Fantastic experience: Fantastic club all round, great value, just amazing. Not just a great martial arts club but a community! My 3 kids do kickboxing and the coaches are world class and a real force of good in their lives (sarah and the team are fantastic) I myself do BJJ with Angelo and I’m so impressed with the group he has created, how helpful everyone is and how encouraging he is. Don’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic local club with a supportive and community feel. The instructors (young and old) are superb - continually motivating the students and taking care to ensure they are safe and continually improving. Both my son and daughter have been attending Kong for several years now and it's been amazing to see their strength and confidence grow - this has not only helped their martial arts ability but also their approach to big changes in their life like moving to secondary school or trialling out for other sports teams. Personally I have been attending Kong adult fitness classes since January and love the fact the same sense of comradery and support is also reflected in the fitness classes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kong to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience/arena to make you feel included and safe. You can grow as a person and with experience in the kickboxing space. The coaching staff are great and have a lot of time for all. There are always new people starting so you will never feel on your own. For the experienced people that are joining a new club, the advanced classes will be great for you to slot right in There are also mma/ fitness / boxing classes available

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending Kong Kick boxing for over a year now and going twice a week. He loves it. The team at Kong are so professional and encouraging to all. I would recommend any kids that are looking to take up Kick Boxing to give them a go. I also know they have adult fitness class through kick boxing which looks excellent.

Fantastic experience: My sin does the 'Diddy' sessions. We settled on Kong after have trials with several local clubs but my son loved the atmosphere and tempo created by Sarah and all the coaches. He loves it and it is still the highlight of his week. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves her Diddy Kong sessions. All of the coaches are really friendly and helpful, making corrections and giving tips during the activities and exercises. The children are kept busy with challenges, exercises and practise whilst waiting for their turn so she gets the benefit of the full 45 minute session. Admin are flexible and friendly and will help to rearrange an alternative class if you have to miss a session. We moved from another company to Kong's and it was the best choice ever.

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending Diddy Kong a year now and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! The confidence in him now from when he first started is truly remarkable. Sarah and her team all work amazingly with each child and they make it a fun experience for them all to learn a new combat sport. Would highly recommend Kong!

Fantastic experience: My son attends the Diddy Kong classes and he loves them. All the staff are engaging whether your child is up front or stood in the queue, everyone is working to make sure your child is included. On the odd occasion when my son has been shy the staff take their time to encourage them back into the group. The variety of the activities in the class are excellent and we are so happy we found Kong!

Fantastic experience: We have been apart of kong since they opened their doors in 2018. Our 16 year old and 10 year old love the classes. The coaches always take their time with the students to make sure they understand the class. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Kong for about 4-5 months now & I love it, the staff are really friendly and I have made new friends. Doesn’t really matter your fitness level the staff are always there to help you out.

Fantastic experience: My two boys age 8 and husband both are members of Kong. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and her team highly enough. One of our boys has been part of the Kong family for a few years now and his confidence and ability has blossomed: his twin brother has now joined him and they are loving it: especially the sparring !

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Class. The coaches are amazing. My 9 yr old with ADHD usually gives up on clubs after a few weeks as it gets boring but he goes twice a week and every session they mix it up, he always learns and has fun So pleased we found Kong

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely happy with the kickboxing program for our son at Kongs. My 3-year-old has been attending for the past few months, and the progress and joy I've seen in him is remarkable. The instructors (Dom and team) are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and understanding with the little ones. They make it fun, have the most variety of classes to keep the children engaged and excited to learn more. The positive impact this classes has had on my child's confidence and physical abilities has been great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We struggled to find a sport our daughter loved and 2 years ago Kong was recommended to us. After her first lesson she left red faced, sweating and eyes full of excitement looking at me said ‘mum I loved it, when can I come back?!’ She attended once a week but soon changed to twice a week and Kickboxing is now her sport and passion!! The coaches are inspiring and great role models for our growing young adults in this difficult world we live in. Not only has it massively improved our daughters fitness it has also given her a confidence we hadn’t seen before. I highly recommend Kong for you or your children!

Fantastic experience: Amazing club. Both my kids (11yr and 7yr) have been going for 2+ years. My son had grown in confidence and has developed such a talent under the careful leadership of the Kong team. My youngest daughter is also thriving and Sarah is such an inspiring role model, teaching young girls about strength, discipline and above all self belief. I’m proud of how far my two children have come and so grateful to the amazing team at Kong for the community they have built.

Fantastic experience: Following several years away from BJJ, I made the decision to join Kong and after my very first session, I was glad I did. Everyone at the club was instantly welcoming and made me feel like part of the team. Both Angelo and Pete have an incredible wealth of knowledge and are always friendly and patient. I'd recommend Kong to anyone looking to start learning BJJ.

Fantastic experience: I found Kong Martial Arts after my son got rejected from another Martial Arts company. They said my son is too young and out of focus to start classes. I messaged Sarah and told her what our story is via email. Very professional, responsive and kind. She said to come to the free trial and I was surprised on how our trial went. I was ready for another rejection but I was proven wrong. We were allowed inside to watch our kid. All the coaches were so kind and patient! They were so inclusive and just down to earth. Sarah is very fun and also firm with her students which I really appreciate. They helped my son to be more confident, to listen and follow instructions and to have fun. My son flourished and is always looking forward to attend his training every week. Thank you Sarah and team for being the most amazing coaches!

Fantastic experience: Ive always wanted to do a BJJ, I couldn't imagine a better place to start or keep training at, some places can be daunting, at Kong I was made to feel like I belonged from day one, the instructors come from the best lineages and have a mind blowing wealth of knowledge and a passionate teaching ethic. I have a massive respect for Kong and the lifelong friends i have made along the way. Awesome place love it

Fantastic experience: A great place to train a discipline. The whole team are such a friendly bunch, from training the kids to the adults they have everything you need. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and make learning fun for all. For jiu jitsu again the instructors are great and the team are so friendly with a real need and want to learn. Get yourself down there and be a better version of yourself in no time..

Fantastic experience: I came to BJJ at Kong because it catered for complete beginners. The instructors make the whole experience a lot of fun, are tentative. I've also been able to make incredible friends along the way too. Training at Kong has helped to build confidence, and humility not just on the mats but outside of the gym too.

Fantastic experience: Kong jiu jitsu has taken over my life I’m currently attending 3 classes a week, I started not knowing anyone or anything! it was daunting but it is such a friendly team, I’ve now made friends and we all look out for each other. The two instructors are amazing, they have the patience of a saint, I am particularly difficult to direct but they have always made me feel welcome and will repeatedly go through the steps/give you help where needed. If you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming club with knowledgable and patient instructors then Kong is where you want to be.

Fantastic experience: The Kong team are absolutely brilliant - our two sons, aged 4 and 6 are thoroughly enjoying their lessons. It’s fantastic watching their kickboxing skills develop, and the confidence it’s giving them is incredible. They come home so proud. My husband has also trained with them, and as a family we all think very highly of Sarah and the team. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone of any age/ability!

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant time training BJJ at Kong Martial arts! I thoroughly enjoyed training with the instructor, Anjelo, and the other students! He is an excellent teacher and I feel privileged to have trained with him. I love his style of teaching - it is so effective, and is very warm and friendly. I think he is a great guy and teacher. I think the class as a whole is also great - everyone is so friendly and awesome to train with. I met some really great people! Thanks Kong!

Fantastic experience: Kong Martial Arts have and continue to teach my son invaluable life lessons, his progression since joining as a Diddy has been amazing. Sarah, Josh and the coaches are great role models and have created a welcoming & inclusive environment and do so much for the community. During the lock-down they are continuing to provide training and learning to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I can not rate Kong martial arts highly enough. Since starting Kong my son has grown in confidence. The teachers here are not only excellent at teaching the sport but also at working alongside your child to help them reach there potential. This amazing set of staff not only teach a sport but also life long skills like respect kindness and compassion. The staff are very professional and know all the children’s strengths and weaknesses tuning into them and helping them progress. There is both an element of fun where the children thrive interacting with the teachers but also a big emphasis on taking pride in what you can achieve and encouragement in working hard for what you want. Kongs approach to not only the sport but to life has made a huge difference to my son in the short time he has attended. I couldn’t be more happy with the choice I have made in sending my son to this class and look forward to my younger daughter joining as soon as she is old enough.

Fantastic experience: Kong has been the ideal hobby to get my 4 year old son into, not only does he burn off a load of energy, but he has so much fun, makes new friends and is learning so fast with the amazing instructors at Kong. I couldn’t recommend Sarah & Josh and the team enough! My son loves going each week and will continue to grow there learning new skills and gaining a new talent. As a typical 4 year old, he isn’t the best listener & lacks in patience but the instructors have his full attention every time and they are so encouraging and they make it a fun learning experience too. If you are looking for an amazing martial arts school where no matter who you are will be made to feel super welcome. If its fitness, fun, black belt or just to let out a stressful days work this is the place to go. Could not recommend highly enough if I tried.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Kong enough! Joining them is like having another family! Sarah and the instructors are amazing and extremely welcoming to everyone! The classes are perfect if you want to simply just get fit or want to master all the jumping spinning kicks and get your black belt!

Fantastic experience: Honestly couldn’t recommend Kong Martial Arts enough. Everyone involved is so welcoming and friendly and really put you at ease which is good as I was a bit nervous as someone who’d never done kickboxing before. The fact that it was a ladies only class really helped spur me on to go and I also went to the circuits class which was just as amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in both classes and the instructors really tailored each exercise to every individuals needs. Knackered me out but I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Week 2 for Rylie there is just so much energy when you walk in the room, Reality is it's not who owns the business its who makes the business and these guys were 100% why rylie attended his class every week. this was by far the best /easiest decision to go and follow his role models and stick with the ones who make it all.
