Exercises and teaching tailored to all ages and abilities, all round great club for those wanting to learn self defence in an enjoyable way, providing all of the skills necessary in a safe environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this karate class for many years now, I have enjoyed every moment of it and would recommend it to everyone. The teaching in the class is very high quality and this class pushes you to be the best you can and does so in a friendly and safe environment.
