A variety of workouts which keep things fresh and engaging regardless of fitness level. We have fun, make friends and get results. Could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been enjoying the ladies class now for 6 months, attending 2/3 times a week, I have lost nearly 3st (19kg). Any mums that struggle to fit exercise into your routine, you can exercise whilst your children are enjoying their hobby. My children access the Thai boxing/jujitsu classes and the ladies class runs alongside it which allows me to exercise whilst my children train. The classes are run by an instructor who makes you feel at ease, there are all abilities in the class. Great family friendly gym.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the gyms i’ve been to this is most definitely the best Greg & Iga are so lovely they make you feel really welcome The gym is immaculately clean The ladies classes are great everyone is so nice 100% recommend.
