Fantastic experience: Sarah is an excellent Pilates teacher. I started lessons last year during lockdown on Zoom and they have been an absolute lifeline. I love the structure of Sarah's lessons and she really concentrates on good form. I recently had a one to one session on the reformer at her studio and that was absolutely brilliant too. Sarah is such an encouraging and supportive teacher. Highly recommend!
