Fantastic experience: First class fitness company providing fun, friendly and professional sessions. Every circuit is different, always energising, never boring. I attend twice a week, the variety of cardio and strength based exercises give me a full body workout. We all work at our own pace and the trainers can always suggest alternatives for any eventualities. The atmosphere is encouraging and supportive and I have no hesitation in recommending Dragon Fitness. Fantastic experience: I love the classes run by Christina and Phil at Dragon Fitness! They go above and beyond to ensure your understanding of the exercises and make it fun, accessible and welcoming. I initially struggled balancing parenthood and exercise, and they were so supportive and really tailored it to me. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and support. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I go to circuits weekly and results were almost instant helping me to tone up and lose inches. Christina's classes are excellent and always incorporate a variety of excercises to work on the whole body. The booking facility is really good. If you plan to mix up the sessions and do lots of work outs you can get great memberships or book week by week per session so you can fit it in around work and kids which suits me perfectly.

Fantastic experience: The Ryoku Circuit Training is amazing, the sessions are well structured and always different. Christina is always quick at correcting any mistakes or suggesting alternative exercises to help avoid injury.
