Fantastic experience: Great military style boot camp, mix of cardio and equipment, circuits, games, boxing, fitness trials. Always varied. Lovely bunch of people. Excellent value for money, loads of sites/ times to fit with any schedule. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Well if you want to get fit then this is the place. It's all outside so you're in the fresh air, you use whatever is around you e.g. steps, benches, lamp post as a distance marker etc. The pace is fast for whatever fitness level you are at and you will ach the next day. I found this very tough but you will get fit.
