As a respected Yoga Instructor based in the Surrey area, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of DISCOVERY that yoga provides. I now offer movement and mobility based classes which focus on improving posture and how we naturally move on a daily basis. In this way, we progress to better health and longevity.
