Fantastic experience: My son attends teen Kung Fu and really enjoys it. Learns new skills in a really calm and restorative environment. Edit is a fabulous teacher.

Fantastic experience: Edit's classes at Stay In Form are truly unique. I was fortunate to find her Yi Jin Jing when first diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and at the height of a flare up...the muscle and tendon exercises she has taught me have been so beneficial, reducing pain, increasing flexibility and improving mobility. However, whatever your level of fitness, she caters for all and with her classes you will benefit mind, body and soul as Kung Fu, Yi Jin Jing, Qigong and meditation there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Two of my children have been attending Stay in Form since 2020, undertaking a mix of Yi Jin Jing and Kung Fu, I couldn’t recommend Edit highly enough. One of my children has muscular constraints and the work Edit has done with them has enabled them to move more freely and in less pain, managing the impact on daily life, which we are so grateful for. The other finds so much mental wellness in attending , feeling renewed and peaceful. Edit reads the children well and amends her classes to suit each of their needs, it is a real credit to her, always available with a smile and words of wisdom. Thank you Edit.

Fantastic experience: I've had a wonderful journey of healing with Edit at Stayinform. I suffered a very severe stroke many years ago and Edit has helped me to physically gain more movement and relax tight muscles and aided mental calmness with meditation. She has classes for all ages and abilities. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been regularly attending Yi Jin Jing classes with Stay in Form for over 5 years. The benefits I have experienced are increased flexibility with knee and hip joints; better balance and core strength. Edit, our instructor, works each of us to our individual strengths and always provides alternative exercises if something causes discomfort. You need to concentrate on your exercises so the hour passes really quickly and I always finish feeling that the benefit of attending class is for both body and mind! Regularly attending Yi Jin Jing has allowed my to continue hill walking, which I am really thankful for. The regular Yin Jin Jing exercise has definitely helped to keep the muscles above and below my knees strong. Sometimes it is just the small things we notice, like being able to stretch up for something in a high cupboard which we couldn’t do before! I also like the fact that the classes are small and the only one you have to compete with is yourself - everyone works to their own ability, there is no competition. For me the classes are a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm very impressed with the quality of the classes. The space is always immaculately clean, and the quality of the teaching is second to none. Something for all abilities no matter what your fitness levels are. After a month of classes I feel both mentally and physically amazing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving the classes at Stay in form. The Yi Jin Jing and Kung Fu are not easy for an unfit beginner like me but I feel great afterwards. Been attending for 2 weeks and am already able to stretch further than when I started. Highly recommended for mental and physical wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the adult kung fu classes - the class is fun whilst still being suitably challenging and tailored to suit participant's experience and fitness levels. The small group size is fantastic - not intimidating at all! Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent teacher. Very nice, clean, well equipped studio in Helensburgh (or on Zoom). Female Kung Fu Practitioner will make you feel fitter with a range of exercise programmes for different levels of fitness- (Yi Jing Jing/ Qigong/ BajiQuan/ Meditation) After a few lessons of Yi Jin Jing I started feeling much stronger, fitter and had noticeably better posture. Also helps to feel mentally balanced. It is very rare to find a Yi Jin Jing teacher in UK. YJJ is a kind of Yoga for Shaolin monks, known as the 'tendon changing classics'- somewhere between yoga/tai chi/ stretching/ fitness training. I also think the style of ChiKung she teaches is excellent. I was very happy that the teacher is now teaching Baji-Quan which is a very nice style of kung fu which is excellent for fitness. 'Stay in Form' is much more fun and holistic way to get fit than going to the gym. Highly recommended.
