Fantastic experience: I've been a member now for over a year which is probably 6 months more than I thought as I never stick at any formal exercise routine. It's quick, convenient and above all fun ... Tanya draws us all together and we workout, chat and support each other. I've felt stronger, more energised and totally committed to exercise. Particularly great for women reaching menopause who need to really strengthen their muscles and core to keep healthy for the future.

A great community of like minded people who are now friends! it’s not just a gym! It’s not just exercise it’s nutrition, coaching, and social events. The sessions are short and fun with instructors who make everyone feel comfortable whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. FiiTzone also offers great social events which makes it easy to stay motivated and connect with others. In short it’s the perfect place to get fit and have fun.

Tanya has made this more than a fitness zone, it’s a place where people love and support each other, which is a great achievement in itself! Her energy drives you towards your fitness goals and her caring nature spreads through the team, so that you do so in the best environment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! I was a non exerciser of a certain age and I absolutely love coming to classes. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. It's great slso that classes are relatively short so you can do a variety. All the instructors are fabulous!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I'd never enjoyed exercise until I discovered Fiitzone. The duration and timing of the classes make them really easy to fit into your day and the coaches are all amazing at keeping everyone motivated and focused. Everyone is so friendly, it is such a supportive community. There are regular social events which are a great opportunity to get to know people and have a laugh.

Such a supportive environment, Tanya & the staff make everyone feel very welcome and give great support & encouragement to all members (and they also are very friendly). Best find ever!

Even if I'm sleep-deprived or over-busy, it's always a real mood-changer. There's a range of different classes with different instructors and my fitness has increased no end. Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about a month now and am really enjoying it, the quick, early morning sessions are great for getting me in a positive frame of mind for the rest of the day the sessions are easy to book and I felt improvements in my energy levels and sleep almost straight away.

Fantastic experience: This is like no other fitness class. The people who attend have all got their own goals but together we encourage and support each other. Everyone is welcome no matter how fit or unfit you are. There's so much laughter and giggles, sometimes you forget that you're exercising. I promise you, come and meet us and you'll never want to leave. The socials are pretty cool too but no pressure to join if it's not your thing. No mirrors to make you feel self conscious just a great atmosphere. We are a really friendly bunch, come join us

Fantastic experience: Love this gym so much - felt so welcome as soon as I walked in. Tanya is a fabulously motivating coach and you come away feeling like you’ve worked out properly. Tanya and her staff are all really knowledgeable about working out and nutrition too. Plus the social side is also a bonus, with regular meet ups and social events.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Hitzone since the start of Mar 24. I normally hate anything resembling a gym. But I love it here. The people are so welcoming and it feels so much warmer than other gyms I have been too. The classes are limited to a maximum number of people so it never feels crowded. I try and go 2-3 times a week and I am already noticing an increased level of fitness. Tanya and the other instructors are all very knowledgeable and if you need to adjust the intensity of any exercises, this is easily done. There are also regular socials which is fantastic for anyone looking to use this as an opportunity to make friends. Could not recommend Hitzone more

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin. I have never ever ever been into exercise, and the thought of a gym made me feel physically sick. Every day I was getting more and more unfit, unconfident in myself and I just didn’t know where to turn. I saw someone I knew had started hitzone and something had been shared and it just caught my eye. I think it was all the normal looking happy faces on the pictures having a great time, and no one better than anyone else. Then I decided to read all about it, no mirrors, support all the way etc. I turned up outside one Friday so nervous, then instantly when I met Tanya who is just so lovely, so friendly, I completely relaxed. I started the following Monday again so super nervous. Went into my 1st class, full of the most down to earth lovely people, all there for different reasons but all there to support each other. I haven’t looked back. I get really emotionally and im only in week 6, but for me it’s already been absolutely life changing. I’ve never felt so motivated, and up for exercising. The feeling during class when the coaches are just so lovely and make you feel like you can achieve anything, to when you go home after working out feeling so chuffed with yourself that the phobia you once had has completely gone and now you belong to the nicest community of people, with the best wats ap group of constant laughs and support , and best social life ever. Fantastic experience: I joined Hitzone on a friends recommendation, and I can honestly say I have never looked back. I now have a 2nd family, so welcoming and it’s such a joy to work out with people of all ages, and backgrounds, there is zero judgement and support all way. Tanya and her team are full of encouragement throughout and proud of every single one of the members. The classes are fun, exciting and can be adapted for all. Honestly, from someone who wouldn’t have stepped foot in a gym, Hitzone Hove has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a friendly, supportive gym, look no further. There are small group, 25 minute sessions to suit everyone (Hiit, weights, boxing, core, yoga etc) lead by encouraging trainers and you really feel like everyone is cheering you on. As a life-long exercise dodger I have finally found the thing that I love and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never stuck to any kind of exercise for a meaningful period before and now I’ve been exercising regularly here for 3 years. This is completely different from the usual gym environment. Small, friendly, supportive group training. This studio provides a lovely welcoming non judgemental community for everyone regardless of fitness levels. It’s just a fantastic place I’d recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to HiTZone every week since joining in May 2023. I never thought I'd say this but exercising has now become part of our weekly routine, so much so that when we went on holiday, we replicated our gym sessions every other day! Tanya and her team are so warm and encouraging, they make the sessions fun and enjoyable (again, something I never thought I'd say). There's no posing, no mirrors, no egos and no judgment, we all celebrate each other's achievements. There's a real community spirit here, no matter your age or how fit you are, everyone is welcome. If you want to get fit but are intimidated by joining a regular gym, then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: HitZone Hove is such a welcoming community of friendly people, and Tanya is the most upbeat, encouraging teacher you could wish for. It’s nothing like the gym, time goes by so fast because you are always onto the next exercise or piece of equipment, and seeing your heart rate on the screen is a great motivator. I hate exercise but I love these classes.

I love going to my sessions, Its my time for me. Gary, Mike and Amy are amazing give me such a boost of confidence and their encouragement pushes me through. They understand life can sometimes get in the way, there is no judgement, no pressure. No mirrors.. Just the green machine (other apparatus has been introduced) The exercises are simple to remember and you soon learn the best technics. Amazing environment. I'd recommend HITZONE to everyone.

Not only do they offer amazing HITT classes but there is a huge wide range of classes available eg core, Boxing and Pilates! They offer you 1:1 support and push you to reach your goals! Fantastic experience: HITZone is beyond the 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! The staff are extremely warm and welcoming, supportive and understanding even the members are very kind, warm and welcoming. I was nervous to start my journey as I thought it would be just like a gym but is isn't a gym at all, everybody is working out at the same time and doing the same exercise. The machines are awesome too!!!! I very very VERY highly recommend HITZone.

Fantastic experience: HitZone has completely changed my life and my outlook on exercise!! The workouts are 25min which are easy to fit into a busy schedule and the people are amazing! No mirrors, no ego, no pressure and a fantastic community of people who have become good friends.!! It's like having a PT without the price tag and being motivated and supported by similar minded people! The results have been amazing and my whole view around exercise has changed!

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a gym that I could fit around work and being a single mum. This Gym was the answer and has brought me so much more. I joined just before lockdown and the sessions have now been done online with wonderful trainers who are so supportive, and the community with the other members is so friendly and motivational. The sessions give me much needed energy and I have no back problems anymore. Having the option to do extra sessions of stretching and meditation is amazing in these odd times. Gary has shown me so much kindness and understanding in the short time I have known him. I'm so very glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a couple of months and couldn’t recommend the experience more, aside from being totally unpretentious it’s fun, coach-led and you feel great afterwards both physically and mentally. What Lockdown? Virtual Hit fitness sessions have been adapted with added Breath and Stretch and Pilates sessions ensuring that our physical and mental health is looked after during these difficult times. The small but growing community that Gary has built up has supported one another throughout the lockdown with numerous virtual social events too. Gary couldn’t be more helpful so give him a shout.

Fantastic experience: I loved the HIT session I had with Gary. He’s such a brilliant teacher, inspiring, motivating and he clearly wants everyone to smash their goals and see a real difference in themselves. I was blown away by the sense of community too. All of the people at the session talked about the difference it’s made to their fitness, weight and mindset since starting at Hit Zone but also how great it was to be part of tribe that’s heading in the same direction. Fantastic experience: New Year - New me ......... Sound familiar? That’s what we all say, right? Well, this year is the beginning of a fitter, healthier new me and that’s all thanks to finding HITZONE Hove! The ‘everyday gyms’ have never really appealed to me since they can be time consuming, intimidating and not very personal. HITZONE is everything but. I can complete a full body workout in 25 minutes. The sessions are coach led and both Gary and Katie are friendly, motivating and approachable. I like the fact that the sessions are small (a maximum of ten during each session) giving me the opportunity to make new bonds and friendships along the way. There is also a KIDZONE area, so you can bring along your children knowing that they too can have fun and make new friends whilst you complete your workout. The new premises are bright and welcoming and are in a convenient location for me. I look forward to my sessions at the end of my working day and always leave HITZONE feeling energised, happy (and sweaty) . Thank you Gary for bringing HITZONE to Hove to make a difference to me and many others.

Fantastic experience: I have joined recently and I am blown away by the concept of Hitzone. It’s fun, quick and state-of-the-art scientific and yet it’s holistic and personal too. As a busy business owner and mum of two I can do a round trip door to door in less than an hour - that’s my kind of exercise! With a 3 times a week commitment and the mindset and technical support of an instructor I’m convinced I’ve found a sustainable way to stay happy and healthy.
