Hello, I'm Andy, I Specialise in Strength & Conditioning for adults & kids. I am also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, which means I can accurately analyze & assess the musculoskeletal system, to reveal the underlying cause(s) of painful and limiting musculoskeletal condition(s). I have thousands of hours of experience coaching face to face, training clients recovering from injury & illness, with abilities ranging from professional athletes to beginners. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Andy since Jan 2nd and we’re now 30 sessions in and I’m so happy with the results. All I can say is thank you! What I enjoy most about the sessions is the calm, friendly approach, but also the variety in each session. Andy listens to what you want to do and works with you to ensure you hit the goals you set. A calm, but experienced trainer is what I needed in my life and Andy is exactly that! I’ll be continuing the sessions for the foreseeable future. Without a doubt the best trainer I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I cant recommend Andy enough! He offers straight to the point, efficient PT sessions and works with you to achieve your goals. He is friendly, relaxed and yet still focused on the task in hand. He will always push you when he thinks you can achieve more, but is good at reading you when its too much. He helps me focus on a routine specifically for volleyball, working around any injuries and also researching the best workout to achieve the results I need to play better. Thanks Andy!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Andy for about 7/8 months now and I’ve really noticed an improvement in my strength and form. Andy knows exactly when to push you for those few more reps which is something I’d never do training on my own! I highly recommend training with Andy, every session is challenging and look forward to it every week! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Andy, he's kind, genuine, encouraging and supportive. He constantly challenges my perception of my capabilities. Fantastic experience: Being 6 months postpartum I was really struggling with the way I looked and I was too nervous to go to the gym, all my confidence had gone. My first session with Andy i didn't know what to expect, however he made me feel at ease and pushed me to my limits and beyond and to focus on myself and not to worry about other people in the gym. Each session I felt stronger and actually excited to go to the gym as I was seeing results and feeling amazing! I would highly recommend Andy, such a professional and down to earth guy who gets the best out of you. I will definitely be booking more sessions!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re thinking about training with Andy, just do it. I can pretty much guarantee you’ll be starting the best journey with your strength and fitness. The benefits spill over into how you cope with life's challenges... it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself! I remember my first session. I felt so daunted but something got me there and I needn’t have worried. Andy's ability to assess where you’re at is spot on and his experience covers such a large range of levels from baseline to serious athletes that he can really help you get the most from your time at the gym. I wanted to get stronger and was wary as I had a back issue but he’s always so mindful of any injuries you have, it always feels safe and progressive. He has an uncanny ability to know exactly when you're just at you're limit. My original plan was to do just six weeks but that became two years! I think that speaks for itself. Andy’s just a lovely guy aswell which helps! and WAX is a very relaxed friendly gym. You'll feel right at home in no time : )

Fantastic experience: I decided to start PT sessions as I completely demotivated to take myself to the gym and had become very bored of all the exercises I was doing. I also had an ongoing shoulder injury which I felt like was holding me back from any form of strength progression. The sessions I have had with Andy have revived my enjoyment for the gym and I am getting so much out of every session. Andy is also really good at giving me regressed exercises to help rehab my shoulder injury and is really conscious about correct form. I would highly recommend him especially if you have an injury or a specific goal to achieve.

Fantastic experience: I went to Andy after a long period of zero exercise so I was slightly apprehensive but he put me at ease straight away and after 4 weeks I couldn’t believe the difference in my physique and well-being in general. Andy seemed to instinctively know when to push me and when to ease off slightly so I felt I was always near my limits but without the sessions becoming unenjoyable. The sessions were nice and varied and Andy made sure my form was good. I feel so much better after just 4 weeks, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a few personal trainers over the years and Andy’s sessions are definitely the best I’ve had. Very in tune with my goals, quick to identify what muscle groups need more focus, and always has solutions to improve my form in all areas. Went from deadlifting 40kg with bad form to 100kg with great form in about 6 weeks, which of course I was stoked with! Would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Everything about gyms give me major anxiety, but Andy made me feel comfortable pretty quickly. I have cerebral palsy and have had PT's limit me because of this. Andy on the other hand has not held back and challenges me every session, whilst making sure everything is safe. For the first time ever I've walked out of a gym feeling proud of myself and what I've achieved. I'd definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Andy and I began training in October. I messaged Andy with the goal to build muscle as I was a little unhealthy. By unhealthy I mean I was underweight and I would go days with no food because I was scared of putting weight on. At this point I was taking 60mg of anti-depressants a day. I was so unhappy… little did I know it was all due to my weight I am now a healthy weight and I am happy to say that it’s been 5 months and I now take 0 anti depressants Andy has not only changed the way I look but also helped combat my mental health issues. I’m off to Australia in a few months and I feel ready for all the challenges that will come my way. Thank you so much Andy, you’ve literally changed my whole thought process

Fantastic experience: I met Andy through a friend of mine who he trained. I’ve had bad experiences with gyms but Andy put me at ease and I found myself actually enjoying exercising again. Super down to earth and helped me feel in control of my session. The 1hr sessions always fly by!

Fantastic experience: Quite simply, training with Andy is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I never imagined I would be the type of person to use a personal trainer but having grown increasingly uncomfortable with my post menopausal flab and being acutely aware I wouldn't stay motivated for long enough at the gym if left to my own devices, I was recommended to try a session with Andy. He proved engaging, patient, knowledgeable and more importantly, very encouraging and I felt buoyed after just one session, so much so in fact that I signed up for more. Already the results are proving more positive than I could have anticipated or would have achieved if working solo. The sessions, which are different each time, have actually become addictive and trust me, I didn't think I would ever use the words addictive and gym in the same sentence. If you want to become fitter and firmer and the DIY approach doesnt work for you, he's your man.

Fantastic experience: Andy is amazing! Wish I found him sooner. I have hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and just generally fall apart and dislocate too easily. But Andy completely understands and works with me to strengthen my weak spots without causing me any harm. He really knows his stuff and I feel completely safe in his workouts despite my various joint and muscle issues. I’ve wanted to get fitter and get into the gym thing for years, but have always been too nervous and anxious about it. But with Natural Health I feel completely at ease, Andy’s very encouraging and we always have a laugh. I never thought I would see myself improve so quickly, only wish I got help from him sooner!

Fantastic experience: I booked with Andy back in June and haven’t looked back. I was pretty low at the beginning of training with my weight and just with life in general with layers of responsibility and professional changes out of control. However with encouragement both physically and some good chats I have grown and grown in self confidence! I cannot recommend Andy enough he’s really passionate about our environment and knows his stuff when it comes to training and healthy food options. It’s never boring in fact it’s always fun and challenging! I have had so many comments lately how good I look and I equally feel the same inside ! Get yourself booked in and make those changes, I promise you will feel fantastic !

Fantastic experience: Andy is helping me with my first proper attempt at consistent fitness in my life, and I'm 45! Fantastic experience: Andrew is an awesome PT instructor and as friendly and encouraging as they come. A genuine, kind and down to earth feet on the ground sort of guy that knows his game. I'm not naturally a gym goer, but after chatting with Andrew and explaining my injuries (spinal surgery and 2 x broken ankles from sport), he put me at ease about attending a gym and has helped get together a weekly exercise plan to help improve my core strength. Highly recommended. 5 stars. 200%!

Fantastic experience: Andy is an excellent personal trainer. I was recommended to him by Bodmin Yoga during the lockdown, and have continued to use his services ever since. I find him extremely approachable and helpful. I had a couple of injuries and Andy was more than able to recommend relevant exercises to support those areas, resulting in me now not having injuries. Fantastic experience: Absolutely without a doubt the highest quality personal training service and group classes I have ever been to. Andy shows a genuine interest in his clients and their needs. His service is super welcoming, his skills and advice are top quality and the views working out on the beach are unbeatable. Fantastic experience: Great fun group classes, based on the beach. Exercises are always different each session keeping it interesting, with a combination of body weight exercises and use of equipment. Classes are suitable for all abilities with the option to go at your own pace, but with lots of brilliant encouragement to keep you working hard! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Andrew's training is incredible, he was my strength and conditioning coach for a while and his workouts were fun, dynamic and brutal . He pushed me mentally and physically to my limits allowing me to level up for my jiujitsu competitions. On top of that he's a stand out guy ready to push you but also patient and down to earth. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Andy as a personal trainer. I’ve been to his beach classes as well as have personal training sessions. The way the class is run means it’s suitable for everyone and all ability’s as you can make it as hard as you want to and if you’ve got injuries he’ll work an alternative for you. It’s a friendly, happy, relaxed class but a great work out and always changing so never boring and the sea view is the best! Personal training is again never boring and always enjoyable, Andy is very knowledgeable and works with you to achieve what you want to achieve. He has the right balance of pushing you so you progress but never so you feel discouraged. Definitely worth something worth doing.

Fantastic experience: This is the best group class work out I've been to! The routine changes each week which keeps it interesting. The only person you are competing against is yourself so you can work at your own level, but still feel you're part of the group. If there is anything you don't understand, Andy is there to help...and the sea view is great!

Fantastic experience: The perfect workout!! Andy is an amazing trainer, works you hard but in a friendly and compassionate manner and the structure of the workouts are diverse and fun. The group sessions are brilliant and everyone is friendly and the beach environment is pure bliss, so much more inspiring than inside a gym, with fresh air and the sounds of the ocean! The pt sessions are great too focusing on exactly what you want to work on and all at such a great price too! Highly reccomend :)

Fantastic experience: New to training with Andy I felt comfortable immediately. He is approachable and friendly. He keeps the workouts diverse and interesting and I absolutely love the beach workouts, although he often reminds me to face the sea and take it all in as I do one more squat! Fantastic experience: Throughout the years I've worked with a number of different personal trainers but always seem to get bored of the same routine week in week out, eventually resulting in me giving up. With Andy every session there's something new to work on. New exercises, new movements and new techniques to make you use muscles you didn't even realise you had! The knowledge he has on the human body and how to push it to its limit is second to none, if you have an injury Andy will happily cater a class to not only avoid further stress but to improve movement and stability in that area which has been invaluable to me. While Andy's sessions are hard work they are extremely rewarding and i always leave with a big smile on my face (okay sometimes more of a grimace!) His sense of humour and fun loving attitude keeps the sessions up beat and I'm forever motivated to push myself further every time we have a class. I truly can't recommend Andy enough. Fantastic experience: Andy is a great trainer! I’ve had one on one sessions and been to his fit squad classes. I was a bit anxious to begin with as I’d never done this sort of training before. I started out with some PT sessions and then moved to classes. Andy is so supportive and encouraging. He tailored our sessions to help me with some injury rehab and always had an adjustment in mind if there was something I couldn’t do in class. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
