Fantastic experience: Great knowledge and very experienced, very personable, client focussed. Motivating. I have been seeing Chris for about 5 years. Initially because I had some niggling injuries from Squash, swimming, cycling and running. I soon found out through Chris it was due to various imbalances in the way I trained/approached exercise. Getting me up to speed so I knew what I was doing and getting these imbalances straightened out (rebalanced) was the first part. Extending the range of my movement and strengthening my core were key parts of this. Chris has made it fun and engaging. I felt the benefits reasonably quickly 5 years ago and still continue to feel fit and able. My ongoing target is to remain fit and able and as I get older this becomes ever more important to me. I am very happy to recommend and endorse Chris, and his colleagues.
