Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Sugarpole Dance and Aerial for just over a year now, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are not only friendly but also incredibly clear and supportive, making every class enjoyable and accessible. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive, which makes it such a great place to learn and grow. Recently, I started taking hammock classes as well, and I’m already hooked. It’s such a fun and unique experience. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I highly recommend Sugarpole Dance and Aerial. It’s truly a fantastic community and a great way to challenge yourself while having fun!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the sugarpole studio for nearly 10 years and it is definitely the friendliest and most welcoming Pole and Aerial studio in Northamptonshire. They offer so many different classes for Pole, Aerial hoop, Aerial hammock and more. With private tuition and weekend classes available. Their studio is very aesthetically pleasing and instragrammable!!

The studio is gorgeous, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and I’m so thankful to be part of such a wonderful community of aerialists. I’ve tried lots of different studios since I started aerial but this studio will always feel like home.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Sugarpole since 2016. I started after a bad breakup to gain confidence and find myself. I’ve never had such a supportive, loving and fun exercise group! I’ve followed Mari the ultimate pole mama everywhere since then and will continue to do so. She continues to evolve and respond to all student feedback, with a fantastic team of talented instructors. I honest urge everyone to give it a go. The most inclusive studio I’ve ever attended, please don’t ever doubt yourself as not being “enough” Sugarpole will make you feel beautiful and strong. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Sugar Pole enough, I had my first ever pole class here over 2 years ago and was instantly hooked! I’ve been to a few other studios since but this one is by far the best. The atmosphere and lighting is amazing, all the instructors are lovely and the variety of classes keeps me coming back for more! If you ever thought of giving pole or hoop a try, this is definitely the right place :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to SugarPole for 5ish months now and I absolutely love it! All instructors are amazing and there are many classes to choose from throughout the week based on your level. I attend both pole and hoop classes and love them equally. I’ve built so much strength and confidence since I’ve started. But what I love the most about SugarPole is the community we have. Everybody is so welcoming no matter which class you attended and we all support each other :) I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Stunning studio with amazing lighting for daytime and evening training, clean and tidy with a gorgeous background for all your aerial photos. Excellent and experienced instructors providing group and one to one lessons for pole and aerial hoop/Lyra. Friendly and inclusive classes for all levels and very welcoming to beginners. Mixed ability classes also available and a lovely community of people supporting everyone’s diverse styles, from flow to tricks, to strap pole. Aerial hoop lovers can enjoy combinations, poses, drops, low hoop and lots of fun. Celebrating every holiday from Halloween to Christmas. With opportunities through the year for professional photo shoots as well as workshops with some amazing professionals. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Sugarpole fitness for 6 months and it was the best decision I’ve ever made joining this pole family. Always supportive encouraging and so much fun. Mari, Vanessa, and all the other instructors are amazing!!! 7 years on and I’m still attending Sugarpole fitness which says plenty in itself. The teachers are still amazing and Ariel Hoop classes are run as well which are so much fun and I highly recommend. The studio is lovely and everyone is always supportive !

Fantastic experience: This is such a welcoming studio to be part of. I am a full time mum, in her 40’s with no prior pole or hoop experience, so it was important to feel at ease starting a new journey. Mari, the owner is so lovely, with amazing skills at teaching either a group class or one to one. I also have met some of the other instructors who equally are as amazing as she is. Mari instantly put me at ease so now I frequently visit this studio and her other studio and have become stronger and more confident. I highly recommend Sugarpole Fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful studio, lots of height so the poles are high! Great friendly atmosphere and a real feeling of support from the rest of the students in the class :). It's definitely a no judgement studio, so it's perfect for people who are brand new to the pole world and may feel intimidated to come to their first class. SPF welcomes you with warm arms!! (Probably from pole burns, but the welcome is always warm! ;) Come and join us! :)

Fantastic experience: Sugar pole is the best pole dancing school in the area. A mixture of routines and moves with 6 week courses and drop in sessions available. The teachers are enthusiastic and helpful and everyone is very welcoming

Fantastic experience: I don't really know where to start. I love Sugar Pole Fitness so much...Mari and all the instructors are amazing and so supportive! From someone who had absolutely zero upper body strength when I first took the leap and started, to almost three years later I'm still there and doing things I never could even think of being able to...and it's so much fun!! All that and I have gained a whole bunch of amazing friends too! Love the SPF family xxxxx
