Fantastic experience: Movement Method has opened our eyes to how training and working out should be done. Really nice space, great equipment and Taylor is a fantastic coach.

Fantastic experience: Taylor is extremely knowledgeable about the function of the body. He is patient but focused as a trainer with a clear plan. I am already noticing the benefits of his 1-2-1 sessions. Having access to his advice between sessions is so helpful and also video recordings to watch during the week to continue working at home. The gym space is really nicely set up and clean. 5* service highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've halfway through my first set of 10 121 sessions with Taylor. I'm really enjoying them and finding the whole approach to bio mechanics and movement a great benefit. After 53 years of doing things a certain way I'll be in this for the long haul. Looking forward to joining the classes next.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Taylor at Movement Method highly enough. He has a thorough understanding of the body, movement and exercise and how to apply that to each individual. As a result of private and group training sessions with Taylor, I now have much better moving habits, I rarely have injuries or pain and I feel consistently stronger.

Fantastic experience: Training with Movement Method Studio was the best decision I ever made for my physical well being. Taylor’s knowledge of how the body should function is quite simply outstanding and his ability to provide this knowledge to his clients so they can move pain free is where he excels. I went through this process and I’m now in my late 60s and enjoy a very active life without any pain despite having a double hip replacement 5 years ago and a broken femur 3 years ago. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Movement Method more. I suffered a complex leg break 2 years ago and was on crutches for 10 months. Conventional rehab had only gotten me so far once I became mobile again. I contacted Taylor on the advice of my chiro and within the first few sessions, walking, standing, and every day tasks became easier. Nearly 3 months in working with Taylor, I can honestly say that my whole body is much more comfortable overall and I no longer hesitate putting weight on or using my injured leg. Big thanks to Taylor. He is knowledgeable and patient and always finds a way to get the best out of every session. Movement Method is a friendly and purposeful environment where I feel I can gain confidence and rebuild both my health and my strength.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic session, Taylor was very knowledgeable about biomechanics and getting me to understand movement patterns. For anyone who is sick of training with pain and injury I fully recommend training with Movement Method!
