Fantastic experience: Exceptional retreat. A fantastic balance of yoga, fitness and good fun. Holly is brilliant at accommodating all levels and put so much thought into each practice and the attention to detail was apparent from the moment we landed thanks to her and our wonderful hosts Naomi and Will. The villa was fabulous and very spacious. Highlights included an amazing cliff top hike followed by sea swim, outdoor spin class by the pool and the most incredible yoga practice overlooking magical Es Vedra. Thank you Holly and team, can’t wait for the next one!

Fantastic experience: Studio iO is a tranquil, calming environment to practice yoga. By far my favourite Yoga spot in Brighton. Amazing, nurturing teachers, who make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying yoga for the first time, or those who are advanced in their practice. There is something to try for everyone! I love their Yoga Nidra and Slow Flows. If you can’t get to studio, try beach yoga at Rockwater and Yoga in the Sky - experiences you won’t want to miss.

Fantastic experience: Beautifull quiet small studio. Windows in the roof let in lots of natural light giving the its spacious and calm atmosphere. Perfect for yoga classes or meditation groups. On the first floor there is a cosy room used for coucellining and psychotherapy. Very reasonable hiring rates.

Fantastic experience: The most cozy and relaxing studio in town. Boutique in style and well equipped. Noise free sanctuary in the middle of a city.
