Pole Ninjas Studio

Fantastic experience: I own a pole studio and struggle to find places that I can train at a high level with good vibes and a strong sense of community. I travel for over an hour each way to attend Pole Ninjas. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I went there for my first ever pole session and was warmly welcomed (I'm male so I had some misgivings). The teachers were great and I learned quite a lot in an hour. There were enough poles for a few doubles and singles. I'll be back once my unrelated wrist injury is better and I've shaved my legs

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly, encouraging, enthusiastic, passionate (about pole) (& encouraging others to be passionate about it too!! Haha) vibe. If you’re nervous about trying pole as a beginner you must try it here! Most welcoming bunch of instructors and students too!

Fantastic experience: Pole Ninjas has helped me in more ways than one. I have an undiagnosed joint condition, hyper mobility, scoliosis and two spinal fusions. Pole ninjas has been helping me grow stronger. The teachers are so kind and helpful even if it takes me longer to be able to do certain moves than it does my classmates. It helps my physical pain. Every week I improve a little bit and if I miss a week, it physically hurts. It’s so great to have a form of exercise that is fun and helps me. It also has been helping me mentally with my PTSD. It is making me more comfortable in my own skin. It gives me a place were I can be sexy and still feel safe. So glad I found Pole Ninjas!

The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging, everything is broken down to different levels and if you're struggling they're always there to support in any adaptations you need. Fantastic experience: Such a friendly and positive environment. The results in strength and flexibility are really noticeable with regular attendance. They cater for all levels and will rework moves and spins to make sure it’s beginner friendly :)

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this studio for about 2.5 months now and honestly it feels like a second home. The instructors are so welcoming and kind. They push and motivate you whilst maintaining a level of kindness and understanding I've never experienced at another studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they are able to break down moves for all levels. They have a variety of classes that suit everyone's interests. Would absolutely recommend to anyone no matter where you are on your pole journey.

Fantastic experience: I have had such an amazing experience at Pole Ninjas! The instructors are so knowledgable and they tailor moves to each persons’ ability which I have not experienced elsewhere. The community they have built is so supportive and friendly that this along with their amazing teaching sessions, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found Pole Ninjas!

This really makes the overall community extremely supportive and it is wonderful to be a part of as you make so many friends! Everyone believes in you and soon enough you will nail moves you have always wanted to do. Whether you are a beginner or a bit further along into your pole journey, Pole Ninja’s is so supportive, welcoming, positive and encouraging and I’m so glad I’m as able to become a part of the family!
