Fantastic experience: I had an amazing full body sports massage and felt incredible afterwards! My whole body felt so much lighter and more open — almost as if I’d grown taller. Ella’s technique really helped to release tension and had a wonderful lymphatic effect, leaving me feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and energised. Highly recommend for anyone needing a full reset for both body and mind!

Fantastic experience: Ella has been training my 14 year old daughter for 6 months and I am so pleased with the progress they have made. Ella has such a supportive and approachable way with teenagers and my daughter enjoys their sessions so much and is inspired by Ella and her teaching. I attend Ella’s classes too and I would recommend her to any adults or teenagers, working with Ella has been a hugely positive experience for me and my daughter.
Fantastic experience: Ella is an amazing masseuse ! I have a physical job and I go to her once a month for massages, it’s something I really look forward to; it’s so relaxing. I feel absolutely fabulous afterwards and it helps with my back pain-would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Ella is excellent. I am still feeling the benefits of her sports massage from 2 weeks ago. I also love her advice on supplements for my body; again, I am seeing and feeling the difference. 100% recommend. I can't wait for my next appointment. I also attend Ella's Body Conditioning sessions. Unlike so many other instructors, Ella walks the room and ensures everyone is doing the exercises correctly. She is motivating and encouraging. The exercises are cleverly put together, to ensure you work the whole body. I am seeing and feeling the improvements. Plus, it's good fun!
Fantastic experience: Ella's classes are great fun and very effective - I have become fitter, stronger and much more flexible as a result. There's a lovely mix of ages and abilities in a supportive atmosphere and we always have a laugh even when doing the more challenging exercises!

Fantastic experience: I joined Ella's classes 4 years ago and what a difference they've made to me. I feel stronger, more balanced in every way and more confident that I'll maintain that feeling in the years to come. Ella's classes are great fun and the movement and exercises are so varied that you never get bored and get a good all-round workout. I highly recommend her low impact barre class and the Pilates class, particularly if you're returning to exercise or if you're a little older. Fantastic experience: Recently joined Ella’s barre class. I just love the experience of using different muscles. Ella plays wonderful music which makes her class fun as well as very challenging. Lovely to be in a class of mixed ages. So inspiring. I would recommend.
Fantastic experience: I love Ella's barre classes. I have been a regular since before the pandemic. Ella's exercises work magic for posture and strength and anyone can do them. If you continue, you will gets stronger every week. It's an excellent class to do if you want to be fitter, stronger and have fun. Enjoy!
Fantastic experience: Ella is amazing! I've been training with Ella for over 4 years and whether you're looking for personal training, sports massage or barre, pilates, body conditioning or zumba classes, I can't recommend Ella highly enough! She puts a lot of effort into making her classes fun yet effective and is always so good at making you feel welcome if you're a new comer.
Fantastic experience: I decided in October 21 to get a personal trainer having been without one for approximately 12 years. Covid and being 52 meant I had a real sense of now or never as weight slipped on and fitness dropped. I’ve never enjoyed the gym but did want to retain and gain a basic level of fitness and flexibility and build strength that I had lost. Nearly eighteen months on I am so glad I did. I feel better and stronger and am coping better with the menapause. And that’s down to Ella. I spoke to a couple of trainers. But I immediately liked Ella. She listens and is very straightforward and makes everything easy. The sessions are varied and she is very encouraging and great fun. I am thoroughly enjoying it and never thought I’d say that! I feel the difference every day. Thanks so much Ella! Xxx
