Fantastic experience: I trained with Luke for 3 years. My initial goal was to loose weight but with Luke's help I achieved far more than that. His knowledge and kind and professional manner meant that I was able to really understand and enjoy the whole process of becoming physically fitter and learning a much healthier way of life.

Fantastic experience: Hello! I was lucky enough to be trained by Luke for about 1.5 years post partum after having my first baby and just before I became pregnant with my second. I found our sessions to be very motivating and I always felt strong and powerful after each one. He helped me progress so much in terms of fitness, strength and weights. I have always been a relatively fit person and would do my own workouts off an app and the heaviest I would lift was 2.5kg dumbbells. During my sessions with Luke he saw the potential strength in me and gradually increased the weight we would use during the workouts from 2.5 kgs upwards. If it wasn’t for him I still wouldn’t be lifting heavier than that! My favourite exercise that I never would have tried on my own are deadlifts and lifting more than my body weight in deadlifts form. This was completely game changing, it definitely brought out the fitness beast in me, and for that I have Luke to thank! I would like to define our sessions with this quote: ‘Look like a beauty, train like a beast’ I would definitely recommend Luke as a personal trainer, his knowledge is second to none and he is excellent!
Fantastic experience: Luke is a fantastic personal trainer – I really enjoy my 1:1 training sessions as he is very motivating but still goes at a pace that is suitable for you. He also provides a lot of support and information between sessions which is so helpful as a newbie to fitness. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer. I saw very quick results in my body and mind. Luke is very personalised in his approach and listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored his approach to that. He also was happy to send tips, workouts etc via whatsapp between our sessions. He also was a good reader of when your body was able to do more or needed more of a recovery sessionLuke is very personable and he made the workouts challenging, but fun focusing on both mind and body.Luke has a great private gym in Borehamwood where he hosts his sessions and is very flexible on timings and helps find you slots if you ever need the flexiblity.Overall, I would highly recommend you to work with Luke if you are looking to significantly improve your physical health with a 1:1 tailored approach. Fantastic experience: I trained with Luke for almost a year whilst working in the area. He was brilliant and helped me reach my goals to feel more confident, toned and fit for my wedding. I would highly recommend Luke and hope to train with him again.
Fantastic experience: I came across Luke on the Your Elstree Neighbours app, I got in touch and we had a great initial conversation. I wanted to take my health and fitness to the next level using resistance training and Luke was just the person I was looking for. Luke has been both supportive and encouraging through the resistance training, he also trains you in a way that you can also train yourself at home so you can carry on, he teaches you techniques to ensure training is undertaken safely and correctly. I also knew that he would be good fit to help my wife too who has a mild form of brittle bone and he really helped build her confidence, that you can’t put a price on! What I would say is if you are serious about resistance training have a chat with Luke and I guarantee you by the time you have thought about it you will be booking a 1-1 session with him. Oh and he isn’t into getting you to book into 12 month contracts etc…he is very flexible. The quality of what you get from Luke in a 1-1 session is far better than what you get in a gym where I just don’t think they give the attention you get from a private session with Luke. All that is left for me to say is have fun, enjoy and you will see a difference in no time!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luke twice a week for the past 6 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions (even though I may have a little moan haha), he has really pushed me and made me achieve lifts in the gym that I couldn’t have dreamt of. Fantastic experience: I have been having personal training sessions with Luke twice a week for just over six weeks. My motivation for doing so was to lose weight. In this time I have lost just over 1 stone in weight at a steady pace. Luke has given me nutritional advice and I have tweaked my diet accordingly . I feel I have a lot more energy and feel much more focused mentally without dips in my energy levels. What a difference my new diet / excercise plan has had ! I am also sleeping much better too. As a more mature lady I have never been too enthusiastic about excercise and was worried I wouldn’t keep up. Luke will push me but only at a level he knows I can cope with and I feel very comfortable during our sessions.

Fantastic experience: Been training with Luke for around 2 years now and he’s helped me smash my training targets. I was skinny and low on confidence, and now I’m super confident about my body, about training and very happy with my size. Wouldn’t have been able to do it with out his help. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luke for about 18 months and it is easily the best decision that I have made, my results have been amazing. He immediately listened to what I wanted to achieve which was a lean but toned physique. Other PT's that I have tried just gave me their standard workouts which always made me bulk up and feel chunky. He has also taught me about nutrition and how I can enjoy food without starving myself. His fun Skype workouts have got me through lockdown and I think I will continue with those. As a lady in my 40's with strange hormones Luke has definitely made me feel good about myself again. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Luke for some time now. His calm professional approach encouraged me back to exercise after quite a while off. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Luke enough, I went to him being extremely over weight and having been told by a doctor I need to lose weight ASAP! We began training in January 2020 and he has helped me lose 5 stone. Originally I had set a target of losing 2 but to lose 5 still amazes me.
