Fantastic experience: Working with Abbi has been transformative for me. She’s helped me completely change my mindset and attitude towards fitness, my diet and even how I manage stress. Her coaching has helped me create healthy habits in every part of my life and reach my goals. She’s given me the confidence to join a gym, try new techniques and equipment. As well as helping me change my diet and habits so I’m not falling in to old habits but still enjoying the things I like. Most importantly she’s really helped me prioritise myself so I feel in control and able to take the next best step even if something doesn’t go to plan. Abbi is brilliant to work with, knowledgeable, supportive and really focused on helping you be your best version of you no matter what that goal is strength, routine, diet she can help you smash it - I cannot recommend her enough!
Fantastic experience: I sought Abbi’s help to get back into the gym and weight training again after a long period out and to revive the love I once had for it. It’s been a year working with Abbi now and I’m definitely more often in the gym, lifting decent weights and feeling better and stronger with every session. I’ve had a few bumps along the way but Abbi’s been so understanding, supportive and flexible with my needs around the gym. Abbi has introduced me to brand new exercises and different variation of exercises to keep things fresh in my programmes and pushes me hard in our 1-1 sessions. Abbi is very knowledgeable and always striving to improve herself in order to help her clients more by attending courses which she gratefully shares with us clients. Fantastic experience: After having a baby 6 months ago it was great to have the flexibility of an app-based strength program. The option of at home workouts means I can do my training in the house around naps and childcare and it's meant I can get back to feeling like myself in both fitness and diet without compromising on time spent with my baby or constantly going without treats! The app is so handy and easy to rearrange workouts as the week goes on to keep things flexible and easy to fit in.
Fantastic experience: Abbi is lovely, really helpful and supportive. Shes always there to answer any questions you have and help you. Nothing is ever a bother. I started doing Abbi’s 12 week challenge and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was nervous to go into the gym before as I hadn’t a clue what I was doing. But the workouts on the app make it so much easier and give you more structured workouts. Definitely gained more confidence in the gym and in myself. 100% recommend!
Fantastic experience: I first saw Abbi in the gym quite a few years ago. I wasn’t very confident in the gym but I wanted to progress and have a structured programme. Abbi was approachable, professional and knowledgable. I had a few set backs the last year or so, but Abbi has spent time looking to see what works best to ensure I get stronger. I always look forward to our training sessions.
Fantastic experience: Abbi is one of the best personal trainer I ever had she is so dedicated and helpful. She understands what your body type is and what you need to do to achieve your goal. Fantastic experience: Abbi has given me so much confidence in myself generally and when in the gym since working with her. She listens to what you want to achieve out of the gym and helps to set realistic goals and encourages you to reach them. She makes going to the gym enjoyable and always pushes you to do the best you can! Abbi is so friendly and supportive and she has created a little community that supports one another and celebrates everyone’s achievements. Fantastic experience: I have trained with Abbi for around 6 months now. I started the online programme to lose weight however I have gained much much more….my body shape has changed, my confidence has changed and I’ve gained some lovely friends through Abbi’s what’s app group! I am happy to now go to the gym alone, or go into the ‘men’s’ bit aswell as using machines I’ve only ever looked at. Abbi creates videos of the exercises to help with form and just a how to perform the exercise…she is also always on hand to offer help and advice. Would highly recommend
Fantastic experience: I use Abbey's training app and approach and find it really helpful. I train when I want and track my progress. Started with 8 week challenge and lost 21cm without starting any kind of diet and am now stepping up the food to match!
Fantastic experience: Abbi is just phenomenal. She’s patient, knowledgable and just so encouraging - I’ve done group training sessions, online coaching and the AHF Approach with Abbi. I’d recommend every single one. She’s totally changed my mindset and helped me develop my knowledge in weight lifting and the importance of good form. I’m now lifting weights that I never thought I’d be able to, thank you Abbi! So grateful for you

Fantastic experience: Abbi is an amazing trainer! I started 1-1 training with her at the start of December and I am already seeing results. She has significantly helped my confidence in the gym and I no longer feel daunted at the thought of going into the gym on my own and doing a workout. Fantastic experience: I've had 1 to 1 coaching with Abbi since 2019 and have loved every session. I've also participated in 1 to 2 sessions, group strength workouts, classes and bootcamps. Abbi is professional, friendly, encouraging and knowledgable. She's able to adapt to any injuries, strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on giving you the best workout possible. She's avaliable outside of in person sessions too with nutritional advice and plans for solo workouts. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The best person I could have picked for my fitness journey.
