Have Fun, Get Fit CIC is a not-for-profit company that specialises in supporting clients who suffer from depression, autism, ADHD, PTSD and anxiety to achieve their mental and physical fitness goals. Working with adults and children with special needs or spectrum disorders, our fitness training helps with frustration and aggression release, relationship and confidence building, delivered through creative activities that aim to help reduce stress at home and empower our users. Served by a qualified instructor, we understand from experience the mental and physical benefits that exercise can bring to support health and wellbeing.
