Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this Martial Arts School. They offer both adult and kid classes in different disciplines, and my kid has been going since he was 5 twice a week and loves it. Its great that they can branch off to do different types of martial arts and they do regular gradings so we can see our kids progress with all the belts they have earned. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating, as well as professional.

Never in a million years did I think I could achieve my Black Belt in TKD but here I am, with my 1st Degree Black Belt at 45 and keen now to go further. The academy is supportive and inclusive to all ages and abilities. Don’t be shy , come along and give it a try. There will always be a friendly face to welcome & support you.

Fantastic experience: I love it here. After doing a free trial in kickboxing and receiving a certificate for it, I already felt included and it boosted my confidence massively. They are very community based and make you feel like family! Affordable memberships, rather this than the gym... I definitely recommend doing a martial art class here (or several) as I've made friends and grown as a person since. The owner goes above and beyond for his staff and customers! The staff members are also very welcoming and friendly :)

RPMAA to świetny wybór, cieszę się, że zaryzykowaliśmy. Helped my little one gain some confidence and open to new people after very hard year hiding at home. Son has a few health problems and doesn't speak english very well however that was not a problem. His teachers showed him support, kindness and respect and I think that is exactly what he needed. Fantastic experience: A great place to learn martial arts at any age. I took my 10 yr old son Reilly there initially to learn self defense, after a bad time at School. Already his confidence, strength and mental development has notably increased. Watching my son, prompted me also to venture into it at the age of 40, which was daunting but has been a great experience. I wanted to learn self defense also, but I guess already I can see I am getting a lot more than that. I am a newbie but enjoying my martial arts journey.!!! First Rate

Our son started Taekwondo at the age of 5 and now, at the age of 11 is a black belt, starting his journey in Jeet Kune Do and a proud member of the TKD sparring team!!! He loves training and has gathered some wonderful friends along the way!! Alongside him, his Dad started training in Jeet, he’s about to grade for his black shirt and is mad for all of the classes on offer!! Jeet, Taekwondo - about to grade for red belt, Escrima - Blackbelt , Krav level 6, Muay Thai!!! Loves them all!! & my favourite, fitness classes!! Never enjoyed staying fit as much!! Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the ladies kick boxing on a Friday morning and really enjoyed myself. Russell is a great tutor and knows how to engage the whole class. Russell is also really supportive of his local community, he recently donated a voucher for a homeless charity based in Kidderminster to the value of £50!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Been taking my son here since October 2012 after losing his grandmother. It helped him gain confindence, trust and learn new skills and has grown into the ‘family’ that the academy is! It’s great places for families (parents and children) and so many different techniques/classes to choose from. The instructors are great with you and have time and patience and will make the whole session as fun as they can. If you want an academy that you feel welcome, comfortable and like family then Russell Perks is the place to be!!

The coaches are inspirational you tell can they are passionate about martial arts just from their knowledge alone! They push you to be your best and more! You also make good friends there and have a bit of banter and a laugh! I've been at RPMAA just under a year I do Kickboxing and Muay Thai boxing they are brilliant! So many benefits physically and mentally!

Fantastic experience: My 5yr old son began mini ninja's around 12 weeks ago and absolutely loves it! It has not only helped his confidence, but has been fantastic seeing him socialise and listen to the instructors! His love for TKD has not only rubbed off on me, but also my 11 yr old daughter, and we are all currently working towards our next belt :D The environment is so friendly, and the instructors/coaches are so knowledgeable, put you through your paces, and have the patients of saints! I would highly recommend RPMAA to everyone with a passion for martial arts, fitness, and their yoga session is AMAZING!

My 5 year old son used to go here but he quit along with his motorcross as I think Xbox was more important to him .Every employee of RPMMA are on top 100% and dedicated . Although I only ever went with my son to the kids classes the staff are brilliant with the kids and the way they speak and play with the young kids to bring them out there shell is unbelievable. Your never find a bad thing about RPMMA there brilliant and wish them all the best

I've personally trained here for over 3 years and I still get as excited as I did on my first week! The martial arts taught here are tought really well and can cater for everyone. The facilities are second to none and russel perks the owner and chief instructor, strives to improve his academy constantly. I'd recommend this academy to not only anyone but everyone.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly academy from instructors to members. My daughter is a black stripe belt, we are very proud of her getting to this level and its all down to the brilliant instructor team and members who help, they are dedicated and have great perseverance. She is much more confident in herself, and loves the sport. I also do TKD and Krav Maga is my favourite. The academy is open to all ages, I would stronly recommend RPMAA for anyone wanting to take up a sport.

Fantastic experience: When I started with RPMAA over a year ago, I was tipping 15 stone on the scales and when I looked down I couldn't see my feet for the belly in the way. I couldn't run for more than 30 seconds continuously without completely exhausting myself. I was under motivated and fed up. Then my two Sons started training TKD and after a few weeks of taking them to training I decided I would give one of the many classes a go. I settled on the MMA classes and gave it a go and now after a year with the academy I'm a little over 12 stone, I am fitter than I have been in a decade and I'm taking part in upto 4 classes a week with a great bunch of lads who support you every step of the way. My two Son's are gaining new Tae Kwon Do belts like there's no tomorrow. RPMAA hasn't just given us motivation to work hard and get personal results from it, it's also something we share as a family and as a family that is why we recommend RPMAA to anyone who wants to achieve a personal goal in a supporting and fun environment.

Fantastic experience: What a great place, filled with inspirational instructors who not only have a wealth of knowledge and skills to pass on, but also take a real interest in every single person in a class. I have seen my 12 year old really shine in the kids mma class over 2 years, helping with confidence and patience. So much so that I joined the Krav Maga class which I have loved for over a year. If you are looking to get fit without the boredom of a gym, want to meet a fantastic bunch of people or learn a new discipline RPMAA is well worth giving a go, you will not look back.

Fantastic experience: I started doing the Dacayana Escrima classes around a year ago now. I joined mainly to give a friend of mine more courage, but soon learned that I not only enjoyed the classes, I was improving myself at the same time. I'm now a few weeks from taking my brown belt grading, and couldn't be happier. Not only have I improved my fitness, dexterity and coordination, but I have trained and grown with many like minded people in a temple to learning through physical experience. Everyone, from the smallest child doing mini ninja's, to the most experienced coaches and instructors, put in so much effort plainly because they love to be there. Every class is full of happy faces and determined pupils, overseen by committed and knowledgable staff. Definitely a great place to learn something new, take your ambitions further, challenge yourself, and achieve things you wouldn't have thought you could!

Fantastic experience: I started doing MMA about 18 months ago feeling the need to get a bit fitter. I was a little apprehensive thinking there would be a lot of bravado and testosterone flying around. What I found was a really warm family environment where everyone want to learn from a really knowledgeable teaching team. The fighters that go are not big headed and willing to take time to show you techniques that might be a little difficult to pick up. With the brand new academy now open, the facilities are excellent and have a bit more of a hang out feel as well so once the class is over there is no real need to rush off but interact with other members. If you wanted to take up martial arts or just want to get a bit fitter RPMAA is definitely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: This is a great academy based in the middle of Kidderminster. The centre covers most martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Escrima, krav Maga, MMA, ladies only Kickboxing and Jeer Kun Do etc. It has a very family centred approach and runs classes from Mini Ninjas through to full black belt and beyond. All ability levels are catered for, and there are multiple sessions throughout the week and at weekends. The centre is moving to new premises at the end of June (2016) but these are about two minutes walk away from the current location. All in all a very good centre for all ages and abilities. Get fitter, improve co-ordination, whatever you need. We have been bringing my son here for TKD for over a year and he has loved every minute of it.
