I can think of a better way to celebrate my 50th birthday!! I would definitely do this again, I couldn’t fault this experience at all, it was brilliant

Fantastic experience: Bungee is the only exercise class I have ever really committed to and thoroughly enjoy. It’s a great work out and really good fun! Sam is an awesome instructor; she brings creativity, skill and smiles to every session. Our group have a good laugh on a Monday evening whilst motivating each other to master our routines. It’s the best way to start the week ⭐️ ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had a whale of a time! Sam is such a brilliant teacher, and I felt very special being able to have a one to one. I felt really upbeat and happy when I left, a rarity for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, it was pitched perfectly for me, I've already recommended the class to a few people. Sam is a credit to your company and I can't wait to go back, thank you. Fantastic experience: Awesome fun, Sam made us feel very at home and comfortable as we arrived, even though I had to wear the biggest harness Sam was excellent at demonstrating and encouraging you to do all the moves. It has been on my bucket list for a long time but nothing local to me so travelled an hour and a half to have a go with my niece who lives local. It was definitely worth the effort, made the exercise more palatable than normal at 62! And a size 16 Thank you, I will endeavour to come more regularly

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Bungee fitness in Kineton for a few months now. I've never really enjoyed exercising before, but I love Bungee and it's been really good to get me motivated to get fitter, whilst also having fun with a lovely bunch of people. Sam is a great Bungee instructor and I look forward to coming to her sessions each week, sometimes twice a week.

Fantastic experience: I am approaching 50, unfit, bored of the usual exercise classes and was looking for something different. My friend mentioned Bungee Fitness, so we booked to see what it was all about. Well Bungee Fitness now has a new fan! We were so lucky in our class, as it was a small class and we had Jess' undivided attention. We covered the basics first and then worked on some routines. We all had an absolute blast. We worked hard and laughed a lot. I will definitely be going again.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive as I am unfit, overweight and 60. I was made to feel comfortable and although it was a good cardiac workout (more than I've moved for years!) there was no pressure to do more than I was happy with. The trainer was friendly and encouraging and it was great fun. I thoroughly recommend bungee fitness club. I really enjoyed the session and time flew by.
