Fantastic experience: Really good group of people, classes are fun. The coaches are very good and have taught me a lot so far.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share what great classes the Focus fitness team provides. My boys who have additional needs absolutely love coming. The coaches Phil and Arj were very understanding about their needs and were not phased. They teach my boys techniques which they are constantly practicing at home. We started off doing one class a week but they loved it so much they now got to at least 3 classes a week. It gets them off thd computers and learning a new skill. They have been going since September and already have their next belts and can't wait to start getting involved in competitions. They both suffer with very low self esteem but their confidence grows each week as the coaches support and praise them. I really couldn't recommend this class enough. They have fun, are active and learning a new skill. Perfect for 2 very active boys.

Fantastic experience: After my first full week of training, and specifically tonight's class, it only felt right to write an honest review of Focus Martial Arts. Where do I start... Firstly, seriously great class. Awesome workout and a thorough warm up. But moreover, the main session was technically great, showing high level combinations and breaking each part down so it's easy to understand. Thank's to today's instructor, Arjun. Very patient, a highly skilled teacher and fighter. I look forward to bringing my kids to the classes soon. I really feel this will help with so many things, from hand-eye coordination to confidence levels. The environment in this gym is more like a family, well done guys!
