Fantastic experience: After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. This is definitely the place to go if you are experiencing any problems of this kind. It really does work. Thank you Becky and Li.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I'm waiting for knee replacement surgery and have had moderate to sometimes severe pain whilst I wait. A friend recommended I go and see Li Hunt, an osteopath at BTST. On my first visit Li said she would have me pain free for my upcoming holiday. "Right,"i thought "I don't think so but let's try and see what happens" After a series of treatments of acupuncture and deep tissue massage i went on holiday and guess what? I was, totally pain free, no painkillers needed or anything, and we all had an amazing time. Of course, the pain and discomfort has returned, a four hour flight didn't help but I can keep it manageable with further treatments and following the exercises Li has suggested. I have no hesitation in recommending Li and the staff at BTST who are always respectful, friendly and helpful. Thank you Li and BTST

Fantastic experience: Fantastic ! The place is set in great grounds and everything inside is spotless and welcoming! The staff are bubbly and friendly all the time. Fantastic experience: I first walked into see Becky having suffered from back pain for years. Quickly diagnosed that I needed back stretch and strength class which has been fantastic. Along with regular maintenance visits to see Becky, my back is the best it’s been for years. Claire who runs the class has been an important part in the recovery and explaining the importance of stretch and strengthening. A great atmosphere every time I visit. A real team ethic of which patients are part of the team. Motion is lotion has proved to be 100% for me. Well done Bex and the ninjas. Would recommend anyone with issues to get into BTST. Having been to a number of people prior to BTST and not one really solved my issues , Becky and Claire have worked their magic.I’m sure they enjoy my visits as much as I do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering from back pain for several years and unfortunately have experienced recurrent spasms that have left me unable to function for extended periods. After some consideration, I decided to try a sports massage, although I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Prior to this, I had only received regular massages at a local spa. I have to say, I wish I had started sports massage years ago! I had an initial consultation with Clare, who I believe is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about human anatomy and how different muscle groups could be contributing to my symptoms. This made complete sense to me and she was able to develop a personalised treatment plan. After several sessions, which included a variety of techniques such as cupping, my back is significantly better. I now have a good range of movement and, most importantly, have been pain-free for some time. I’ve even felt so improved that I recently returned to playing 5-a-side football, after discussing it with Clare. I honestly can’t express my thanks and gratitude enough to Clare, who has truly been the catalyst for my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have used the services of BTST for several treatments following injuries to my ribs, my shoulder and soas muscles causing severe cramp. Li treated me on all occasions with appropriate care and professional therapy routines with consideration for my age and medical history. Moreover, Li appears to possess an almost uncanny skill of homing in on the problem, revealing her years of experience as an osteopath. I am indeed grateful for the last 8 months of skillful treatment, sound advice and appropriate exercise regimes and now can look forward to sleeping more comfortably and getting back to walking in the countryside this spring. Positive experience: I was in lot of pain with my shoulder and neck, when I spoke to the receptionist and explained what was wrong she said there was a wait for a osteopath appointment so why didn't I have a sports massage whilst waiting so I did and it was very good, she took so much information down, as I was waiting for Osteopath appointment so they said if we took all the information down then when I had my next appointment all the information would be on hand. However when I went to the appointment with Li and of course she said what can I help you with ( I did fill another pre appointment assessment in) I explained that all the information should be already on the system as I was told everyone could see a clients file if needed. It was a lot to explain again because of previous problems, but I did go through things again, I just don't think she was listening. Li gave me a massage ect tried to crack my back it wasn't having it, and she cracked my neck, which I didn't know she was going to do. She said everywhere was solid (muscle). After Li told me to make an another appointment because she had softened my areas, and she could hopefully crack my back next time. The pain didn't go away so I went to my doctors and they sent me for an urgent MRI and my spine is compressed by discs in my neck area. I am now waiting for operation as it's quite bad. My problems started in 2020 and of course my condition is not Li fault. However I think she should have listened more as she could have caused more damage especially if I had gone back for a second treatment. I wasted over £100 as well

Fantastic experience: I was recommended BTST by a number of members at my local gym. I have had three appointments with Charlie now and each time we have discussed my symptoms, Charlie has done some testing, provided treatment and then a follow up plan of exercises to continue with until my next appointments. On one occasion I needed to change my appointment and this was no trouble at all. The pre treatment form is great for detailing any ongoing issues prior to appointment so that all information is readily available. There’s always a warm welcome at reception and plenty of parking too!

Fantastic experience: Visited BTST today, as I have trapped nerves and degenerative disc issues with my back. Was made to feel very welcome, and the clinic is absolutely spotless and it's a lovely environment inside and outside. Leanne my orthopaedic practitioner was very professional and helpful, giving me loads of advice, that I'd never had before. This was my first visit and I'm booked in again. Leanne did a number of stretches on my lower back, acupuncture and massage of the lower back. Great place, and at the moment it's feeling like there's been an improvement, which I'm hoping each time it gets a little better.

Fantastic experience: I was a little anxious about back manipulation but my fears were soon alleviated by Li. She thoroughly explained every aspect of the treatment at each stage. Li, was very professional and thorough with my initial assessment and took the time to listen to my back problems. Gemma, the receptionist was friendly and reassuring on reception. The practice is clean and welcoming. The setting is absolutely beautiful too.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 sessions so far on my back and the work Laura has done has really helped. I struggle with tension from the gym lifting and a lot of time spent at a desk for work. Fantastic experience: Professional, polite and precise. I've been using Laura at BTST for my sports physio a little while now and cannot fault her approach to my needs. Laura listens to what I'm saying and reacts accordingly rather than previous experiences elsewhere where I just get a general sports massage. I continually bug Laura with questions and I never feel like she doesn't want to help. Laura goes above and beyond, sending follow up messages to see how I'm doing outside of my appointments and also sending advice that she feels would help me.

Fantastic experience: Laura helped me combat the pain in my right lower back and leg. Without her help I wouldn’t able to sit in the car, sleep or do my home-office based job. During the first session Laura identified what the potential root cause was and I’ve seen a huge improvement after first 1-2 sessions. She gave me my life back without the need of going to an osteopath, which I thought would be needed. I now have regular sessions with Laura (once every few weeks or so) to help keep things at bay and also help release any new tension points in my back. I would highly recommend Laura and her sports massage therapy and acupuncture sessions.

Fantastic experience: The only thing I can say is Thank You Laura, after having shoulder pain for 6 months I finally gave in and went for a sports massage and what a fantastic difference it has made, I’ve seen Laura 3 times now and I feel like a new person, 95% of my pain has disappeared. Fantastic experience: I have been using Physio Kelly at BTST for the last 3 months, after an injury which completely stopped me running. I am now back doing 2 miles, 3 times a week and I have returned to my favourite HIIT classes. Cannot recommend them enough and glad to be back on it! Fantastic experience: Went initially for sport massage, but after years of knee pain and pain starting in my achilles booked to see Kelly after initial appointment she identified an area of weakness and give daily exercises. After 3 weeks of performing them am now 90% pain free (something that's not happened for years). Would highly recommend both Kelly and the sport massage therapists for helping ease the pain in my back and knees and making me feel welcome, comfortable and safe in the current situation.

Fantastic experience: I visited Kelly on the 8th January after suffering back pain for several weeks. She was friendly but very professional. After a thorough examination she diagnosed the problem, did a realignment and massage on my back and prescribed exercises for me to complete. My back already feels alot better even though my treatment is not complete. I have booked another visit as was extremely happy with the service I received. Would recommend Kelly to anybody suffering.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend BTST enough! Pulled my neck quite badly and got seen straight away. Facilities are great, service is great and felt well looked after by Leanne. Treatment was thorough and very effective.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for a sports massage with Laura as been having tight shoulders and neck. Laura identified the source and the surrounding area that was causing me discomfort. Also given some tips on what to do to reduce it in future. Highly recommended
