Riseley Community Gym

At Riseley Community Gym, our focus as a social enterprise, is helping people get fit and stay fit in a friendly, fun, community based environment. Our small group training is based on functional movements using your own bodyweight, dumb bells and kettlebells to give you an all over body workout strengthening your body, increasing muscle tone and decreasing body fat. You will feel refreshed, revitalised, confident and fitter in all aspects of your life. Each class is taken by a qualified personal trainer who will show you exactly what to do, how to do it and help you achieve your own personal goals. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. We will help you get where you want to go
