Fantastic experience: What Jack and the team are building is amazing! The confidence Jack, Lizzie and Toby have given me over the last 18 months is unreal. I would never look forward to go to the gym and would never ever have had the confidence to step into a commercial gym, but the time and focus that goes into it each session is great and that has given me the confidence to continue my gym journey. The team make adjustments and work with you to meet your goals - no matter how ‘small’ they may seem (mine were around habit stacking and ensuring I ate breakfast and lunch during a busy day; achievement unlocked ✅). The focus really is on the person here! If you’re unsure about the gym, give LIFTD a chance because it’s changed the way I think about myself, fitness and strength training for the better!

Fantastic experience: LIFTD is a great place to train. The sessions are always well structured and focused on key strength movements with a short conditioning element at the end. Saturday service is always a great conditioning workout too. It is a really great community with a fantastic atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Jack and Lizzy are great trainers, particularly good at sharing their knowledge and they are always watching to ensure everyone is doing the movements correctly. They are also really invested in seeing their clients improve and build strength and confidence in the gym. Overall, an awesome place that I recommend highly!

Fantastic experience: LIFTD is a wonderful community. I have been a member for a year now attending twice a week. I have increased my strength and energy by 100%. I have also lost weight almost at target now. Jack and Lizzie are fantastic coaches and the studio is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Liftd is such an amazing gym! Jack and Lizzie have built a lovely community where you feel accepted, understood and comfortable training. At Liftd it is very personalised and tailored to you and Jack and Lizzie take the time to go through movements and support you outside of the gym when it is needed. Being part of Liftd has not only helped me physically but has helped me mentally. I would recommend Liftd to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Liftd for helping me with my fitness goals! Have always been a bit anxious/nervous about training (particularly weights) but the small group training set up at Liftd means you get the perks of a personal trainer focused on your personal goals and fitness with the added bonus of not training alone. Everyone is genuinely so friendly and supportive and it’s not got the cliquey feel of other gyms. The socials and run sessions mean you can get involved as you like with Jack and Lizzie cheering you along the way ✨

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of LIFTD now for 17 months and I love it! I have never had a gym membership because I didn’t enjoy the gym, I had no idea what I was doing and would worry about what people would think. This gym is completely different. Jack offers small group personal training which means you are learning a skill and getting fitter at the same time. All the coaches at LIFTD are amazing! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: I joined LIFTD in October last year after struggling to find consistency in my training. I instantly felt welcomed and supported not just by Jack and Lizzy, but by the rest of the LIFTD family. I love every session, even the ones I really don’t want to do and cannot recommend it highly enough. Jack and Lizzy and the format of small group PT are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Want to join a gym but know you need that extra motivation to really get the benefits of attending? Fancy personal training but find the thought of one to one too intense? Want to start using weights more but need the confidence to move properly? Well … that was me in January 2024 and Liftd was recommended to me by a friend to try. Small, personal group training which helps you to train regularly and is welcoming to all shapes, sizes and experiences. I was a bike-only gym attendee and since joining Liftd I now am stronger, fitter and healthier than I have ever been and it’s been fun. Cannot put into words how awesome this place is - it’s life changing. Small consistent effort and a friendly community. Love it!

Fantastic experience: LIFTD is great! If you're looking for a gym that feels like a supportive community, look no further. From the moment you join, you can tell that Jack and Lizzie, genuinely care about your fitness journey. Jack has created an environment that is both motivating and inclusive, where everyone feels welcome, which is really nice when you are new or a beginner. The small group setting is perfect for personalised attention without feeling intimidating, like a big class. Coach Lizzie is so supportive; she tailors workouts to fit my personal goals but also ensures that I am always challenged in the best way possible. Her positive energy is so lovely and makes even the toughest workouts enjoyable. What really sets this gym apart is the personal touch. Jack and Lizzie take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, and support you every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: LIFTD is a fantastic gym - a unique format where you get the level of attention to detail of personal training but in the relaxed and fun setting of a small group. I went with my sister who is a member whilst visiting Norwich (thank you for letting me join in Jack & Lizzie!!!!) and was really impressed how they've been able to design quite advanced-programmed strength and conditioning workouts for a group and yet personalise it so much to the different members (e.g. some doing X exercises whilst others doing Y informed by their experience, using different machines but for same output, keeping tabs on individuals' weight progression, etc) - and at the same time give everyone in the group plenty of supervision and guidance and close attention to form and technique. Jack and Lizzie have created a brilliant supportive community (supported also by some bangin' tunes). It was a pleasure to train there; would recommend for all levels looking to get those strength gainzzzz and improve their technique in a very motivating and supportive setting.

Fantastic experience: I've trained with Jack for 3 years and it has changed my life. I started because I felt as though I had no idea what I was doing in the gym and was too scared to push myself. Jack completely changed this and now I'm completely confident and not afraid to push myself or afraid to fail. Liftd is a community, we're encouraged to support and push each other and work as a team to meet our goals. Best place to be.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Jack is an amazing coach, very encouraging & full of praise whilst also pushing you to reach your goals & hold yourself accountable! Fantastic experience: LIFTD is incredible, jack instantly makes you feel so comfortable and confident in what your doing, he pays such close attention to your form helping you in anyway possible! If you put in the work the results will show! Along with his enthusiasm and people skills this is an amazing way to either get started in a gym environment or to get better results than you are already getting! Can’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: What a place! I've been a LIFTD member for 7 months now and really can't imagine a weekly routine without. I was not a confident gym go-er before but Jack has created such a comfortable and enjoyable environment at the Gym which has completely transformed my attitude towards exercise. Not only are the sessions great, but the whole community feel around the place makes me look forward to getting in the gym. For anyone in the Norwich area looking at PT/Group, I couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: LIFTD is a fantastic environment to come into. Jack is a brilliant trainer, who gets to know you, and tailors the sessions to give everybody what they need. Having used Jack previously, I joined LIFTD 12 weeks ago to train for a particular event. Jack found out exactly what my goals were and has been a big part in me working towards achieving those. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Joining LIFTD is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! After my first conversation with Jack, I knew he was someone I wanted to work with, to get to where I wanted to be (both physically and mentally). Following my first session, it filled me with confidence that Jack help me achieve my goals. Very quickly I learnt that all of the sessions were extremely enjoyable but also very constructive. I have been training with Jack now for over 6 months and like I said, it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. I couldn’t recommend training with both Jack and all of the LIFTD members enough!

Fantastic experience: Only in my first month with Jack at LIFTD Norwich, so early days for results. However, the professionalism that Jack has shown me is superb and not something I have previously experienced. Steps to join: 1) A prearranged phone call with Jack to discuss my fitness goals. 2) A 45 minute session with Jack to see how I move, understand any legacy injuries. To understand my form and fitness levels so he can tweak and change any of the exercises. 3) Join up and book sessions. Sessions - what a great space, well planned and organised training sessions. The first couple of sessions Jack will observe and ensure your form is good - after this the weights will increase and he will encourage you to lift more, adapt your form to increase movement to get better results. After care, after sessions - Jack messages to ensure you are okay, how you are feeling and what next steps should be. All in all I am super impressed and importantly very much enjoying the sessions.
