Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy my Pilates classes at Cedar Lodge Studio, not only do I feel benefits physically but also mentally. Sonya is extremely knowledgable and even though I joined the group very much a novice I felt at ease from the outset.

She is great, taking both a holistic and realistic - in terms of how you live your life - approach. The classes are small, fun and most importantly very welcoming. You feel great afterwards!

Sonya has been a huge support to me, physically and mentally, always catering for my specific needs, whilst always being supportive and encouraging. Sonya’s knowledge is second to none. As an expert in her field she taught me the skills to strengthen my core after the birth of my son and restoring my body to its pre-pregnancy state. I can not recommend Cedar Lodge Health and Wellness Centre highly enough. If you require any health or fitness guidance, Sonya is your woman!
