Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this studio enough! I have started as a complete beginner here and I loved seeing the progress and the benefits of this sport since the very first days! I have done all of my courses with Alex. She is competent, professional and fun at the same time!! I have always felt welcomed and left the studio with a great feeling after every class!

Pole is so much fun, and I’m so grateful to Alex and Topher, who are both wonderful people, and incredible instructors. Edit Oct 2025 - I'm moving away from West London so will not be able to attend EPS classes any longer, and I'm truly truly gutted. Alex is such a special teacher and person, and these pole classes have had the most transformative effect on my self esteem. I can't recommend attending enough - if you have even the smallest inkling to try out Pole, just book in a class at the Ealing Pole Studio. You won't be sorry, and it might be one of the best things you ever do!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking classes at the studio for about 18 months now and I’m really enjoying it. The instructors are supportive, patient and friendly. When I first joined, my upper body and core strength were basically non-existent so the beginners course was challenging, but also really fun and rewarding. Fast forward to now, and I’m still having a great time. Alex, in particular, is a fantastic instructor. She’s engaging, encouraging and great at getting you to try things outside your comfort zone in a safe, judgment-free environment. I’m pretty uncoordinated, but Alex has never made me feel silly for mixing up my left from my right. I’ve taken a few different classes and the other students have always been friendly and supportive. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into pole!

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks. If you’re considering starting your pole dancing journey, I highly recommend this course. I’m excited to start the improvers class to see what else is possible!

I was worried about not having the strength to hold myself or get up on the pole, but the instructors are so awesome at showing you the best way to get into poses, explaining them step by step and building your confidence. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending classes here for three months now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only is the studio itself fabulous, but it also offers a warm, encouraging and welcoming environment. Alex has been my main instructor and it's been such a joy to be back on the pole after a long hiatus post-COVID. The course is well suited to my level and I’ve enjoyed trying the different elements of pole the course provides. Having tried a few studios in previous years, I can confidently say this has offered the best experience overall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to train in a supportive space!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this studio regularly for the past 3 years and it's honestly the best part of my week! The lessons in a course have it all; you get to try all aspects of pole dance like spinny and choreo as well as strength training and cool tricks. I love how they explain the tricks (very accessible and adapted for different students). I can't recommend this place enough. Instructors are top-notch, fun, knowledgeable, and inclusive and I love my Thursday lessons with Alex, but also my catch-ups with Topher on Saturday.

I joined this splendid gang back in 2019, with Alex being the absolute rock of it all - you’re a legend, gorgeous ☺️ – It came into my life just when I needed it the most and has since become the most desired hour of my week—filled with fun, happy vibes, and a welcoming, safe environment. The outside world just stops during that time—yayyyyy!! ☺️ I freakin’ love it Not only does it help physically reshape, but it also pulled me together mentally and emotionally. The indescribable support, quirkiness, fun, and tears—both of joy and pain, of course … no pain, no gain ‍♀️—create a real team-building vibe. I personally managed to build up my self-esteem and ambition, learning to compare myself only to my past self, listen to criticism and guidance, and push my limits above and beyond. It’s one of those "therapies" you willingly want to do and never get enough of . Quite frankly, you gain so much more than you ever asked or dreamed of: from pole kisses and lifelong friendships to a full drawer of pole outfits & coordination issues while upside down , fewer and fewer dead skin issues (it all rubs off), and most importantly, goofy, proud, cheeky, sweaty, screaming-with-joy, ambitious moments! Every single drop is worth it. Simple as that. I can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

Fantastic experience: After a 5 year hiatus, returning to pole classes with the support and guidance of Alex has been fantastic. She takes care with health and safety, gives clear instructions and great encouragement. She helped me to push myself and get my body to remember what it could once do and can do again (with a bit more practice on my part). I wholeheartedly recommend this pole school.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to TEPs since May 2023 and I absolutely love it! I was a little nervous at first, thought I wouldn’t be strong enough, slim enough etc etc. But oh! It’s such fun. I still struggle with climbs and spin - and wonder if I’ll ever be able to invert - but I love it. I leave each class with the biggest smile on my face. Alex and Topher are amazing instructors, who have created such a supportive environment. The members are fab too - and are always encouraging and cheering those who are trying to master a new move. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: Great pole studio with absolutely amazing teachers. Topher is really fabulous and I love that he gets student to show a lot of the moves, this really helps to visualise how someone of your own level looks in a move. Alex is wonderful, she is fun and really keeps energy going during the classes. There is great progression through the courses. Each week has a different theme which means you get to try different types of pole including flow/choreo and spinny pole (my favourite!). Parking lot right next to the studio which is often free in the evening or at least very reasonably priced. Busses and trains/tubes also close by. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't ask for a better intro to pole fitness! The studio itself is in a great location, easy to get to from Ealing Broadway station. Alex is a fab teacher whose methods work! At the beginning of the course I couldn't imagine how I'm going to progress and get confidence to do even the easiest moves. Now, after a relatively short time I'm hooked and will be coming back for more!

Topher is fantastic - super encouraging and is willing to demonstrate 50 times if necessary. It's also really well located, there's street parking for free on Sundays closeby, and a multi-storey car park right next door. Ealing Broadway station is also just stone's throw away. Looking forward to starting back up in January!

Fantastic experience: Alex and Topher are the most patient pole instructors you'll find. Like a good pair, they hold you up, support your progress and get you where you need to go! Classes are progressive and incorporate lots of techniques and shapes for winning footage at every level. Well I'd enjoy an R&B day or a request session to add our choreo into diff genres Ooh and more work on splits or homework for those interested in progressing or prepping 4 the next thing on the syllabus. And they have merch!!!

Alex (the instructor) is warm and friendly and makes you incredibly comfortable with pole. She’s super encouraging and is literally your biggest fan when you finally accomplish a move. Alex is such a positive, fun and amazing person, always ready to help and show you a move. I had only one class with Topher but he is brilliant too! I’ve been doing pole for 4 months now and I’m so excited for each class. All the students are extremely supportive and friendly.
