There is an overall great energy and atmosphere here and as well as that, the class is a great source of knowledge. Most importantly there is a genuine interest in everyone's development! - 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Paul is the most enthusiastic circuits trainer you could possibly wish for. Somehow he’s even made my early morning training fun. He’s always changing the circuits to keep it fresh and challenging, while adding new equipment all the time. I always struggled in the past to get to the gym but I really can’t thank Paul enough for getting my wife and I in shape now. We both thank you for helping us get fit and loving exercise again.
