs supplementing with targeted stretching. Rachel at Bfit provided that expertise in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rachel’s classes for 18 months now. When I joined, it had been years since I’d done any proper exercise. I now feel stronger and fitter, and honestly enjoy the classes so much. Rachel’s style is wonderful - she encourages and challenges you in equal measure. I’ve met some really wonderful women in the class too, which has been an unexpected bonus.

Fantastic experience: I love Rachel’s boot camp! It really is the best way to start the day! I never regret the sessions- full of variety and fun and you feel fabulous afterwards- whatever the weather!! Great for all round fitness. The perfect tonic for a Thursday morning with sea views and fresh air- brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Nothing quite like working out on Hove Lawns and the beautiful seafront with such a friendly group. Rachel is a fantastic trainer - she varies her programmes brilliantly so that every muscle group gets used and it’s so nice to work out in a group environment. She is both passionate and knowledgeable about her profession and caters for all individuals correctly and intelligently which is something that only the best trainers can do. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rachel’s beach bootcamp classes are great. She caters for all fitness levels, and makes working out fun! She works us hard, but gives plenty of encouragement at the same time. A very friendly and welcoming class. I always feel great afterwards!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rachel for 18 months across all her class options (boot camp camp, Pilates and conditioning) and I love them all so much. Rachel is such a great trainer - the perfect balance of challenge and motivation, plus I have a chronic knee problem and she gives me great adaptations. I feel fitter, stronger, and more flexible. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Rachel is AMAZING. I would thoroughly recommend her classes. Movement has been a life changer as I'm using muscles and joints I never knew I had. I'm waking up in the mornings without feeling like my entire body is locked. 5 + stars from me :)

Fantastic experience: I just ran up an escalator! Something I’ve not done for years and it’s all thanks to Bfit. Have signed up to all Rachel’s classes .From boot camp, to conditioning to Pilates. She does it all and gets us able to do it all!

Fantastic experience: I love going to my two classes each week with Rachel… Body Conditioning on a Monday and Boot Camp at the Velodrome on Wednesdays. Rachel is so positive and encouraging and every week is really varied. I leave every session feeling energized and positive!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the Bfit Bootcamp sessions Always varied and great fun, especially down on the seafront. Rachel is really knowledgeable and adapts the exercises to suit each individual. She really does make fitness fun.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE BFIT | I've been going for about 3 months now and wouldn't miss it. Tuesdays and/or Thursday mornings; Rachel (BFit) meets a group of people near the Lawns Cafe and we either work out on the parade or down on the beach. Its got cardio, its got strength, it's got flexibility and its got a great group of people attending. Rachel runs a fun, friendly session. Its all at your own pace and you do what you can manage (injuries/fitness levels etc.). She quickly spots your stiff/difficult exercises and supports improvement. But don't take that for an easy ride! It pushes me each week to do a little more and I always feel better after I go. I've absolutely noticed a change in my stamina and my engagement with my fitness (I'm probably doing more for my fitness since I was in my 20s). Come join!
