1 year ago Fantastic experience: i bounce at rendlesham x and I have bounced for 2 years which is mad as I have allways hated exercise x I love bounce so much it has helped with my confidence and also I struggle with my body temperature as I can't regulate it so am allways bouncing in 3 layers x I bounce on a Tuesday Wednesday bouble and every other Friday x the instructors are so amazing kind and allways helping me if am doing the move not rite and they are so lovely x as well x
