Fantastic experience: Wow, that was great. Last night I went to one of JH Fitness classes in Arnold. It was such good fun and I was exercising for the 1st time in months and months. I'm not into gyms but dance, yes please. We danced to many muscial songs and I found the whole experience rewarding. It wasn't just about the sweat pouring off my face but the 'spiritual' high I received. I would definitely recommend this group. I am overweight and unfit and was welcomed with open arms. It didn't matter that my steps were all over the place. It was totally inclusive and fun. At last I have found my fittness tribe. Thank you, thank you
