We are pleased to offer mat work classes for various skill levels from, Beginner and Improver to Intermediate and Advanced. Our individualised small group classes ensure that while you are part of a group, you receive personalised attention. We adapt exercises to suit your needs and provide corrections to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from each exercise. Join us to experience a class that caters specifically to you.

​All classes and private sessions are taught from our beautiful studio in Chelford. We have a dedicated car park and all the equipment you will need on-site. Our classes are small groups to ensure our expertly trained staff can give you the attention you need.
