Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have been on the Bay Fitness Gastronomic week in France and the second time it was spectacular.... Fabulous food, fantastic venue, great company and pumping surf. Bex, Blakey and chef Simon are lovely people and make everybody feel like family....I loved it...!!

Fantastic experience: Feeling wonderfully restored after a week with Blakey and Bex in the South of France on their Gastronome Reboot week, with incredible chef Simon Brown. A carefully crafted blend of all things good to enhance your sense of well-being from daily yoga and activities, to top nutrition, personalised fitness workouts, mindfulness, a relaxing massage, a vin rouge or two and plenty of laughter. The accommodation is stunning - a unique architect-designed house with a swimming pool set in beautiful grounds. The nearby beaches stretch for miles and there are plenty of delicious lunch time options in the form of restaurants, cafés and market place tapas. It is a holiday like no other, 4th year in a row for me, the magnetic force of Blakey and Bex keeps pulling me back for more.

Fantastic experience: We had a surf lesson followed by beach yoga sessions for a hen party and it was amazing. Andy was super helpful when I was organising it and all the girls had a great time. Its a beautiful location, the surf team were lots of fun and the surprise prosecco at the end of the yoga session was wonderful. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: We have visited Croyde every summer for 4 years. Yoga on the beach is one of my highlights. The class is always great and he's so clever to suit all levels. I also love the humour within the classes as well. I can not recommend it enough... absolutely great.

Fantastic experience: Uplifting retreat week in France, lots of positive energy and lots of different activities in a great location. Andrew and Becky are such a great team and made it look so easy to organise all of it. Excellent food and I think we all felt so well looked after. You could switch off and just be, which is not always that easy. Lovely bunch of people, I can only reiterate the word that was used a lot, amazing!

Fantastic experience: An excellent week in France, full of activities but with plenty of time to relax. Good food, good people, good house and just generally good fun. Our hosts created an atmosphere of such warmth and good humour - thanks to you both for that, I struggle to think how the week could have been better!
