After you have achieved your 6 week fat loss goal, the real work starts. It’s no good losing “X” amount of body fat and then putting it all back on in the next 3 months. We want to build on the new you, not return to the old you.

Our long term lifestyle program follows the 6 Week Accelerator and the aim is simple, keep getting fat loss results, build consistency and make training and the nutrition habits you have started, maintainable long term.

It’s the most effective way of getting results in a short period of time, to give you the confidence and motivation to continue for the rest of your life.

If you stick to the program, follow our advice and somehow don’t get results then we’ll refund every penny you invested to say sorry for wasting your time.

Squad combines quality coaching with support and a social network that not only makes you accountable and actually enjoy exercise, it will get you the results you always wanted.

Fantastic experience: All the team at squad fitness are amazing, they are always putting videos and routines to do on the members page, pushing us to our potential when in the gym, provide great support if unsure on certain activities. The whole team at squad has helped me massively with my mental health by just providing a place to go work out with excellent classes. If you have an injury etc they are acomadating to this too and will give you a different activity to do. Can highly recommend! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Next week i will have completed the 6 week accelerator course i can honestly say i've loved it all. From that first introduction session to now i have achieved so much i feel confident doing exercises that 5 weeks ago was unknown to me. Theres no doubt im fitter and stronger. Im already seeing a difference in how my clothes feel. Squad is a really welcoming place suited to any ability and the trainers are so supportive but so are all the members. Best decision of 2025 for me.

Fantastic experience: I started the 6 week accelerator programme after not really exercising for months. The whole experience has been really positive. Everyone is super supportive and friendly. The trainers are always on hand to talk you through all the exercises in as much detail as you need. For the first time ever I'm actually enjoying going to the gym. Fantastic experience: Started on the 6 week accelerator after not being in a gym for a while and never really understanding how to train. Found everyone really friendly and helpful especially starting as a beginner. The sessions are excellent, and the trainers explain everything every step of the way such as technique etc . Fantastic experience: I decided to book myself onto the 6 week accelerator course after hitting menopause and putting on over a stone in weight, I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I’d been doing my own thing at home, following a you-tube exercise regime but just felt lost, like I wasn’t seeing any real results and to be honest didn’t really know what to do to see any results!! I decided to take the plunge, went into a zoom call with Kieran, decided I liked the sound of what these guys at Squad training were doing and booked onto the induction the following week. Kieran and Tom are amazing at what they do, they take time showing you what to do, they give you encouragement, you are never made to feel stupid or silly if you don’t understand what to do. The small PT sessions are great, everyone is so nice, a really good mix of ages and men v women. I genuinely love coming to these sessions, I go 3 times a week now, even in this sweltering heat!!! And the best bit is even after only a few weeks I can see a difference in my body shape. The other support you get through the APP is amazing too. I would really really recommend these guys to anyone feeling a bit lost, a bit stuck but that really wants to try and change for the better. I have dabbled with big commercial gyms in the past, but these guys are way better at what they do and they genuinely care about your journey. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: My overall experience with squad has been 10/10 & I have recommended to everyone! I’m half way through the 6 week accelerator and It’s been the massive kick up the bum I needed! I feel more knowledgeable, accountable and love training with you all. Everyone is so like minded and friendly too. I leave every session feeling like I’ve worked hard! Truthfully, I’ve not stuck to anything this long! It’s really helped me go back to basics with nutrition and really helped change my overall mindset. I’m lifting weights I never thought I could lift and feel more confident lifting with a barbell! I’m doing pull ups and exercises I would have absolutely avoided doing in the gym I know that I will continue to make excercise a priority for me and have the right tools to continue my fitness journey. You guys so knowledgeable, passionate and you can tell you really have put your all into squad! Fantastic experience: I joined Squad 3 weeks ago I love the fact there is no mirrors its not your typical posing gym All the clients are really lovely all there for the same reason. It's like a little family. Kieron and Tom are nothing less than encouraging. They are always there to help you. You don't feel intimidated in any way. I feel better in myself after 3 weeks If you are thinking of doing the 6 week accelerator course then you should.

Fantastic experience: I'm a year into Squad life and its still doing exactly what it says on the tin....I signed up for the 6week accelerator initially as I needed a kick-start back into the gym and training. I've trained in the past but fell off the gym wagon during covid and started to pile the pounds on...so needed to do something to sort both my waistline and headspace out. Squad have great trainers Kieran and Tom who support and guide you through process of the induction, initial sessions and beyond Everyone I've spoken to is here has the same goal in mind, to get fitter and have better lifestyle habits along with being abit more mindful of their nutrition. * The information given by Squad is brilliant. They have a very comprehensive nutrition guide. * Regular prompts on the app to assist with accountability. * Private group messages, trainers on hand to chat about pretty much any topic regarding fitness and hilarious conversations that have nothing tk dk with fitness at all. Kieran and Tom go all out to organise additional activities, in house challenges to help with accountability, social events, meals out, drinks or dog walks. Great opportunities to meet up with members from other sessions. Me signing up to Squad has definitely been the best thing for me both physically and mentally. Wouldn't be anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Squad for more than two years. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Kieran and Tom are fantastic coaches. They really help you to get the best out of yourself. I’m lifting heavy and getting fitter and fitter. The other members are brilliant. Fantastic experience: Squad has changed my life. It sounds like a big claim, but it’s true. I joined squad 6 months ago on their 6 week accelerator. I was 33, overweight, (BMI obese) I had to sit down to tie my shoelaces as bending over was so incredibly difficult. An average level of manual labour made me sweat buckets. I was unfit, and feeling way older than I was. I’ve now lost significant weight, I feel stronger than I was in my 20’s, I don’t sweat at the sight of picking something up from the floor. Not only can I crouch to tie my shoelaces, I can do walking lunges for days! I can also bend over and touch my toes, I haven’t had that flexibility since I was about 11! Kieren and Tom are the real deal. I’m sure they won’t be too upset with me saying, they aren’t doing anything groundbreaking or new. But what they do is push you to achieve things you never thought you could, they work with you to set your goals and then hold you accountable to those goals, they have built an incredibly supportive community of like minded trainers, offer fantastic advice and bring terrible banter to sessions. They are experts at what they do. If you are on the fence like I was, go for it. It will change your life in ways you can’t even imagine.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Squad Training enough! Kieran and Tom make everyone feel so welcome and encouraged from the moment you walk in, which has been especially great for me as someone who had never picked up a weight before joining. Now I’m confidently taking on all the weird and wonderful exercises we do, and I love the variety each day brings. The workouts are perfectly structured—short bursts of each exercise mean I never get bored or hung up on ones I find challenging. I’ve gained so much more energy and even look forward to getting up early for the 6:30 sessions before work. It’s been a game-changer!

Positive experience: I started 4 weeks ago on the 6 weeks course Kieran and Tom made me feel so comfortable with their knowledge ensuring correct techniques used on equipment ,everyone was so welcoming and supportive from the moment you walk in . They tailor the sessions to your needs as someone who has not done any training for some years . Personal support from the app is great a you can message the coaches with any issues you may have . I feel fitter and stronger enjoying every session thanks you guys , I would recommend the squad team to anybody

Fantastic experience: Really friendly, small group training. Support and guidance if you are new to this type of training. Be prepared to be in pain following your first session if you haven't done any fitness for a while. Only in week 3 but generally feel better already. Highly recomend

Fantastic experience: The support I have received from the coaches and the other members is incredible. The coaches are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and really encourage technique. The personal support via the app is great and you can message anytime with a fast response. The training is fun and you can go at your own pace but you really want to push yourself each week as you can see and feel the benefits. I’m 3 weeks in loving every minute. Fantastic experience: I have recently joined back to Squad again after being a previous member of Squad a few years back and I am now currently on the 6 week accelerator and absolutely LOVING IT! I have only been back a couple of weeks but I can honestly say it's like I never left, Kieran & Tom make you feel part of the team straight away and there's none of that judging or anxiety feelings you often can get in your average gym, Kieran & Tom always strive for the best out of you but also with that relaxed approach that tailors you and your lifestyle and makes exercise fun and not robotic, The 1:1 personal training you receive is second to none and you never leave a class feeling like it wasn't worth that 45minutes out of your day. No two classes are ever the same so you always know that you are engaging every muscle group on each session and you can totally reap the benefits if that's for weight loss, muscle toning, stress relief, to keep active and fit, and if like me you choose exercise for mental health reasons then Squad is your place to be in any of your reasons. I'm so pleased I decided to join back at Squad, all the members are super lovely and you feel like one big family, nothing you'd ever get elsewhere! Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week accelerator thinking I would be too difficult of a client having just had a baby and certain dietary needs but Kieran assured that that was not the case and we put a plan in place perfectly tailored to my goals and abilities and has supported me all the way through. Fantastic experience: I would find my overall experience at squad to be such a good experience first I had a zoom call to see what my goals and achievements were during the zoom call I feel very comfortable with Tom and Kieran they are both so well knowledgeable and really took their time to explain every thing to me in full detail. When I arrived for the induction I was really nervous but as soon as I met them and did the induction I felt comfortable straight away. I have just started my second week with Squad and the PT sessions are so good and the guys will push you to your limits but are also really good in showing you how to do everything properly. They both watch and help you during the sessions and help you if you’re struggling. The other members that are at Squad are so nice and have helped me loads during sessions if I’m not too sure what I’m doing or will show me how to do a workout properly. My best part so far with Squad is all of the sessions that I have been too and meeting Tom and Kieran and all of the Squad members. Everyone is so nice and approachable and help each other out and also encourage each other during the sessions. I don’t believe there is anything you guys need to improve on anything. Everything I have done so far and what you guys have pushed me to do is top notch. I really appreciate all the time and effort Tom and Kieran have put into me so far. Even after the sessions they both send me messages and check up on me and make sure I’m doing okay also make sure I’ve got my sessions booked in for the week. I’m really looking forward into continuing training with you both.

Fantastic experience: I started squad fitness 3 weeks ago. On my 6 weeks course. Kieran and tom greeted me with a very warm welcome. They was very professional and understanding. I'm new to it all so they set you goals that are doable whilst trying to lead a very busy life. It's also nice to be welcomed by all the team Training down there. Fantastic experience: Feeling fitter and stronger in a couple of weeks joining up with squad fitness, the app is easy to use, you can set personal targets. You can ask for help at any time. The best thing for me though is going along to the small group PT sessions where everything can be altered to your ability and the trainers really support you to achieve your goals

Fantastic experience: The best decision ever to join this gym. I actually look forward to my workouts. Fantastic experience: As a person who had never trained or set foot in a gym I was very nervous getting started but everyone was so supportive and welcoming and it's a really nice environment and I felt very comfortable. The trainers are very hands on, approachable and helpful and accommodating of my health issues.

Fantastic experience: For years I wondered what all the gym prima Donna's saw in what they did. It never was for me. Then a few week ago I came across squad training. Kieran sold it to me immediately. I had a good feeling about this type of fitness regime. When I started I didn't know what to expect. I was soon put at ease and got stuck in. Under the trainers careful professional support they guide you with motivation. They say, no pain no gain. That is true but boy is it worth it. Fantastic experience: The training is intense and geared up for long term results. The trainers are there for advice and to spur you on if you need it. All the support you need is on the app from nutrition, exercises and of course the squad community. Glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: I joined Squad as I had lost all motivation to keep fit and stay healthy, I needed support and motivation to get restarted with this and reboot myself. I’ve just finished the 6 week accelerator programme and wow I can’t believe the difference in my mind set and physique. The team at Squad have really inspired me to get back on track, though the daily Squad messages to the 1:1 coaching, plus I can’t forget the great atmosphere that the small group work creates, everyone encourages everyone else. The advice I received from Joe, my coach, has helped me to stay on track with food and creating a protein rich calorie deficit meal plan - which has transformed the way I plan meals now. If you are looking for a team to support yourself and hold you to account for your health and welfare choices, you would not go wrong with Squad. Tom and Kieran, working with Joe are amazing at what they do, they take time to explain how to do the exercises, the sessions are well planned and yes they will test your bodies capabilities - but that’s part of it. Fantastic experience: This is my third week on the 6 week accelerator programme at Squad. I joined as I lacked energy and motivation and had put on weight increasing clothes size. I saw the ad on Facebook and thought “why not” and gave it a go. I am really enjoying the experience, with professional support and guidance from the team to help me reach my goal. The facility is in Wath town centre, has parking, is super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Beginners, like myself, are treated with the same respect as the long term members, (who are very helpful and friendly) with lots of encouragement and advice from the training/coaching team Kieran, Tom and Joe, who are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. I am seeing and feeling the results already and having a great time, best thing I’ve done in a long time. I would highly recommend the squad team to anyone who wants to make changes to improve their fitness and health and overall wellbeing. For me, I have my favourite dress in my wardrobe, just waiting to be worn, I haven’t been able to get into it in 3 years. Watch this space

Fantastic experience: My experience at squad has been really good, I was unsure about starting as I’ve come so far on my own but honestly I cant believe how squad is changing my mindset about working out and trying to make it a habit by building it into my daily routine to become “normal” which is what we’re all missing. The support from all you guys is something I’ve never had and didn’t even realise existed and the amount of hype that goes on in the sessions is something else! I can’t believe the mix of people in the sessions people starting out that have never really exercised properly (like me) to people that have clearly been at it a long time and everyone just supports each other! 2. Honestly the best part of squad is the sessions, I love a Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning basically every session, I come out an feel absolutely buzzing ringing my mam and my boyfriend telling them I’ve lifted 2 walruses, toms sick of me talking about how much I’ve lifted and what I’ve done to be honest haha 3. Honestly nothing I’m so glad I joined and can’t believe I’m near enough half way through my accelerator

Fantastic experience: Squad isn’t just like ‘going to the gym’ it’s so much better! 1:1 support by 2 or 3 Personal Trainers Adapting workouts to suit your needs. I honestly look forward to going to Squad Sessions and I never thought I’d say that as I have never enjoyed doing exercise and found the gym boring. Fantastic experience: I got the 6 week accelerator course bought as a Christmas present, could not have got a better present, it's got me back into training after a few years out, the guys that are on site are brilliant, they correct you if needed, they encourage you and they treat you with respect. If you have been out of training for any length of time or a seasoned trainer I would recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: I'm 3-4 weeks in on my accelerator course and loving every minute. I wss quite vervous before i started because ive never been to a gym and didnt know what to expect, but the trainers are very welcoming and help you throughout every session and all the members are friendly and urge you on. I've never felt better in myself and my energy levels are high. Think I'm quite addicted to these sessions now so will be continuing after my 6 wks are up. Keep up the amazing work boys

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with squad for nearly 4 weeks now on their accelerator program and I can’t believe the difference in just those 4 weeks!! I’m feeling a lot stronger and healthier. It’s the perfect if you need a helping hand to kickstart your fitness journey. They have really helped with understanding the nutrition side of things which was very important to me and has also helped gain confidence with using free weights. So many people have already commented on how much better I look and happier I now am. The program itself is super easy to follow along with and isn’t much hassle to keep on top of!!! The gym atmosphere is amazing too everyone is so friendly and happy to help if you need anything.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Squad Fit for just over 3 weeks on the Accelerator. Squad was recommended by a friend and is a really friendly gym. All the personal trainers and members are very welcoming and made me feel at ease right from the start. I love the structured sessions and that a coach comes round to check you are doing the exercises correctly and they push and challenge you throughout. It’s great to have weekly check-ins to make you accountable. I came to lose weight, initially as I was feeling rubbish and I didn’t have a clue about calorie counting. I haven’t yet hit my goal in terms of weight, but have gained so much more in that I feel happier and healthier in myself. Looking forward to signing up for another 6 weeks and starting in the new gym and seeing what that brings ☺️

Fantastic experience: I started with squad in January, absolutely terrified of the gym but in just 3 weeks I feel so so different, my mental health has improved, my energy has improved and I just feel overall more confident in the gym. The confidence didn’t come easily, but when you have 3 coaches with more confidence in you than you have for yourself, it’s a huge help I honestly couldn’t recommend Squad enough. Fantastic experience: Squad fitness has had a huge impact on my overall heath and fitness journey. Not knowing/understating what I need to do to become healthier and fitter I signed up to the 6 week accelerator sessions and have loved every session! The coaches have made me feel welcome at each session, taking time to talk through each of the exercises and give encouragement throughout. Since joining I have been accountable for hitting my habits and maintaining focus which in return has made me feel more confident about how I look and given me more positive outlook on my health going forward. The weekly check ins are a good opportunity to talk to the coaches and highlight any call outs for the week ahead. I would highly recommend Squad Fitness, with engaging sessions, a helpful app and supportive coaches who share an overall drive and determination in helping everyone achieve their goals!

Fantastic experience: Squad is amazing! The coaches are extremely supportive and encouraging. At the start we agreed a plan that was achievable but stretching which has helped me develop good habits and get the most out of training. Regular check ins with the coaches help keep on track and discuss and issues. At the gym everyone is welcoming and friendly which is generated from the attitude from the coaches. I would recommend squad to anyone. It is hard work but after 3 weeks it feels like some of the changes have become the new normal!

Fantastic experience: 12 months ago I went to a wedding, I knew I was at my heaviest weight ever & I hated every photo I appeared in, I looked at diet & exercise options but none fitted in with what I wanted, then I kept seeing squad appear on my fb news feed & it did look like something I’d enjoy, I enrolled in the 28 day kick start & was contacted by Kieran before starting to make sure it was going to work for me & it has! It is a very friendly environment with none of the posing flexing scary things that stopped me going to an ordinary gym, we are all normal people of different shapes & sizes & we are all catered for depending on our abilities, but the biggest plus is….In around the 14 weeks I have been coming I have lost between 2 & 3.5 inches all over & the dress I wore for the wedding that kick started the kick start is too big

Fantastic experience: I joined squad to do the 28days and to really kick start myself back into a healthy lifestyle. That’s over a year ago now and I still love going to to squad/gym! Not something I thought I’d ever say! The trainers are top blokes, friendly, willing to advise and push you, alongside a bit of banter! There are plenty of sessions to fit around my busy work and home life, which has been a real plus for me, knowing I can jump on a session that suits. It’s done in 45 minutes and believe me it feels like a good work out in that time, without taking up all my evening! I feel energised, motivated and when I do slump the guys check in and give me a kick. Squad really is a fantastic place to go, they’ve helped me get back from injury and most importantly get that balance without sacrificing the things we enjoy in life!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Squad fitness! I gave the 28 days a try and was amazed how fast it went and how motivated the trainers were . It’s made such a difference to my life and I feel very motivated to get up and train most mornings ! Although I started going with my daughter the Squad make me feel so welcome that I often go on my own and just train with new people . Fantastic experience: If you’re lacking motivation to exercise or go to gym like I was, then consider joining Squad on the 28 day kickstarter. The 45 minutes sessions are well structured and supported by expert personal trainers, within a friendly environment. It feels more like a community, rather than a commercial gym. You’ll receive great support on exercise and nutrition, and goals you want to achieve. It refocused my exercise and healthy eating, and lead to me signing up as a full-time member. I would definitely recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: What’s Squad to me …. It’s a Community , a supportive , knowledgable and life changing community . Personally I’ve struggled for the past few weeks with things going on at home, not accessed as many sessions as I should have and eaten far more than I should have. But I know that after being a member for 14 months , the support and guidance of the trainers and my fellow Squaddies will have me back on track in no time . No other gym will do this for you. I’ve done various types fitness and dieting clubs , but Squad gives you a whole new mindset. It’s made me physically and mentally stronger than I’ve been for quite a while. Fantastic experience: If I could score higher, I would Squad has been the best decision I've made in years. I feel empowered and ready to keep on the path to a healthier life now, I've never once felt self conscious or embarrassed which I always feel in 'gym 'sessions And that's just the other guys in the session! All 3 of you guys have been amazing, incredible with your support and guidance, always encouraging and just brilliant. My only irritation is my job has thrown a few spanners in over the last few weeks and got in the way but the huge difference for me is that missing a session drives me mad. Before in other gyms I would have been secretly relieved but not anymore. I cant recommend Squad highly enough, my physical and mental health has improved 100% and my friends have seen the difference in me. Cant wait to be back in there this week. Fantastic experience: I can't tell you how much I enjoy the structure of Squad. It is so different to anything else I've experienced gym-wise and I love it! I love the fact that each day is different so you never get bored or stuck in a rut, and it gets smashed out in 45 minutes - no reason to say "I don't have time" anymore! All instructors are top-notch too - really helpful, supportive and motivational!

Kieran, Connor & Tom are absolutely brilliant coaches and they keep the variety and challenge fresh in each and every session, which are always so well planned. They are aware of every individual in the sessions so offer adaptation to exercises/lifts where needed, and they make sure everyone has time to chat & ask questions, giving great advice & tips to improve fitness, form & strength no matter of baseline ability. The online content in the support groups is also absolutely brilliant and really well put together. The PTs are really invested in our health & fitness and want to help everyone to make improvements. Fantastic experience: I wish there was a platinum tier! I hate the old cliche ‘I wish I’d done it sooner’ but it truly is the case. I feel so much fitter and stronger, I look forward to fitting a session in and as there are plenty of times to choose from it makes fitting it around work and life easy! Tom is a great coach, quick to spot if your technique is off and show you what you need to do to make sure you don’t hurt yourself and he gives great encouragement to get the best results out of you in a session.

Fantastic experience: I have weight trained on and off for years and although I’ve never made massive improvements I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Now with age not on my side and battening lots of different mind and body ailments I found myself sat at home and the most exercise was walking the dog. Then came the day that I saw the advert for the 28 day back in to fitness and received a call from Kieran. Wake Kierans experience and knowledge was clear in just a few moments and it was done, I’d signed up and was raring to go. On the first day, I was lacking confidence but thought I was still strong and capable to be pushed to the limit. How wrong could I have been? The first session was introduced by Tom and he worked us all hard. I left the gym after just 40 to 45 minutes and I was dripping wet through. On the drive home I was buzzing and hooked just thinking about what I had achieved and how warm and greeting the team and other members had been. The 28 days had passed and I had trained at least four, sometimes five days a week and it caused me to sign up as a full member. I’ve been a member now for just over two months and I can honestly say all the sessions have been hard but so mentally and physically challenging. I have learnt a lot about training and about myself that has given me huge confidence. I cannot thank Kieran and his team enough and I hope to be back in the near future having suffered a serious spinal injury .

Fantastic experience: Being unfit, massively overweight and a 50 year old nurse I was very aware of the risks to my health and damage I was doing to my body. Lock down did me no favours mentally and consequently physically, so when restrictions started to ease I got to thinking about a much needed lifestyle change. I lost some weight by myself and saw adverts for a gym that boasted to be everything I needed. I pulled up my big girl pants and joined the 28 day challenge. I was nervous, of course I was. I expected lycia clad gym bunnies and muscle meat heads that wouldn't even acknowledge my existence if I'm honest. I COULD NOT HAVE BEE. MORE WRONG. From day 1 I was made to feel welcome and that doing what I could was OK. There are people of all abilities and ages and all are friendly. We have a laugh and there is no judgement. They offer engaging varied sessions, not faceless hours on a treadmill. I have now joined as a full time member. I have made some progress and really enjoy the sessions (afterwards mainly, not always when im doing it ). I never thought I'd be a gym member who actually misses sessions when I can't make it. The coaching at each session is great because the groups are small enough for them to correct your technique and spur you on when needed. There's also support in terms of managing your diet no matter your goals. There isn't too much jumping around either which is great for my arthritic knees. There is nothing to be scared of here. Sign up, come along and see for yourself. You don't have anything to lose but possibly a lot to gain in terms of building your confidence, strength, stamina and fitness. Nobody laughs when im bright red and sweaty. What you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: A fantastic setup down at Brampton Bierlow, The Squad team are really friendly and super supportive. Nothing like usual gyms, you have the full support needed to enjoy and get the best workout possible. Plus the out of gym support of great nutrition which is equally important to training.

Fantastic experience: I completed my 28 day challenge at Squad Fitness & wow its was fantastic., ive loved every session, each one is different so you don't have chance to get fed up. I have join other gyms in the past but you don't get the help & information like you do from Keiron Tom & Conner these guys are brilliant, I started & was so unfit now am on my journey. Other members are very friendly , A good group all round

Fantastic experience: Fab gym, the coaches are very knowledgeable. I’ve trained in other gyms for quite a number of years but Squad is different in a good way. The time flies during the sessions and I feel so much better for plucking up the courage to join.

Fantastic experience: Just finished off the 28 day kickstart. Can't recommend it enough, I feel much better than I did a month ago. Great trainers and varied sessions....some a lot harder than others! The guys are ways on hand to offer advice on form or motivation to do that extra rep. Great value for money, great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I joined Squad 3 months ago with limited expectations as to what I thought I would be able to do. I’ve been a member of lots of gyms in the past, always been really keen at the start but then it’s worn off and I’ve ended up leaving. Squad is so different from anywhere else. I have never before been in such a supportive and friendly fitness environment. Already I feel fitter than I have in years and feel like I have made massive progress. I love to come to sessions as I always know that, despite the hard work (and it is very tough at times) I will always come out smiling and with a sense of achievement. I know this seems a bit dramatic but I genuinely feel like squad is life changing for me! I’ve gone from being a bit of a couch potato doing the odd walk and cycle to someone who does 4 sessions a week and walks regularly each day!

Fantastic experience: My young son Connor works here as a PT instructor. He did work at DW in Barnsley before it closed down then at Metrodome Barnsley. Covid made things difficult as it did for everyone now he is here. Squad
