Fantastic experience: Why Micheal ? Well, he deeply believes in boxing values and mentoring anyone who wants to learn and enjoy massive physical and mental benefits related to this amazing sport. I am 42, not a kid anymore , and I can guarantee that thanks to Micheal , I felt always welcome for the last 2,5 years, respected and pushed to my limit with awareness and care. I highly recommend anyone to experience this great sport with him… And this comes from a person who spent about 12 years in boxing/karate/kick-boxing etc. No one is too old to improve, get in full on! Fantastic experience: I’ve been boxing with Padbox for about 6 months now (twice a week) and honestly, I love it! I had some boxing training before, but Michael is brilliant with both beginners and those who are more experienced. He makes every session fun but still challenging, and knows exactly how to push me without going too far. The focus on fitness, boxing technique, and core strength has made such a difference, and I genuinely look forward to my pad sessions every week (I’ve never once woken up not excited or motivated to go!). If you’re looking for a motivational, supportive trainer who keeps things upbeat while making sure you get a proper boxing workout, Padbox is the one. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: MJZc Padbox is fantastic. My husband and I (both in our mid fifties) decided to try a taster session on a bit of a whim. But after the first session we were hooked. Michael is super knowledgable, patient, kind and a brilliant communicator. He is clearly passionate about his sport and takes real pleasure in helping others to progress. He's a natural teacher and a fantastic, considerate coach. Our strength and fitness have improved massively and it's been great fun. We look forward to continuing our training with Michael and really cannot recommend MJC Padbox highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Michael is an excellent coach. I can’t recommend his boxing lessons highly enough. He puts you at ease and goes at your pace. He’s very patient and encouraging, and methodical in his approach. His knowledge and skills are brilliant so you know you’re being taught by someone who knows his stuff. His prices are very reasonable too. Learning to box has been great fun and really good for my fitness too. Definitely worth taking it up and having lessons with Michael.

Fantastic experience: Had a great session with Michael today! He lead a ‘mini simulation’ of the doubles Hyrox for my friend and myself. We were pushed to our limits but had so much fun! It was well thought through and structured given the equipment we have available at our gym and it really enabled us to see what our strengths and weakness’ are moving forward! Fantastic experience: I’ve been boxing with Michael for about 2 years now and can say a huge progress has been made! I come to the group classes weekly and, although they’re busy (we all love Michael’s classes!!!), you never feel left out. Michael pays attention to every individual, adjusts their technique if needed and makes the training less/more intense based on your skill level. Fantastic experience: Have fun and get fit! I've been boxing with Michael (PADBOX) for over a year and it's amazing to see the progress I've made in that time due to his coaching. Co-ordination is definitely not my strong point, but Michael has always been incredibly patient, kind and a brilliant coach. He really knows what he's talking about and will teach you proper technique, whilst also putting you through your paces. Fantastic experience: Michael is a great trainer, friendly, great communicator and highly recommended. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Michael at MJC Padbox for a little while now. I use to go into the gym not having a clue what to do and had very little confidence in my training - Michael has changed that! He has written me a complete programme including cardio training, weights training and my 1-2-1 boxing sessions with him. He has taught me technique to allow me to carryout my weight training in my own time. In my boxing sessions he has not only broken down the basics of boxing but explains the reasoning behind. So not only am I getting fitter and stronger with my training in my own time thanks to him, I am also learning properly how to box! The complete package which I has given me the knowledge and confidence to enjoy my training.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used a lot of trainers over the years for different things and with that experience I can honesty say that I was more than satisfied with my first experience at MJC Padbox. Not only with the session itself, which was a great workout and educational, but also Michael as a trainer. Fantastic experience: Only really started boxing 2 years ago and have worked with a few people over this time, but nothing like working with Micheal. I had planned on 1 sessions due to financial reason but after the first, I saw the value instantly and I signed straight up for the rest of the month and will continue for the forceable future.
